I’m gonna be honest with yall: things have been rough. My mental health took a nosedive because I ran out of unemployment benefits and the job offer I had might very well get rescinded when I was slated to start on Monday. I’m currently just…sitting on the couch trying my damnedest not to rot away in my depression. I’m sorry that I’ve been…nonexistent because of this.
FYI, this entire time I've been using the Esoteric Reflexes spoiler FIRST for if you use Implement's Interruption for exactly this reason. I use up the more restrictive reaction first.
But also, uh...blood vendetta doesn't have the concentrate OR manipulate trait, so it doesn't actually trigger Implement's Interruption.
I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Take your time and do what you need to do.

Yeah, in my minds eye I was picturing the Reaction Cascade starting with some other provoking action, such as movement or another kind of spell. I hit them, they vendetta me, I vendetta their vendetta.

I’m not sure if I’ll be able to get a post in today; my laptop is on the fritz and the Enter and Backspace keys are not working consistently (which is, y’know, a problem), so I’ll probably have to take it into a repair shop.
So! It was actually that my laptop was basically FUBAR and I needed to get a completely new one. Yay.

Ahh, sorry about that. The character sheet's prepared spells are more of a static baseline, or default to rubber band back to in case I don't know what to prepare. The Resources Remaining spoiler is where I keep track of my current spells, both prepared and cast, as well as my esoteric scrolls.
And sorry about the laptop. Hope you can get that sorted with minimal fuss.

(For those who don't know, apparently laptops made within the past 5 years that run Windows have a Copilot button instead of the right Ctrl key, and it was VERY SPECIFICALLY programmed to make it hard-as-hell to turn back into a right-Ctrl-key)

Oh, don't worry! Putting the big man in time out gives us time to deal with the others, and is the optimal play. Ajoran is more pleasantly surprised, since he doesn't have to deal with two robots AND a dragon while Gorrum's champion is kicking his teeth in.
A couple Exploit actions are very much worth that convenience.
So. Uh. Huh. This is a first for my books. Didn’t expect that to…actually happen. I’ve already set the precedent regarding Hero Points and unconventional death, so…Yujin proceeds to spend all of her Hero Points to stave off death and not get beheaded by Ordulf’s vorpal sword. I’m still gonna say that that made you at 0 HP (but stable), because…you failed a save against a vorpal sword!
My head! It's all good. That's how it goes sometimes.

That was in the previous combat. Then several 10-minute bursts of Treat Wounds checks happened.
Power outage has the PC out of comission and a busy work + school day means I won't be able to phone post until the evening. Hopefully things will be up and running when I get home.

Hey, Ajoran. Not at all the most important thing, but I was just doing some napkin math, and you actually have your max HP wrong. It should 231 before the drained (10 from ancestry + 8*17 from class + 4*17 from Con + 1*17 from Toughness)
Heads-up: I might not be able to get a post in tomorrow (4/21) because of a family emergency where we will basically be spending all day de-cluttering our spare bedroom so it can actually be, yknow, a spare bedroom.
