Basically the whole thing is a spoiler to the many Tales we have run at my brothers house and mine over the past 13 years. These are the changes we have in our world leading up the start of PF2 once we finish the tales in progress a couple years from now. Just figured someone on these forums may be interested in whats happened to another table over the years.

Timeline of changes to our version of the world:

4700-4712 Second Darkness was failed, causing the lands of Kyonin to be Destroyed. This rallied the Elvish People under the command of Queen Telandia Edasseril, a war council with leaders of every Elven nation connected to the Aiudara Network. They agreed to follow her commands and created a Summer Council to reclaim Celwynvian the first Elven capital. It was reclaimed and the drow driven deep deep into the darklands in spring of 4712.

4707-4720 Rise of the Runelords (Party was successful) The heroes remained within Xin-Shalast and told nobody of their success. They are still alive and level 27 epic heroes using their magics to cloak the city from prying eyes they still seek out what mysteries are within. From 4707-4720 they remain sealed within the city. Until they travel to meet with the other rulers of the lands to deal with a threat that they know is coming in the year 4721.

4708-4716 Curse of the Crimson Throne was failed with the heroes being slain by Queen Ileosa Arabasti. Runelord Sorshen awoke and the queen swore allegiance to her. Korvosa was devistated between the plague, ritual slaughter of 10000 halfling slaves, and deaths of 80% of the remaining population.. the city was a loss. Lorthact assumes control over what is left of the city. Sorshen sends Ileosa south to compel the queen of Cheliax to follower her advice and start the cheliaxan reclamation process. Sorshen travels with Kazavon through a portal to a location near the Mordent Spire to meet with an Aboleth of such immense size that the great wyrm looks small.

4709-4716 Legacy of Fire was failed. The volcano errupts. Xotani the fire bleeder awakens. An army of Jann and Efrette are slaughtered. Katapesh is mostly burned, save for a few port cities. Forces from Osirion move south attempting to annex lands and deal with the spawn. Forces from Nex move north reanimating all the dead to fight within their new growing legions. In January of 4716 Xotani travels to the plane of fire. the forces of Nex and Osirion clash as war is started between empire of Osirion and the Nation of Nex..

4710-4712 Serpent Skull was a partial failure.
The heroes fought against the Avatar of Ydersius. They were able to defeat Ydersius but alas they were not able to slay him. The ruins have been colonized.(The bearer of the sacred blade traded it to the Gorilla King for a Rocket Launcher with endless ammo against the advice of everyone else.) Ruthazek retreated with his legions of simians and halfling headhunters deep into the souther jungles of Garund. Thankfully for the surface world Ydersius departed swiftly for The Darklands where he has spent the past three years engaged in new Serpent War. Before departing He did seal the Crypt of Savitha with ancient Ion Magic. The Heroes are level 20 now.

4710-4720 The Forest Kingdom has grown and expanded to include most of the region and to the east a ways off the standard maps. They have more benevilent fey residing in the kingdom then anywhere else short of the first world. strange magical technology has been unearthed shards called Cyber stones which allow elementals to be bound, willing or unwillingly to them. they have created a series of lightning rail networks connecting the cities of their kingdom. They also have a small fleet of zephlins and a couple of prototype airships that use the cyber stones. The heroes are level 22/Mythic 9, having to just defeat Nissa in the final battle to face their final Challenge.

4711-4716 The Jade Regent Was very successful. Empress Amekio has regained her familys throne.. and well done what her grandfather could not, in five years the heroes and their armies conquered and liberated every land north of Nagadar excluding the pirates off the coast to the east that their allies the celestial dragons are currently reducing back to the stoned age. Heroes are level 20/Mythic 10

4712 The rebellion of the Council of Thieves was crushed. General Bourne did not hesitate a moment to test out the new hellfire cannons upon the city of Westcrown. Below the city a portal to hell was opened and Mammon claimed the city as his own.
The Widow Queen Kaltessa Iyis, Royal of the house of Niddlese was granted control over the city of Westcrown bringing her forces of Bearded Devil's, Imps, Kyton and conscripts from her kingdoms of Isger and Druma. She offers both the crown of Isger and Druma to the Cheliaxan Queen, in effect turning her into the first Cheliaxan Empress in a few years.

4712-4716 The Shattered Star is underway. currently they have united most of varisnia under the banner of their kingdom. They have recovered four of the Stones and have just finished meeting with the heroes of the Trunau and sent troops east to aid trunau and help secure the Forge of Creation. Level 15/Mythic 3

4712-4716 A new Hurricane King arose within the shackles, his fleets have sunk three chellish invasion fleets destined for Sargovia.

4713-4715 The Forces have been rather succesfull at closing the worldwound. They heroes are about to speak with the goddess Iomedae. Currently their kingdom consists of roughly 50% of the worldwound. They have worked with the heroes of Numeria as well. Level 14/mythic 7

4713-4720 The kingdom of Numeria is at peace the various tribes are working together united under one kingdom centered out of Torch. They have connected the cities with portals that lead into pocket dimensions and allow almost instant transportation between the cities. Advanced technology is the way of the day. a vast wall 1000' tall has been created around the kingdom armed with nonleathal weaponry set to attack anything that comes within so far a distance. the unconscious creatures have their alignment checked if they are evil, they are slain. if they are neutral or good they are brought by drones to one of the kingdoms enterances and allowed to enter or transported back to where they came from. They also control one of the other planets within the crystal sphere. Level 25/Mythic 10.

4715 The Carrion crown was failed. Lich Adivion Arrissant slays the heroes that were attempting to kill him. Calling upon the powers of other Lich's in the service of Tar Baphon they perform a ritual that awakens the master Lich. The Whispering Tyrant is awakened. General Malyas over the past five years has managed to slay almost every corte that was not in the service of Tar Baphon. The Wrath of Shadows Sienavier the great umbral wyrm arrives bearing Vampire Lord Calipitas from Leng. The Azlanti Harlot Queen Gebbanzo arrives offering the services of her Ironfang legion. Across the lands all the Cenotaph's shimmer and ripple with mirror like images of Leng, thankfully the denizens cannot just walk through. What is it foreshadowing?

4715-4716 11Kuthona4715 the Forge of Creation was relit. The heroes moved south to the Village and are level 13 on average and it the first full moon of 4716. (ongoing byweekly)

4715 a Rebellion is crushed in Kintargo. Cheliax annexs the nation.

4715 the ironfang legion arrises within Molthrune.

4716 Westcrown was almost destroyed when a pair of crusading armies detoured from in route to the worldwound to deal with the portal to hell open within the city. Alas for the forces of good they were slaughtered.. but they did close the portal. Empress Abrogail was slain in the fighting and pulled bodily down into Hell. Queen Ileosa Arabasti assumes mantle of Empress. Cheliax bans worship of everything except devils on pain on being sold off to the devils. Isger and Druma are formerly welcomed into the fold of the new Cheliaxan Imperial Court.

So i just recently discovered that having run a pile of campaigns over the past years for my assorted table will allow them to gain some kind of credit with the Society for characters?

