Speaking of not letting her escape, in one of the roll20 games I've played someone handcuffed her to something and we didn't do the next part because of that.
But I say, she can break out of any handcuffs or chains unless it is extremely tight because of this ability below. Although I might give the group a +1 bonus because she had to squeeze out of them.
Compression
An astrazoan can move through an area as small as one-quarter their space without squeezing or one-eighth their space when squeezing.
Honestly though if a player wants to chase her down rather than fight, I'd probably give him/her a small +1 bonus to the next set of checks for the headstart of things, cause that would make sense. But then you'd have to figure out if it was worth the trouble to get that +1.

Thanks for the run…couple questions.
So, I did some auditing of Ketch and realize that I did 2 successful games; The Commencement & Cries from the Drift. This gave me 2 XP…so does that mean I go to 3.25 XP and this gain a level as per normal SFS rules (presuming they have not changed?)
Am I still able to by items that are my character level+1 so I’m this case would be level 3 items?

You are only at 2.25, so still level 1.
Character Level + 1 is only for Core Rulebook items. It is +2 for items on Chronicle Sheets and +0 for any other source you own.
