I hope Tatis learns to make better decisions soon.

I love the feeling of cheating death by just pushing it into the future!
Death by giant half-elves? Nope, we will bring back dragon eggs.
Death by white dragon? Nope, we will bring back a giant's sword.
Death by fire giant? Nope, we will find some other huckster to take down.
I feel like we are in a Tarantino movie somehow, like Kill Bill 3 or something.
:-D

Lol, love it sir!
Little side story re Kill Bill 1,
When Malinda's dad lived with us, he lived in his lift chair right in front of the tv. One day I put on the aforementioned movie, Dale never said a word, until the end of the scene with the killer 88's...at the end of that fight, he turned to me and said, in a slow, low voice..."That's a lot of killing", only words spoken.

Think you guys have been bungling through things lately! You aren't going to be able to steamroll everything, you got pretty lucky with the giant leader.
Enemies with average or above intelligence are going to use it to advantage, especially ones that can prepare ahead of time, like the dragon. The first time you encountered the dragon he didn't have any spells up, when you came back he was able to cast Fog Cloud at will to fill the cave, also cast Shield to increase AC to 35, and fire resist 10. Casting Fly to avoid the ice was a great move, unfortunately it was too little for the super prepared dragon. Also would caution Hal to keep Dimension Door or something similar available in case things go badly in a big battle.
Feel free to use Knowledge rolls to potentially learn things about your enemies: how old the dragon was, what spells he might have, other powers, etc
You could also have used Sense Motive to try to determine if dragon was being truthful/deceitful each time that you spoke with him. You might have figured out he was lying the first time and truthful the second time.
Think you guys need to consider how to be sneaky occasionally.
Back to the giants: The goblins were merchants! You could have potentially gotten items from them that would have helped you against the giants and/or dragon. They had all the good stuff in bags of holding on them, not left in the wagon, because they aren't idiots.
Okay, think I'm done with my rant.