I dont so much care about credit for myself.. but i know two of them DO play society games one locally here in mn and the other travels across the country and pops into games when he can.

How do I go physically go about doing so for them?

I have run the old Rise of the Runelords, Curse of Crimson Throne, Kingmaker (for 3 tables), Carrion Crown, Iron Gods, Reign of Winter (books 3/4), Wrath of Righteous (books 1-4), Currently wrapping up book 1 Giantslayer (as a PC) we are on a pause from Shattered Star start of book 4.

Ive also run a good chunk of seasons 1-4 and a assortment of random adventure modules.

I ask here in the Organized Play, GM section as since pathfinder was still 3.5 i have been our tables DM.. having played for a whole 6 game sessions as a player and run.. about a dozen years worth of games for 3 assorted tables Id like to get my heros the credit that they apparently have earned.

Thank you in advance.

So.. After a couple sessions poking round town we figured out that we needed to go into the plague house.. i suggest waiting til dawn.. rest of the party says no we are going tonight.. So we went in with 3 heros and my wolf companion.

First floor was a bit before sunset so not too bad.

We poke around and get jumped by a few spiders.. my then hunter falls down a pit in middle of fight with a 1 on a reflex (we house ruled a decade ago that all 1s are fails or crit fails if we confirm w another 1 even if total beats dc)

I used my CLW on myself topped self back off.. two others pull me up.. crazy ghost rat things attack and almost kill my dwarf and halforc brother.

Game session over. Xp awarded. level up happens, no "heal" with leveling but otherwise we rule that everything is applied including new hp instantly. I went hunter1 then gunslinger 1(guntank) with a musket others took L2 in their initial classes

Session 2. We got the stairs room left to look in and some stuff on the second floor. We see a blue flame outside. Human Ranger and Elven Enhancment mage go to put out the fire. Halforc barbarian heads down stairs. I order my wolf E'luna to head and explore two rooms on the second floor, then follow my adopted kid brother downstairs (funny dynamic.. my folks adopted him 18 years ago, my folks died 12 years ago.. so my now 51 yr old dwarf has been raising a halforc for 12 years.. )

Party outside wolf goes right, human and elf go left. human gets mauled by the flood troll.. dropping to zero. mage reads scroll of summon swarm.. spiders end up killing the troll and human gets enhanced con for an hour and gains 2 hp and wakes up. Meanwhile wolf is fighting 3 giant centipedes and cant hit to save her life.. takes 6 rounds to kill the first centi. wizard ends up saving her after the human ranger stealth's and sneaks his way back to the temple in town.

Meanwhile downstairs. Halforc and dwarf are sneaking about, over the bear traps, thru the statue room into the main room.. not high enough of a perception to see the rogue we Know is down here. I bump into him, he aoo and misses. I fire musket, roll a 1 backfire for max (12) damage.. almost killing me.

I sneak off to try and flank.. brother throws axes at the rogue to keep him distracted. I get lined up perfectly.. take aim.. a 2. also a missfire with a musket.. Boom 8 more damage.. im down to 1 HP.

Brother rages charges.. manages to jump over the traps.. chases rogue.. into the anvil of my wolf and the wizard coming down the stairs. brother swings cripples the rogue. rogue throws down wpn surrenders, wizard enlarges person on raging barbarian.. he somehow grows too big to move through out of the space into the room.. sparing the life of the rogue. my wolf tears out the rogues throat as i yell my kill command in dwarven. Mind you im deafened from two musket shots backfiring into my face so i didnt hear the surrender..

My brother turns towards me and takes my musket, snaps it in half and so no gun, it hurts you to use it brother.

Session ends. Ranger is at the sanctuary in town, finds out whats what and is sneaking back to let us know. We find a CLW wand and all heal up.

DM offers me choice; With how lady fate has treated my musket shots I can either add the bolt ace archtype (i do already have MW underwater heavy crossbow from my rich parents), or use the broken broken musket as a pistol, or have a free retraining of the gunslinger level to something else.

Background, and thought process:

Now Ive played since the beta of wow as either a dwarven hunter with a wolf pet or a combat rogue. That was my concept for this character. I certainly like the touch aspect of the guns mechanically and as I am already playing a gillman bolt ace in skulls and shackles. I am leaning towards trying the pistol guntank.

Ive Run a bunch of AP's DMing for my main table, or a few others over the past dozen or so years including the following APs; Rise of the Runelords, Curse of the Crimson Throne, Kingmaker(4x), Carrion Crown, (homebrew campaign merging with the last 3 books of reign of winter)(first 4 books of wrath of righteous, until a TPK), Iron Gods(with kingdom building and heros ending at Level 26, Mythic10 accessions.) and played books 1-3 of Both Jade Regent and Serpents Skull. Currently on a pause before book 4 of Shattered Star with my brother running Giantslayer to bring that neighboring region up to the same point in our worlds AP/campaign timeline before we continue the tale of the Star or move onto PF2.

Im going to cross over into fighter at 3rd for tower shield specialist until level 5 and then was going to bring hunter/gunslinger to 5 each alternating and ending with noble scion 5 as were only planning to level 20 with this Path + some other quests to tie things all into the greater tables tale and this character is the son of some NPCs that i used for the first 5 years or so until they died on an adventure and did not get raised.

So long story short.. Over the decade we have worked our way from No Guns to Commonplace Guns rule, but as this Hold of Belkin is orcish our PC kingdoms would never have sold firearms to them, and frankly would have hunted down anyone that was and taken the guns from them.. we are using Emerging Guns for this tale.

I am leaning towards the pistol and tower shield combo. but aside from 3 mths last year as a ranger.. ive been on the dm side of thing makings and tweaking npcs, mobs to die in a few rounds that i cant even get attached too as i know they wont be raised. thats why i was thinking the wow dwarven hunter but with my twist on it. Guess im just rambling as that seems to be what i want to do.

thanks for reading.. and if you can make sense of this ramble.. your advice.

1 person marked this as a favorite.

One of the Players in the Star Wars Campaign im running has decided that he wanted to run a a few high powered mid level adventures within Pathfinder and challenge us with a kinda mini campaign us so has given us the following rules.

1 - CR 10 Monster/Templates are preferred but can take a level 11 humanoid if wish.
2 - Must be good.
3 - Must Spend 12k in either Downtime: Buildings/Teams or donate funds to give the party +3 Kingdom Build Points.
4 - Everyone gains 11 Feats of Choice instead of 1+1/odd level.
5 - If you have the item creation feats can make something, we will be assumed to have used scrolls of x Caster level to create any items we do not know the spells for ourselves.

Im looking for someone to double check my math.. Specifically..
BAB, , converting a medium weapon to a gargantuan, combining the templates. Its a pretty huge boost to melee and seems.. almost too much.. so i made all the damage non-lethal.. and anything ive forgotten. silly enough though its FAR FAR less math, im much more confident in the Hellig Bapart stronghold construction then i am with weapon size increases.. I almost always am a dwarf as a player. going for something different this time around..

