Sorry for the delay. I'll post in the game thread in a bit. My wizard has most of the knowledge skills, so I'll roll those.

I updated the slide with my icon and perception/initiative rolls.

Hello all. I am finally able to access my account. I'm not sure why it took longer than others.

We will definitely not be finishing the scenario by the end of NostalgiaCon on the 6th (unless you folks want to just leave now), but the con organizers want the paperwork done in advance, so I will be reporting the table by the end of the week (then sending edits if necessary once we finish).

I'm getting more utility out of Arin's odd abilities this scenario that I usually do, which is cool.

Rhiannon's got a great Diplomacy modifier, but I'm not sure if she (or hell, me for that matter) totally gets what's going on here. I saw that Rone figured out the shade is trying to 'take over' an elemental body and get out of here to presumably wreak havoc in the outside world, is that a fairly accurate statement? So seems to me like we need to 'convince' the shade to do exactly that and then take down the elemental body (hopefully with, you know, swords and stuff instead of all this channeling nonsense!)

Any other thoughts or am I completely missing the target here? Which, by the way, is completely possible as I've been neck deep in tax work for about the past month! :)

Rone is pretty much with you in regard to understanding what's going on. :)

Your costs for coming back from the dead in Pathfinder Society:

Raise Dead 5450 gp or 16 PP or 2725 gp and 8 PP
Restoration 1280 gp or 4 PP or 640 gp and 2 PP each (need 2 to clear both negative levels)

And some special rules because you have a pregenerated character:

The Roleplaying Guild character must contribute a minimum amount of gold to cover the costs before using any of the pregenerated character’s wealth, depending on the pregenerated character’s level: 0 gp for a 1st-level pregenerated character, 1,000 gp for 4th-level, and 2,000 gp for 7th-level. If you are playing a pregenerated character in a scenario in which all players are required to use pregenerated characters, you do not need to contribute to this minimum.

• After applying Roleplaying Guild character resources, the player can use the pregenerated character’s funds to pay for these spellcasting services. If sold to pay for condition removal, a 1st-level character’s gear is worth 75 gold pieces, a 4th-level character is worth 3,000 gold pieces and a 7th-level character is worth 11,500 gold pieces.

• The Roleplaying Guild character can spend Prestige Points to help offset the gold cost of raising a pregenerated character from the dead. She may pay up to half of the cost of raise dead, resurrection, or true resurrection with Prestige Points, at a rate of 1 PP = 375 gold pieces.

• The character can use the gold and prestige that she has earned on the Chronicle sheet for the current adventure to help pay for condition removal.

• If more resources are needed to pay for the cost of the services, players at the table can, but are not required to, contribute some of their own gold pieces.

If any other players are willing to contribute, they should DM me so there is no pressure on any individual. If Shrec cannot afford to be raised himself, I will then notify anyone who contributes directly.

This concludes Wardens of Sulfur Gulch. Congratulations on making it out with no casualties - this one definitely has a lot of hard encounters for a group with mostly normal builds for characters.

The game is already reported and should not need any changes, but let me know if anything seems wrong. If you have not rolled a day job, please do so now. I will get chronicle sheets out tomorrow.

I will note that there is one boon you didn't earn - it required you to create an elemental body for Isirah's shade, then defeat it. If you weren't planning to drill a hole in your head and implant weird alien technology into it, this will not affect you.

I suppose Arin could offer his elemental body, but that's quite a sacrifice and probably wouldn't do :)

It was in C5 and required a bunch of skill checks to make it and then convincing her to go inside. If it helps, the shade is now trapped in an inescapable ruin, likely for millennia.

Oh, that's right. I guess we got busy elsewhere and lost track of that option. But yeah, alls well that ends well.

Chronicle: Arin's faction is stated wrong. It's Liberty's Edge, not Silver Crusade. Other than that it's right.

Thanks for running this and thanks to my fellow players! That was a lot of fun. I don't know if it was being the lowest level in the group, but I've never depleted so many of Arin's resources at once. Felt useful anyway :)
