Drow are not in the campaign, as of the last I heard.

Aasimar and Tiefling are somewhat rare, and there are several folks looking for them.

if my memory serves me correct they were a special event boon that were assigned to a player and not a boon that was tradeable

Next to each boon I've given a vague estimate as to how much I value it. I'm looking to evolve my Vishkanya Lion Blade into using real weapons instead of improvised ones, but it'll take a bit to get Elven Curveblades for her Callistran Magic Weapon.