Last night while running Iron Gods: Choking Tower

The players encountered a Mechanical Trap that would effect them once they stepped 10' inside the room. reset automatically. Nobody with disable device.

I added that there was 2.5 feet under the trap that was safe they could crawl, but another item caused anyone touching the floor to take some damage.

The warrior in the party drew his blades and wanted to attack the trap physically.

I could find nothing in the core books or on the d20pfsrd.com that answered the players question if he could. It spawned a furious 10 mins of everyone searching forums, posts, google but not finding anything RAW that would allow it.

The warrior found a post that said basically the DM could assign HP to trap as they want (no limitations) and an AC based off the disable device DC. But his phone then died and we couldnt find the link on any of our other devices.

I am wonder RAW if there is something i have to do to make all traps attackable, or if its more a RAI type thing i can do whatever with.

Thank you for you time.

So last week, my party did some amazing ENG rolls (35/36/39) to place the Explosive's from the crashed rescue ship with the Incorporial's inside of it all around the exterior of the Excavator, to clear our the remainder of the Rubble around it. One of the clerics watched the explosion happen while in wrath form. It was a pretty cool ending to the hellion battle.

Now the Party has a 100% functional Excavator, however it has no power so will take a bit to trickle in the charges from the Reciever Array.

Does anyone have specs for a working Excavator?

Silver Crusade

What is it? I picked up the campaign setting for Numeria. There is a different map there then the one in the AP. this one has a huge scar going across the land.. from witchlight vale in the west to the sellen river in the east. party has to cross over it if they go overland from torch to scrapwall, but its not mentioned at all.

This.. "First Blade's Path" is roughly 300 miles long and 10 miles wide.. i would think its rather difficult to miss. As in even a 1 on perception would allow a player to notice it.

At our table, ive been our only pathfinder GM, besides a couple of adventures at another table this past winter.. ive never not been the GM/DM for these Adventure paths since Pathfinder started.. I have played all the paths that were written for 3.5 and DMed most since the change over.

This character is a part of the revised Rise of the Runelords.

ive played this path some.. but only as far as hook mountain, ive died twice there in the pass. I have DMed the 3.5 version. But this is my 3rd attempt at the path as a player. so im trying to keep my knowledge separate which is why i went with this character.

Questions I have about him.

Thanks for taking the time to look through the spoilers.. each one is a different level.

0.) Is there anything i missed with the crunch of him? Its a little convolted but basically hes going to dip into both prc's as soon as he can. Right now he fights with his Rhoka and a Wand for his spell weaving. Not including gear because

1.) Does the Lesser Age Resistance(L4 arcane spell) as a SLA count as Ability to cast 3rd level arcane spells for Eldritch Knight PrC ?

2.) Does the Magus magics count as the arcane spell without preperation for the spell casting requirements to become a dragon disciple ?

3.) This may sound weird but it came up this week. Does the magic effects created from say a fireball or a burning hands or Word of Fire Jolt.... Basically does all these fire abilities and Spells and SLA count as Fire Damage or Magical Fire damage? Ive assumed for years that a fire ball/burning hands IS a Magical Fire. These spells do not create mundane fires to damage creatures/objects with.. do they?

PS: Thanks for the Advice/Help

Is there some idiots guide to making a PFS character? ive tried making a couple and shown up at local PFS game a while ago to get turned away because i didnt bring books and photocopies of referance material for my characters. ive gotten over my hatred of not being able to craft or make my own magical items.

IS there a listing.. some kind of idiots guide to exactly what the heck i have to do to make a character that would allowed in a society game?

Perhaps a listing somewhere of what is allowed or not allowed. What is the default firearms setting?

Do i really need to print out a copy of everthing relevant to my character from the books i own on pdf? Do i have to carry a suitcase of books to the table?

I ask here because i would serve this faction.

Silver Crusade

So ive been DMed 5 AP's start to finish now. Almost the entire time we have been playing pathfinder ive been our DM, from session 2 in fact. so for a few years multiple times a week.

While we were talking about what AP to run next, Last week one of the other guys at the table whos been away for months asked if he could run a campaign. Hes been playing PFS Rules while hes been away.

My caveat was sure, as long as normal crafting and magic item creation rules apply, and the rest of the party voted to continue the ban on confirming 20's (all 20s are considered confirmed)

This is a pure hack/slash type game with next to no roleplay. DM wants blood. Last week his BBE took out 3/7 Players, one of them was my crazy Word L1 magus.. I spent a good amount of time working on his backstory.. it was a short story of about 34 pages.

Ive never sat down an optimized a class, Not really sure how to go about it.

Creation rules:
Races: Anything Paizo created is allowed
Classes: Anything Paizo created is allowed
Stats are 15,14,13,12,10,8
3 Traits, 1 Disadvantage/weakness
beyond that anything goes.

I don't care melee/ranged/magic/hybrid.

Id like someone that is able to handle a beating, as I have a feeling that DM2 is going to be gunning for me, because ive killed his wives characters twice in the wrath AP.

So I want to make it a challenge for him to get me killed a 2nd time and more importantly I want to deal out as much damage as possible while living.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hail and well met friends I am opening back up recruitment for a Kingdom Building homebrew game. A group of heros have braved the Hallway of Doors to arrive within a new world. They have come from Galorian and Eberron to help claim this new place.

As of right now they way to Eberron is closed for another nine months.

All new characters MUST come from Eberron.

This is the link to Tizimine's Eberron to PF Conversion Site

Use that for feats/classes/races information for creating your characters.
I am allowing any 3P class or race.

You are however restricted to good alignments at this point. IF you do not detect good, you will be slain.

There are no racial restrictions.

The city residents are almost all Warforged, There is a unit of 101 Lizardmen that have taken shelter within haven, beyond that tiss all warforged, beyond the other members of the Council.

Gunslingers gain +1 rank per level to Craft: Gunsmith.

House Cannith has been reforged into one house headed by Elanthis D'Cannith, Grandson of the Gorgen. Warforged have been welcomed to join as full members. WF can develop the Mark of Making. The Mourning Lands have been cleaned. Cyre has been reclaimed. The 12 Houses have assisted in the rebuiling and the lightning rails run again. Cyre IS NOT Subject to the Treatry of Thornhold, as the Price of Cyre was refused access to sign the treaty. SO he has allowed house cannith to move into Cyre and reactivate the creation forges. The population of cyre is 50% warforged. It is a mecca for the warforged, they have been coming from all over Eberron, In far greated numbers then they did for the lord of blades.

When you come you are sent by one of the 12 houses, or by the chamber. No Exceptions

I bring greetings onto you this day,

You have been selected from a short list of one full score of Adepts, Aristocrats, Commoners, Courtesans, Experts and Warriors to come and represent your Kingdom, City, House, Clan, Guild or Tribe and help with the rebuilding process of Kenabres after its devestation last month on Armase by the demonic legions of the Storm Lord.

Horgus Gwerm is serving as the Treasurer up north within the recently recaptured city of Dresden. He was uncommonly lucky in the attack upon Kenabres in that none of his extensive property was damaged at all. He owns roughly 75% of what is left in Kenabres, what he did not own before the attack he purchased from people leaving afterwards.

