I'm going to wait to bring both groups together, so feel free to say as much or as little between yourselves, until everyone responds.

General and Marshal
You are both are Haven already and are free to be where-ever you wish to be. You were both told that most everyone else will be arriving at a little past 2pm. So if you Want, you can make your way to the Force river.
as for the wondrous item that i am to choose, i would say something like:
a sized-down (so we can use it) version of Mattock of the Titans
or
a Lyre of Building-type item that isn't an instrument (unless we have a bard)
Mattock of the Earth Elemental
This Large +2 Adamantine Warhammer of Impact deals 3d6+2 damage when used as a weapon.
When used as a tool, in just 30 minutes it can manipulate earth and stone with the force of 100 humans laboring 3 days. This includes breaking/carving stone, digging/packing dirt, etc. This use takes its toll on the user eventually, requiring a CON check once per 30 minutes of use. The DC of the check starts at 10, and increases by 1 for each 30 minute segment of use within the same week. The Endurance feat (and similar feats, according to the DM) provide a +4 to this CON check. Your Size modifier to CMB also applies to this check (Small -1, Large +1, etc). The Powerful Build racial trait can be used to determine your size modifier for this. A medium creature can use the Mattock as a tool, but it only has the force of 50 humans. A small creature can use the tool, but it only has the force of 25 humans. Creatures larger than large size do not get a bonus to the force (in human equivalent) to the tool.
Once you fail your CON check to continue use of the Mattock in a given week, it no longer functions for you for 1 week. Furthermore, when a character fails its CON check, no other character may use the Mattock for a period of 1 day.
I would say yes, but should someone manifest Expansion or cast Enlarge Person on the user, then it would count as a bigger unit because the larger character would get more use out of it.
I picked this item to be both a kingdom-building tool and a weapon for someone so inclined (it is a little big for Fabricator to wield effectively, he is small sized)
EDIT: also it would be slightly better than that i think, since 3 days of work is done per 30 minutes. So that would have to be accounted for somehow.

How bout this. I actually have it written on klokks character sheet. You want something to aid in building/construction.
I Do have rather impressive Red Dragonbone rib bone coated in mithril and set with a vary large mulch-faceted Khyber shard that is a vary pale amethyst in color. Looking inside the crystal you Know that there is a Greater Earth Elemental bound inside with chains of fire a pale bluish color.
Kingdom usage: reduces BP construction cost of amount of stone/force walled improvments or buildings by 50% if size 1 or 2 buildings. Need an Elder Earth Elemental bound within to effect larger then size 2 buildings.
I do not have combat stats for it, but can come up with something easy enough. He never intended to swing it in battle.
yeah that sounds much more cool and the shard in it has a better eberron feel, plus it can be improved later once i take elemental binding.

The staff, for Kingdom level purposes, needs to be fully charged and it will work for the month, but will end the month at 1 charge remaining.

That staff could be the reason Why you take elemental binding. You spend x levels studying it.
For everyone not just fabricator
Ill allow skills and feats that require being trained by X or Y class to be spontaneously developed. As you are the first of X or Y from your worlds to be in this world.
To use Elemental Binding. The feat in Eberron is only taught by the gnomes who are masters at it. Even the house with all the airships brings a gnome with to keep an eye on the elementals that power them, as people with the ability to bind an elemental.. well lets just say it takes three people, incase one dies in the process, if nobody dies it takes 2 people. one to summon the elemental and one to bind it in the item.

For the couple games i am playing in, is it better the make one of those persona things? like you guys have for your chracters? is it, better, here to do that?
I am going to for a couple of NPCs that are going to be interacting with you, but truth be told it didnt really sink in that may be the proper way here to do characters. not just linking a myth character sheet like i did on Klokk.
If you have a very very very recurring character, it may be better to make an alias. For even common NPCs, it is probably not necessary.
You can use it to post some of your stats as well if you put them in the class bar. So my profile says this. This way the gm and you don't have to go digging through your character sheets for info.

Slight confusion i think. Force River is what people in haven have taken to calling the river that flows though town, mostly because of the walls of force it flows through.
Half the party is not present in haven yet. You are. But the lizardmen and that group of players are not. In-fact you havnt seen any, dont even know that they are coming.
Sorry a bit a mix up since I am writing two people in two locations. I will be more careful in the future.

It shouldn't happen In the future, I just wanted to describe the arrival of the other half of the party, and let everyone get a chance to talk as that's goin thru the doorway between words IS a kinda major life change. Didn't want to just gloss over it and start with 'so your all in Haven what do you do?'

Today being for-truth Wednesday night: I have to leave shortly to get to my table. I will be responding tonight when I arrive in the theory that when you people wake up on the marrow, or are still up around 3 cst, whenever you get here to the forums you will be all in the same place and be given a few vague goals to help lessen the sandbox, initially.
In Truth Resnit has explored the local area far more then klokk has.
Joel actually has never been outside of Havens walls, he hasn't even been to a mine or farm.
Samannitha the druid has been off doing her own thing.
The rest of the Forged Ones... Don't really care, those that do have joined one of Resnit's expeditions into the area that is currently explored.

Could we come up with a consensus on what to use for telepathy? I think half of the characters have telepathy, and we're all using different symbols.
i have always used << >> or :: ::. i can change if you all want to.
i use [ b ] [ i ] for emphasized words in regular speech.
[ i ] for thought that isnt said but that could be read with detect thoughts

I kinda like that blue text ya all. I don't know how to do it though so for now.. lets do this below. If there is two different colors we could use. one for <<>> and one for >><< that would work perfectly.

If you are in haven, you know it is time and ALL of the warforged have started to gather. Infact everyone has gathered except for the druid and her apprentance, but three owls can be seen flying high in the air, one seems to almost shine in the sunlight.
As this is my first pbp and not voicechat version of this type game there will be some bumps as I get used to what I can prep and what I can not. As of now, beyond my copious notes and maps I have nothing pretyped out. I dunno SOP, but I am generally more creative when I just zone into the "world" and let things flow as I would at the table.

Just spent way way longer than I thought trying to figure out the proper number of blooks in to make up each districts.
Each district is made up of a 3x3 grid made up of a 2x2 grid of buildings. In minecraft each block = 5 meters or 1 square.
Ive tried scales of each building = 10x10, 20x20, 12x12, 25x,25 .

My mom's the receptionist at one of the blood centers here. Ive got A+ pretty common, which means they like to keep a large supply on hand. which is handy as its not too far away from me. Not to mention the vampires (people that take blood) are all easy on the eyes, time passes quickly. In the time it takes for the machines to do their things, I can generally watch a whole movie and still have a few minutes to spare.
This will make the 6 gallon mark that ive given away so far. kinda happy about that. :D
anyway OT: Ill have things up soon.

The fact that hes a wyrm, not just a half-dragon. Everyone that was already at Haven had seen Klokk in that form as they traveled the hall of doors. Something about that place strips illusion magics.
Half-dragons are apparently more common than gnomes on Eberron, at the least in the three unrelated campaigns ive played in. In Eberron Its the age category 12 dragons that are somewhat more rare, though at klokks level for him they are considered common, if just for the fact he belongs to a wing of metallics.

Its about 3pm at the point the four of them can be seen flying north towards the island out in the ocean. Sunset is about four hours from now. You have a very strong suspicion that Klokk is going to call the council together a tad after sunset.
Of course nobody is required to show up at the council meeting, but that is why you are all here.
just realized i hadn't spent all my gold. so i spent most of it.
i didnt buy items at a discount for crafting since my scores are kinda low to be crafting much.
