Game officially starts Monday, and that is when I will post the briefing, but feel free to dot into the Gameplay thread and introduce yourselves to each other. You will be starting on a shuttle headed for a freighter near Verces.

I'm sorry, everyone, but I've bit off more than I can chew in terms of games totals. I'm going to drop out now rather than be a drag on all of you.

My work schedule has changed. For the next five weeks, I'll be unable to post generally after 3 PM (same time zone as New York City) on Monday through Thursday. I'll check games in the morning and make what posts I can.

Also, I may be traveling on April 6-9. I should have some access to Wifi and a laptop, but if a post is needed in this period, please

Just checking: Am I missing something about this plotline, or is it just written in such a way that this obsession with Envar isn't supposed to make sense at this point?

Seems to me we need to investigate what he has done to cause such a mixed reaction, think we are getting closer on that front. we may have to help clean up his mess and or find and get him to make things right.

The scenario is not particularly interested in giving you anything to work with now. It's probably expecting this to be played in a 4-hour block when the players just want to make the rolls to finish the tasks and move on.

It seems like we've done a lot today, so I just want to confirm that we're setting out on the same day we arrived. They aren't offering for us to rest overnight and set out in the morning? No regaining of RP?

No one will stop you from resting, but you have to decide if it's worth it while you are trying to chase Envar.

How is everyone on health and stamina? I got 3 Serum of healing if needed.

I'm good on health and stamina, although I'm sure I'll need some healing if (when) we get in another fight.

Sorry for the posting delay. I went to watch the Sun being devoured, and the hotel did not have the promised wifi (or breakfast! negative three stars!).

I had a feeling the Sun being devoured was a sign something bad was about to happen to my dice rolls...

I am sorry for not posting recently. As I said I would be, I was traveling since Saturday morning and while I had some time on the weekend with Internet access, I had trouble signing on to Paizo and could not bet a password reset to work. I'm just now able to post again, but now I'm crunched for time as I get caught up on my work and all my games. I'll post as soon as I can, but I'm okay with 'botting my character if it will help keep things from bogging down.

I danced for a time on a Moonshadow, on the plus side!

@Wilson - I've got Jump Jets, but even with those the only place I can get to within range is in your space lol, if you don't have anything else to do with your move action would you be able to move around a bit?

I am not sure I can clear space for you. If I guarded step, you still can't get there. If I do something more than guarded step, then it'll get an AoO on me instead of on you.

I've got 30 feet from the jump jets, so I have just enough move if you did a guarded step.

Hmm.. It didn't look like it when I looked at the map. Where you're standing now was a spot I was still in *after* the 5 foot movement, but maybe there was a way to get closer I didn't see.

For Asgrok I think it would be best to start as Science officer and then move to Engineering or Magic officer.

My idea is in the first round or 2 Asgrok will do Science officer to learn about the target, then switch to engineering. So for that first round or 2 Oshari could do either engineering or chief mate as needed then stick to chief mate once Asgrok is done with being Science officer, or roll to aid Asgrok in engineering.