I am his Nephew Winston Gwerm and I am writing you on behalf of my uncle to invite you to come and prove yourself in the economic regrowth of our fair city. I have invited others of simular station as yourself. You will meet them all shortly. It will be up to you to determine business partnership if any that will exist.

As our city is ruined, upon the 16th of every month taxes are due. The current tax rate while it is rather high at 20% will be reduce to our standard 5% once Kenabres has been rebuilt.

Let me be the first to welcome you to our fair Kenabres, we hope with your assistance that it will soon be a fair again.

While there wont be ALOT of combat as were more focused on the Downtime Rules.. A couple of things you should know about combat
Spoiler:

Critical Hits
There is no confirmation of Crits, there are no feats that add to anything to do with critical hit confirmation roll.
Examples of how Critical hits work against AC 21
Roll 20 with a Rapier +0 Hit = Miss
Roll 20 with a Rapier +1 Hit = Critical Hit, Roll total once Multiple total by Crit Modifier
Roll 18 with a Rapier +3 Hit = Miss
Roll 18 with a Rapier +4 Hit = Critical Hit, Roll total once Multiple total by Crit Modifier

Critical Misses
There is no Automatic Dropping of weapons, the chance of dropping your weapon is based on its quality.
Chance|Quality|
1d02-----|Common Weapons
1d04-----|Masterwork Weapons
1d06-----|+1 Magical Weapons
1d08-----|+2 Magical Weapons
1d10-----|+3 Magical Weapons
1d12-----|+4 Magical Weapons
1d20-----|+5 Magical Weapons
Each roll of 1 with the same weapon in combat will increase the chance of dropping the weapon. So on your second 1 with a Common Weapon and on your 20th 1 with a +5 weapon you will drop it, unless you have a weapons chain on your weapon.

*Note: You can be as creative as you want with your Race/Class choices, pending that it will be able to pass the detect evil test. If you are evil and your try to enter the gates, you will be slain first and then questioned via speak with dead as to your reasons for entering Kenabres. You will be allowed any Class from Level 6th and Above. 3PP is Allowed at that point.

2 people marked this as a favorite.

I am going to piggy back off that great idea for a city where tons of people are going to take part in the downtime fun. My concept is a fair bit different.

In the Wrath of the Righteous AP there lies within a tale of two cities. This is a 100% downtime spin on the AP.

Group 1 & Group 2 will be competing against each other to rebuild Kenebres for Horgus Gwerm who owns 50% of what was not destroyed in Book One.

Groups 3 & 4 will be competing against each other to rebuild Dresden for Horgus Gwerm, The Treasurer of Dresden and the 5th Crusade.

Creation Rules:

All Characters to be built with a 20 point buy
1:1 ratio for the point buy
20 max before racial bonus
22 max after racial bonus
Any Race, that can survive within the LG "racist" cities ie: tieflings will be killed on sight generally.
1 Trait (NO Adventure Path Traits.
1 disadvantage if you want a 2nd trait
Any NPC class Level 5
3pp IS cool. so is a 15point build your own race.

All players regardless of level will have 4000gold worth of Downtime Capital/Teams/Rooms or Gear/items however you want to spend you 4k, if you can find traits that add to starting gold you may take them.

Recruitment is starting with Players from Jason's game, then my haven and wrath game and anyone else im playing with right now or was on a table that died.

I have a homebrew system that my players call Hybrid. I was first given the system when I lived in Milwaukee 11 years ago by my DM John (will just call him john)
Its never been copywrited or used anywhere but at John or one of his players tables when we left his table but continued played anyway online.

It is kinda a combination of 1e, 2e, 3.x/PF and Rifts.

Before I spend the time to type it all out, as I have it in a notebook atm, I just wanted to make sure that this is the area of the forums where I would do so.

Thanks Klokk

PS: if this is the correct place I will just use this thread to post the information. So I don't have to create a separate thread.

Silver Crusade

Male appears as a Dwarf to the Eye DM Level 0

Campaign Background:

For decades, demons have ruled the Worldwound. Fearsome fiends of every stripe-their mottled skin harder than iron, teeth like serrated blades, and eyes burning with Abyssal flames-roam the ruined lands that were once known as Sarkoris, leaving their mark wherever they go.

Four crusades have attempted to cleanse the land, but each seems to meet a worse fate than the last. Were it not for the line of magical wards tones along the eastern and southern borders, the demons would have long ago overrun north-central Avistan and beyond.

The Fourth Crusade hasn't really ended as much as petered out, yet some refuse to accept that. Amid crippling shortages and record lows in morale among the crusaders, the Mendevian war effort teeters on the brink of collapse. Though the demonic occupation of the Worldwound
is growing, as is corruption among the crusaders, a dwindling minority of paladins and priests maintain that the Fourth Crusade is still vibrant and alive, and that the turning point in the war is only a few days away.

The Fourth Crusade is anything but vibrant, but the crusaders are more right than they know about the approaching turning point in the war. It's just that the turning point is likely destined to favor the Abyss.
One of the greatest weapons arrayed against the crusaders is their own mortal ignorance. The crusaders have long held that it is the inherent disorganization of demonic hordes, coupled with the bolstering wall of the wardstones, that keeps the world safe from the Worldwound.

Unfortunately, while a leaderless mass of demons is indeed a bickering
tangle of chaotic, directionless violence, the demons of the Worldwound are far from leaderless. Deskari and his demon lord allies do not want merely to wipe out their enemies physically. They want to annihilate their very natures; to destroy what gives them hope. They want their
enemies to fall to their own base instincts and wallow in the countless sins that will, in the end, consign their souls to the Abyss as grist for new demonic life. Only then does Deskari plan to send out the armies of the Worldwound to crush the rest of Golarion.

The corruption that has grown among various crusading companies, knightly orders, and other organizations involved in the war is in large part an unavoidable result of human nature. But over the decades, it's been subtly nurtured and encouraged by the demons. These cultists of the demon lord Baphomet have infiltrated every major group among the crusaders, working at undermining their morale and corrupting purity from within even as the demon host of the Worldwound relentlessly attacks them from without. For a time, the Templars were content to sow seeds of corruption and lay foundations for rebellion and disorder, but Deskari has grown impatient.

A hundred years after the death of his old nemesis Aroden, Deskari has set his end game in motion, and Baphomet and his cult are hastening
to comply by stepping up their acts of corruption and treachery within the ranks.

Deskari's greatest minion is, however, no longer strictly mortal. Areelu Vorlesh, architect of the Worldwound on its Material Plane side, completed her transformation from human to half-succubus soon after the Worldwound opened. Since then, she's focused her efforts on discovering new sources of power for her master. Her greatest discovery was found in a remote location in the Midnight Isles of the Abyss. There, in a
cavern below a mostly deserted and forgotten isle called Vazglar, she uncovered a vast deposit of Nahyndrian crystals; dark purple crystals that form from the spilled ichor of murdered demon lords. Areelu discovered a method by which several Nahyndrian crystals could be
liquefied and distilled into an elixir capable of infusing those who drink from it with potent mythic power. This was only the first use she devised for these rare and potent crystals. Working with a hierophant cleric of Baphomet named Hepzamirah and a worm that walks blackfire
adept named Xanthir Vang, the three managed to forge a flawless Nahyndrian crystal into a single chisel-one that in theory....

