I'm not sure if I have a firm footing on the seafloor here or if that would be too low to be able to reach the fish. If not, I'll need to make a swim check here, although I don't think I can fail.

They have a sap speed ability. Whatever they are attached to will have it's speed reduced by half which can stack with others of its own kind. Can reduce Dex when attached, on a failed save the creature it's attached to is effected by slow and it's effected by haste.

"That was all that I observed and according to Mary Kay's description, they seem to be fully capable of causing the issues this vessel was experiencing. I did not see any evidence of lizard people or other agents of the Illusionatti, though as I've mentioned before, absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. You should be on the look out for anyone on board at the time who might make sudden changes in behavior, changes in personality, likes and dislikes, etc... Ramona starts to chuckle, Yeah that would be crazy wouldn't it. One of the sailors from the ship come over to her and whispers in her ear. Well I was just informed that one of the crew saw a grindylow swim away pretty fast. One of my crew pointed out a partially submerged sea cave, maybe that is were they are at. Might be worthwhile to check it out before they attack the group. She looks at the people on the ship, But first there is something a bit more important, the ships crew and passengers are a bit on edge. Now that the ship is taken care of that might make them feel a bit better but if you could go talk to them to calm them down that would be for the best. So would you guys be able to talk to the crew and passengers?

"Ok everyone. As you probably noticed, we just got back from the settlement. They made great progress on it. With just a little weeding the crops are in good shape. There are some simple houses and a bunkhouse, so we have a roof over our heads. Most of a defensive wall and they dug a couple of well, including one in the palisade.

You have seen how much foodstuff is left in the hold of the Peregrine. There is not enough to see us back to the mainland. So, as scary as it may be, our options are limited. Probably starve trying to return, or continue on. Building on the what we have, what we can find, and working together."

There were 4 people that seemed to be instigating a lot of the trouble. As Mary Kay steps up and gives a rousing speech, 3 of them seem to relax and calm down. There is 1 more person that seems to be causing issues.

He looks like the farmer type and might need a little persuasion that you guys will be able to keep the place safe. You can give me a Strength check to try to impress him.

Between the smooth words of Eustice and the intimidating stare of Rhysfar he seems to calm down. We definitely have nothing to worry about I don't even know why I was so upset. He chuckles and goes about his business.

Eustice you sense that Ramona is being truthful. Ramona looks at you, I never said that nothing will happen. If it is their lair then it would be best if you can get rid of them by either killing or driving them off. If they are not taken care of I fear that it spells big trouble for the colony.