Date: 16th day of Arodus.

Over the past few days you have each made your way in the Crusader town of Kenabres. Kenabres is located on the western border of Mendev, pretty much marking the eastern most extend of the Worldwound. Kenabres is bustling and filled to over capacity.

Each of you has taken lodgings at a nice sized inn that still had a few open rooms for whatever reason. You are staying at a place called 'Defenders Heart' it has a vary bustling tavern, even at 10 am the alehouse is standing room only. So you each decide to make your way out into Kenabres.

The normal population in Kenabres is little over 12000 souls. Right now there are roughly 40000 people in the area, mercenary, crusader, paladin armies camped outside. Nobles and their retunes as well. The city has a vary festive feel to it even with the overcrowding.

For several weeks men, women, children small armies have all gathered here in preparation for Armasse! Armasse has traditionally been an opportunity for scholars and priests to come together to study the lessons of history from wars past, since Aroden's death, this Holy Day has become more about training commoners in weapons, choosing of squires, ordaining of priests and knighting of crusaders. Over the past hundred and ten years it has grown to encompass jousting competitions, mock duels, formal battle reenactments and many other festive events.

Armasse rotates to a different crusader city easy year. Today at noon the beloved High Inquisitor Lord Hulrun is to give a benediction and blessing over the Crusaders and civilians gathered in Kenabres. There are rumors that with so many people gathered here magic shall be used to make his voice carry to everyone within sight of the walls of Kenabres. You don't care about that, the magic that is.

Over the next couple hours you each make your way into the Clydwell Plaza, somewhat near the cathedral of Iomedae. You don't really know each other at all. But you do remember each others faces, as you did all come your rooms at about the same time. Its about ten or twenty minutes before Noon when Lord Hulrun is to speak.

So I found a post here that this whole group of people were wanting to explore the path known as the wrath of the righteous. Even after the first DM took his batch of players there were 16 left when he made the plea for assistance from other DM's to help out these poor souls that want and desire nothing but to start the 5th crusade and cleanse the worldwound.

I took seven of the Heroes but cant take any more. as this makes three wrath tables I am running right now.

I call upon all you DM's and GM's that are looking at running this path to choose from this players or give them a chance first.. as they have been passed over twice now and really need a DM that will love them and cherish them.. and bring the wrath of the abyss to bear against them.
Here is the thread I found. I started a new one because it got cluttered up with info that only pertains to my house rules so starting this thread here but this is the one.

These 9 Players need a home still:

Ive never used PF to make a magic item, my home table likes the 3.5 rules. So I am not sure how it works..
Im looking at modifying the +1 Mithril Full Plate of Speed into +2 Righteous Mithril Full Plate of Speed

+4 for the +1 Mithril full plate of speed +5 for righteous, +1 for the change from +1 to +2 = +10 total? or +5 total?

secondary question.
If something has a # gold cost on the list of weapon enchants. does it just cost the gold or does it cost whatever the +# bonus the enchant & gold is listed under.

Such as for armor
Righteous is listed under +5 but it has a cost of 27,000 gold not a cost of +5.

Edit: For weapons. is this a +10 weapon?
+3 Keen Ghost Touch Vorpal Dwarven Waraxe

Also with this waraxe can it look like this
+3 Hit 1d10+3 19-20x3 Slashing 1handed for a dwarf.
with the vorpal effect going off on 19 and 20's? or just 20's still?

Looking though that link. I am willing to run this campaign as PbP here. Some slight changes to the rules for my table. As I am not a society DM, and never will be, so it will differ from Akinra's rules slightly.

1) Yes guns. (they Never do a ranged touch attack they function just like a bow or xbow far as hitting targets)
2) Any Paizo Race
3) 20 point buy (1:1 cost for all points but all stats start at 8)
4) Max starting gold. (if you want to take wealth parents two times you can and start at 1800gold.)
5) 3 traits, one of which must be a WotR campaign trait.(Campaign Traits are NOT bound to specific Mythic Paths) There are no restrictions on taking only one of X type of trait, if you qualify you can take it. So you could take three different campaign traits as long as one is a WotR Trait.)
6) 1 Downfall, You may all be mythic heroes but that does not mean you don't have your Achilles tendon.
6) 3PP allowed on case by case basis, I like some classes like warlord
7) NO evil alignments. You are all champions of the light as such I reserve the right to kill any PC that does any evil acts to the other players.
8) There is no true neutral. All must care about something.
9) Positive Energy is Good
10) Negative Energy is Evil
11) Everything uses max HP
12)

roll a 20:

If you hit you crit, I do not like confirmation of 20s.
EX1 - Roll 20 +3 hit vs ac 23 = crit hit
EX2 - Roll 20 +3 hit vs ac 24 = miss
EX3 - Roll 18 w rapier +3 hit vs ac 22 = miss

13)
Roll a 1:

If common item 1:d2 chance of dropping it.
if Master work 1:d4 chance of dropping it.
if a +1 1:d6 chance of dropping it.
if a +2 1:1d8 chance of dropping it.
if a +3 1:1d10 chance of dropping it.
if a +4 1:1d12 chance of dropping it.
if a +5 1:1d20 chance of dropping it.
*Note these chances do stack.. so you can miss twice at most with a common item and 19x with a +5 or better.

14) Downtime rules are in play (just reminding you as you do get some time to do stuff after the 2nd book)
15) You may take use anything from HERE if you wish. Also please note in the feats there because pathfinder removed the xp cost on magical items the feat that reduced xp cost by 25% IS AVAILABLE.
16)
magic Item Creation:

Using the 3.5 rules for magic item creation so everything has a XP cost of 1:25 XP:Gold

Fabricator

Spoiler:

This day is a freeday for you, you have just spent the past two weeks in the librarium studying arcania trying to pick up some new tricks. You are taking a well deserved break watching the fish swim through the walls of force down steam to the ocean, you have been sitting on top of one of the Walls for 22.373455312 hours now just thinking about whatever it is that your model of warforged dreams about.

Feorina

Spoiler:

You have been here for three weeks. You just spent three hours with Resnit as he pointed out a couple of hexes that he and the squad of forged ones he leads have explored. He has pointed out a couple potentual mines, some prime spots for farms and that from the top of one of peaks he has spotted a desert upriver to the south beyond the lake. You have been busy trying to figure out where is a likly place that you will run into another civilization and coming up with a myrid plans based on what race they are and what temperment that the creatures are.

Resnit

Spoiler:

Resnit, You have actually been here for six months now. All of the currently explored hexes, beyond the ones that touch Haven, are from the work of you and your explorers. You have just spent three hours with Feorina pointing out landmarks, potential mines, good farmland, strong timberlands, and the desert that one of the Forged ones pointed out to when you were atop that southern mountain peak. You long to be back out in the field, but when you left last time Joel told you to return by this evening for that is when the others should arrive.

Resnit & Feorina

Spoiler:

The two of you have just left the tavern and have walked towards the Force River. Seeing Fabricator outside of the library and not surrounded by a stack of books and scrolls as high as he is, you approach to speak with him. The waterclocks you have passed said it was close to 2 in the afternoon.

Fabricator

Spoiler:

If you are paying attention to the outside world and not lost in your throughts you can attempt to precieve that they are coming towards you. Otherwise they catch you unawares.

Verio

Spoiler:

You are in Sothis still at the Haven Tavern (the one klokk purchased to be able to allow the lizardmen to be housed inside and not in the stables). You have a list names and duties in front of you, all of them have been assigned. Your not too sure how some of the people will work out, but well Klokk said that were all fated to be here at this time. You are trying to figure out just what exactly a warforged is and how you are you going to be able to relate well enough to four hundred some of them to govern them. Your also kinda confused that with everything you know, why that dwarf would ahve picked you of all people to lead this unique collection of ex slaves and OLD folks. As you are rolling up the lists up you gesture to one of the lizardmen to come to you and ask him to tell Usul that it is time. And say the same in common aloud.

Usul

Spoiler:

You are on the roof of the haven tavern soaking in the sun when one of your tribsmen come up to you and let you know that Verio has said it is time. Cracking your back and saddened to leave the heat of the noonday sun but knowing that a new dawn for your people begains now. You head down into the Haven Tavern. As you get down there you dont even have to give the marching order, all 50 of your tribemen as are the three more that you have purchased with the gold the dwarf gave you.

Avelloran

Spoiler:

You are seated at the table with Verio. You have just put your spellbook away havign preparied your tricks for the day. You are thinking about the potentual that the Creation Forge, not to mention Forged Ones have. You are looking forwards to being able to study in the librarium that klokk has told you about in great detail.

Thutmose

Spoiler:

You are kneeling outside the Haven Tavern in Sothis, You let a handful of sand dift through your fingers wondering about what the future holds. Thinking about the people you have agreed to help sift information for, as the sands are sifting through your fingers. You stand up and fall into the line next to Avelloran as the others leave the Tavern. It is somewhat unnerving to be marching in formation behind you within a ring of lizardmen around you.

Ferina, Fabricator, Resnit,
The three of you are free to talk between yourselves. You all know that soon Klokk will be returning with the rest of your companions. The arrival point is ontop of one of the wall of forces over the river infront of you, a joke between klokk and one of his old companions a druid that had a fear of water.

Verio, Usul, Thutmose, Avelloran
The four of you are free to talk between yourselfs as the lizardmen lead you to the building where klokk has dirrected them to guide you too. There is no interfearance from others on the journey, it takes as long as the conversation takes.

Recruitment –

A dwarf dressed in scale-mail made of golden coins that overlap approaches and addresses each of you individually. Something about his bearing, he commands respect, authority is litterally oozing off of him, yet there is also an overwhelming aura of goodness about him. This Dwarf is by far the most charismatic that you have ever seen (however you would react to a 28 CHA dwarf..) As you look closer at him you notice his skin is made of vary vary fine golden scales, his beard and hair appear to be spun of gold.

“I be seekin ah few brave good souls ta be ah takin charge of this outpost I've done gone and set up. I found a way to walk the Hall of Doors. Found three doorways that opened up. One leads here to Golorian, One leads to another world known by those that live within it as Eberron. This third doorway though. Dat be da one that this dwarf has dun gone and set up an outpost within.”

“From the world of Eberron I have negotiated successfully with the Lord Baron Eston Lanthis of House Cannith for the service of some 15 score of the Forged Ones and one of his Artificer's to maintain and operate an arcane device called a Creation Forge, which will allow more of these Forged Ones to be created.”

“From what I have discovered these Forged Ones, or Warforged as they were initially called started off as intelligent Golems, but somewhere along the way in the process of the Creation Forge's Magics real honest and true souls were imbued into the Warforged. These Warforged beings came to there awareness knowing only one purpose, To fight in the Last War.. 60 some years of fighting and being destroyed.. Before anyone was even aware that they had Souls and their personalities were nah just an artiface of magic.”

“E'Lanthis as he is more commonly known, dissagrees with the Treaty of Thronhold.. an agreement where his uncle Merrix and aunt Jorlanna and cousin Zorlan were forced to agree to no longer create Warforged upon the continent of Khorvaire as part of the Truce at the End of The Last War. He has given us his full support to us in this Endevor.”

“He has given us the last remaining working creation forge that was not destroyed upon Khorvaire. It was located within the Towering city of Sharn, a city build at a nexus point to the plane of air, this strange location has allowed structures towering Miles in height; even floating islands to exist to 'Crown' the city.”

“I digress, This new doorway I have discovered leads to a world I know nothing about. I have scouted for 20 miles around it and seen naught but the wilderness that surrounds the portal. In the past year I have with the assistance of over three hundred of these Forged Ones I have established a beach head. There is a pair of small mines, some potato and grape farms, even a small lumber camp,as well as some basic structures.”

“The reason the advance has been slow is two fold”

“First and foremost time works differently. What is a year there, is but a month here. Only when the moons and suns are in proper alignment for all three worlds does this Doorway open. It stays open for but three days once a year in the spring, the window is vary small.”

“Secondly, As I went straight from the Hallway of Doors from my world of Midkemia to the Empty World and than to Eberron I had no reason to mark the passage of time as strange for I was alone save a Mechanical Owl that choose to accompany me. The Forged ones can ill prepared, and the Druidess that is this spiritual leader refused to let us clear any trees until she could study the whole dang forest.. six months before we were allowed to drop a single tree. I suppose when one is ageless what is time though, still six months wasted.”

“Regardless we are where we are now for a reason. And that brings me to you, 'mate.”

“The Auguries, Scrying Pool and Harrowing Deck have all lead me to you. It seems you are fated to fill one of these vacancies that I have at the Outpost”

Klokk hands you a sheet of Velium scribed in the more precise penmanship you have ever seen.

“If you see something that catch your eye, Let me know and Perhaps that post can be yours..”

The Game to be played by post w/ a Google Site for reference material (maps/etc)
Game System to be used is Mostly Pathfinder (see spoiler for exceptions).
Far as alignment, No evil.. everyone’s out for the greater good in this tale, or Klokk wouldnt have invited you. And no true neutral, everyone must take a stance of some sort.
For all Eberron related things we are going to use the material from this site https://sites.google.com/site/eberronpathfinder/Home that Tenro has been kind enough to convert to PF rules. Kudos to him for that work, were going to beta test his conversions and see if we not break anything.

Character Creation

Spoiler:

Crunch
1. Stats are a modified point buy system. All stats start at 8. You have 20 points to spend, 1:1 cost. 18 max before racial adjustments.

2. All races allowed from those worlds, if non-standard race from either world PM me.

3. All Classes allowed from the worlds of Golorian and Eberron.
On Prestige Classes
If you met the various requirments to join a PrC from anywhere within the Golorian or Eberron you are free to do so. If it is not a Prestige Class that I have introduced into the storyline, your character will be the founder of that Order/Group/whathaveyou.

Hit Points are maxed for Everyone and Everything. (For example there may be an 8 HP goblin and a 80 HP goblin)

4. Skills are standard with exception of bonus skills.
Every Level you (Heroes) gain 1 rank in survival and it is a class skill to symbolize your growing attachment to the Lands surrounding the outpost.

6. Feats
Anything from Pathfinder is allowed. Almost everything from Eberron is allowed including being a member of one of the various Dragonmarked houses.

Firearms are treated as “Commonplace Guns” : While still tricky to wield, early firearms are readily available, requiring simply a martial weapon proficiency. Early Firearms are 25% of the listed baseline prices. Anything other then black-powder is still rare and full price. Need Craft: Gunsmith to make anything more advanced then muskets. Gunslingers gain +1 rank per level to Craft: Gunsmith.

On Dragonmarks
-Warforged are treated as Human in regard to the Marks of Making. Which means that they may bear any of those Marks and all feats that would apply.
-Anyone from Golorian is welcome to develop the various Dragonmark Feats for themselves if their race allows one.
-No abhorrent marks. It is the power of the Creation Forge in continual operation that enables these various True Dragonmarks to Manifest.

7. Traits. You are allowed any two Pathfinder Traits (even from adventure paths) and one Flaw, for a total of 3 Traits.

8. Starting Equipment
All players were given an ornate cedar chest with silver inlays (worth 100g) it contains 100 golden coins, marked on the side with the face of a golden dragon and the other with a crossed mining pick & lumberjacks ax. (value 1gp each coin) to purchase equipment as needed before you go to the outpost.

You are all issued Masterwork Quality armor, shields, extras of any type up to a total of 200gp in base value.
You are all issued 2 Masterwork Quality Melee weapons of your choice.
You are all issued 1 Standard Quality Ranged weapons of your choice. Included is a 100 rounds of ammo (bullets, arrows, daggers, darts, bolts)

You will all be given either 1 Scroll or 1 Potion of your choice 1st or 2nd level.

9. Magic
Divine Magic
You are your deities bridge to this world, as such all powers work normally and you are free to choose your spells as you would. Your holy symbol is a medallion that appears around your neck when you arrive bearing your deities holy symbol, regardless of what it was before you came though here.

Arcane Magic
You gain Read Magic & Detect Magic as extra 0th level spells. Even artificers gain these infusions at will for free. Each level you gain 1 spell (or infusion or what have you) of your choice and a randomly determined one from me.

Mental Characters
You gain 10 free PSP. (beyond that I dont know enough about psi-stuff to assist much beyond that)

10. Desired Rank/Role
See Above.

11. IF you want to keep your character sheet between us, feel free to PM it to me to look over before we start otherwise include it in a spoiler tag below at the bottom of your in character response to Klokk inviting you to join on his experiment

There are 8 Unfilled positions that are required to make this "Kingdom" function fully without any penalties. I will leave it up to majority vote if we fill the vacancies with NPCs or RNPCs or wait for then to fill up with people that want to play them.

RNPC is a Random-NPC, new term i have coined to describe "I have some gamer friends are not tech enough to turn on a PC, let alone play a play by post game. but always answer the call to banter in character w me and would be willing to run an NPC so their reaction is random even to me"

Silver Crusade

So i've had this idea in my head a while now. Have implimented it twice, once as a good and once as an evil campaign.. both used the rules from d20 Empire by Alderac Entertainment Group on other forums.

I would like to try it again using the rules from Ultimate Campaign.

In this tale all Heroes would be from Golarion or Eberron. (ie dragonmarks/houses or warforged)

There is this.. will call him a Dwarf, unless you have trueseeing thats what he looks like. Hes been able to walk the Hallway of Doors and travel to two worlds, to recruit Good beings to assist him in exploration and colonization of this Third world he has found.

Starts with an outpost, a small fort and watch tower ring.
1 unit of Warfroged Miners.
1 unit of Warforged Farmers.
1 unit of Warforged Lumberjacks
1 Creation Forge
2 warehouse's
1 tavern
9 wooden watch towers 100' tall
1 barracks where everyone non-Forged sleeps
2 war-forged druids are the spiritual guidance of the outpost
9 warforged artifacers maintain the other Warforged.
1 human from house Cannith in charge of the place.

Its basically a small town of warforged sent by an agreement worked out with the Dwarf and a reforged and united House Cannith.

The heroes are recruited to explore the surrounding lands and assist in "clearing lands" for outpost to expand. Unless the heroes make friends with natives, odds are they will be the only of their kind in the city, as House Cannith has simply moved one of its creation forges here to get around the Treaty of Thronhold.

All Warforged here are welcomed into House Cannith as full house members, given same rights as any Human would within the House upon Eberron.

So i guess players may be encouraged to play a forged one, but i dont want to limit it to that. Hence why that dwarf, Klokk, by the way has gone around to recruit others from two worlds basically.

__
Crunch would be PF rules, w most anything from Eberron allowed as well.
Exploration and Expansion such would be handled based on Ultimate Campaign going to Kingmaker if needed for xp tables and such.

The world is pretty sandboxy. There are other races and creatures in it.. just a matter of finding them. Who knows you guys could have arrived in the middle of a huge wilderness preserve.. and a park ranger shows up one day. or the warforged digging the mines break through into a dwarven delve.

Im just looking to see if anyone likes the premise, atm.

Silver Crusade

So Anevia Tirabade appears to be a woman.
PC's think of her as a her with a broken leg.

Then if I read things right.

Shes married to Irabeth another women.. No biggy.

Then they found out that Irabeth sold her family sword to pay for what amounts to a Perminate Girdle of Masculinity/Femininity for her husband to become a woman?

Correct?

How can a LG Pally justify Selling a Holy Sword, to pay for something so selfish? How could Irabeth not have Fallen from that act?

This Sword was Radiance, in the hands of a pally the Cold Iron Long Sword +1 glows with a golden light.. The sword even changes forms to match that favored by the wielder diety. This blade would have been an artifact. No way would she remain High Priestess if she sold off church property for a selfish(evil) act.

even though its a family blade.. the church would see it as theirs.. perhaps it was part of the reason they made her high priestess.

Silver Crusade

So what happens when the first city ends taking up 56 Blocks instead of 36?

Do I just create a super huge block of 9 "city's" each of 9 "blocks" of 4 "buildings"?

Silver Crusade

I have an aasimar sorc of the silver dragon bloodline, right now that is able to fit most of the requirements for the Winter Witch PrC.

Requirements.
Knowledge-Arcane 5
Spellcraft 5
Spells- 3 different spells with Cold descriptor, one of which must be 3rd or higher.

The only requirement that I can fit is "Must have a patron and the ice magic class feature (inner sea magic page 43)

Does this mean that I will need to take 1 level in Witch to take this PrC?

Silver Crusade

Ill admit im feeling lazy and only looked through the first three pages of this forum, there are 26k posts in it.

My question is this.
I have a fighter/rogue who has the feat(icantrecall) that lets you gain as many attacks of opportunity as you have dexterity (20 Dex so 5 atm).

At this table we just started using minatures for things.

Here is the situtation that came up.

Im standing in a street with a paladin litterally at my back. Both of us have drawn scimitars, he has a large shield while i have my tower shield.

We are stationary in defensive stances andget surrounded by 8 guys and situation looks like this.

(the map didnt really work out for me that well in the post. 7 guys can attack me, 5 can attack pally. )
_______
|--xxx| x = bad guys, P = Pally back to back with M = me
|-xPMx| Bag guys approach from the right, then when they get close
|--xxx| they wrap around us and try to encircle us.
------- the GM only allowed me to attack the x character just to the right of M, even though 7/8 guys entered my threatened space.

Is this a case of my brother not knowing how AoO's work in pathfinder, or me being confused on whats a threatened area?

Silver Crusade

So we recently implimented a new rule that all players must have a real minatures; Not just a scrap of paper or a lighter or coin of some sort.

I know absolutly nothing about minatures. So i need some help with finding them for two my characters.

Character 1
Aasimar Sorc Silver dragon bloodline. Will be taking the Dragon Diciple PrC when he is able to. Does not need Wings, as I can use the angelic ones from my Angel of Justice for him when he hits CL 10.

Male, uses a Longspear or Light Crossbow or his Claws. Changes between robes and normal clothes depending on what he feels like wearing.

* I purchased a minature to use for him called the angel of justice, but i didnt look at the minature too closely. Turned out I bought a female angel in a thong and with a sword and whip and nothing else on.

Character 2
Aelfborn(halfelf) Druid Worldwalker Archtype. Other multitalented class is Ranger (but will not use any metal armor ever)

Wears wooden armor (leather with firetreated wooden reinforcments) and Large Wooden Shield.

Male, uses four weapons. Silver sickle, Short Spear, Sling & Earth Breaker (exotic weapon)
Animal Companion Standard Greywolf

Id perfer some sorta of cool looking minatures for them, Doesnt have to be pathfinder minatures, but as the ones ive seen are already painted thats a plus. Ive next to no experience in painting, but everyone else at either table are avid warhammer40k guys with multiple armies that they have painted and have offered to paint my guys for me.

Thank you all in advance for you assistance.

Silver Crusade

So far I am level three. we have a majority vote house rule is if you multiclass you get 1/2 max hp, if you stay in your initial class you get max hp each level. was either go with it or not play.

14. 19, 12, 12, 12, 10 = sdciwc

He was initially going to be an archer in a breastplate. at 2nd level he became a tower shield specalist though.
We are on the smuggler's shiv, Just entering the red mountain. still have about half the wrecks to explore. we scouted them all out though and our navigator made a map of the island. Ive become the party's primary tank.

Skills
Climb, C-Wpn smith, C- boywer, c-armorer, k-engineering, k-dungeon, Survival, Swim

Feat Human - Weapon Finese
Feat 1st Level- Combat Reflexes
Feat Figther - Paired Opertunist
trait - Get the Package though (The Masterwork Tower Shield)
trait - Wealthy Family

Spent initial money (+1200G) on MW Breast Plate, Rapier, Scimitar, Elvish Blade, Comp Long Bow, watertight crate of 10 quivers, anvil, smiths tools, fletching tools, bowyer tools, assorted trade goods. and a pony. Made the stuff myself as my journeyman pieces. The first guy wakes up to see the pony being eaten.. lost the anvil but everything else survived.

at 2nd He said that everyone needed to pick a specality for our class. I had been using the tower shield, so that none would think is my package. So i went TS Specalist and picked up.

Feat - Shield Focus.

At 3rd i took my next feat

Feat - Saving Shield

I know being in the jungle and going to be exploring ruins I cant really wear more armor then I am now. but maybe a more enhanced type to make.

at 4th level our DM is allowing is to multiclass into any other PC class on the island. That gives me option of Druid, Cleric, Inquisitor, Cavalier, Ranger, or Ninja.

At 5th level (when we "clear" the island of all hostiles) we are allowed to multiclass into any class we have so far encountered as PC's (or any prestige we fit requirements for).

Of the rest of my players they mostly perfer single class 2nd ed pc's, me i perfer multi class pc's in the d20 system.

DM set HP at max, half of new class if you multiclass. Only real hard rule, that and whats available.

I was initially leaning towards working my way up to being a Stalwart Defender (as I do charge in first and plant my shield.)
But it requires a +7 BAB, F-Dodge, F-Endurance, F-Toughness.
That would be 3 of my next 4 Feats, assuming i stayed a Fighter.

next level I am thinking of taking a level in either cleric or inqisitor and using the Words of Power. that system looks vary interesting.

What are you all's thoughts. If id a know about how the adventure path starts i would a done things differently. We are friends with all the other survivers and a couple islanders.

What im looking for is a suggestion of a multi class path that will be fun to play and not suffer too baddly as main tank (25 ac)with half max hit points.

I should also note that the DM's Dice, when they do hit me, hit me for max or close too. I have been dieing 3 times (-neg con) before i hit 3rd.

Silver Crusade

Let me dress the setting. We were going to just run the society stuff while everyone got there for our weeky adventure path. We have a full table of 8 guys, a couple tables merged together a few years back when some of the guys were in the service, weve been playing together for bout 7 years now. five with everyone.

So we wanted to give this a try and see whats what. I run the 1st adventure w a stopwatch to keep track of the time. 2h 43m /4h to finish task 4 and task 2. Had 6pcs so i just moved all the dc's of everything one step up(well 5 points).

Week 2, 1h 17minutes left on the clock, they split up and finish task 1 and 3 but the ambush leaves them only minutes left. they make it back to their VC litterally as the last bell is ringing.

Great. They accomplished everything.

Bonus coin divided based on who was present for what. np

XP : 5 Players get 1 XP. Player 6 was presennt week 1 so gets .5 points. Player 7 was present week 2 so gets .5 xp

Am i correct? Im bringing the guys their reciepts/log pages tonight. I want to have it filled out correctly.

Please advise,

Edit/PS The Inquisitor in the party can take a 1 and pass a dc 15 perception check, the druid can do the same and pass a dc 10. How do you handle supprise?

Silver Crusade

So.. Just starting up with this PCS stuff. Myself and another are going to swap off being DM, so one of us dont end up "eating" all the adventures.

That said, this evening ill be DMing the First Step part 1 and maybe 2.

What I am wondering is there any certain Order to go through the http://paizo.com/pathfinderSociety/scenarios/sanctioned? or is it just kinda willy nilly pick one of whatever level range you need.

Something on the lines of an adventure pack?

Appolgies if this has been covered elsewhere, never been too good with search functions.

Thanks
