Kya would have had to move to avoid healing the ogre which would have prevented her from using a 3 action heal. The trouble is the ogre is between her and Bina. Hopefully she will be able to get to Bina next round.
Also, my husband is quarantined right now which effectively makes me a single mom. I am trying to keep up with posting, but there may be some days when I can't manage it. I am fine with being botted if it comes to that.

So, just a question, mostly cause I want to do it right when I DM. When someone gets koed, is it in the rulebook that they drop their weapon, or is that something your ruled? Every time I've dmed and a player of mine dropped, I assumed they still had weapon in their hands. Every time a watch a movie with gun violence, dead men have the guns still in their hands more than 50% of the time.

I believe it's stated in the rules...
Unconscious
Source Core Rulebook pg. 622 1.1
You’re sleeping, or you’ve been knocked out. You can’t act. You take a –4 status penalty to AC, Perception, and Reflex saves, and you have the blinded and flat-footed conditions. When you gain this condition, you fall prone and drop items you are wielding or holding unless the effect states otherwise or the GM determines you’re in a position in which you wouldn’t.
As another data point, its always been my experience that going unconscious makes you drop weapons. A buckler would most likely stay on. A shield...I would say drops.

That's true Muzzo, just that rulebook is so thick, it is hard to find everything and especially all over the place. Just when you think you know the rules, you gotta go look it up somewhere. Or you forget something is a rule, in this case dropping a weapon when koed, never even occurred to me the weapon left the person's hands. Or you forget you/someone has to do X before they do Y. But now I know.
Guess in future scenarios, I'll have to buy some kind of superglue and apply it to my characters hands before entering into battle with the final boss.

Oh yeah, remembering all the rules is hard. Fortunately, a quick google search of "2e topicX" usually gets you tot he right section at https://2e.aonprd.com/ which is the official online rules source partnered with Paizo. I rarely go a day without looking something up, and when I GM, it is rare if I have less than 3 tabs with that site open at any time (and since I am GMing 3-8 games at a time... )

If Kya comes to my side of the ogre, she could use a 3 action heal and get myself, Bina, and anyone else who moves close. Mandower and Muzzo can still kite, but you could get healed to full without continuing to get hit. But the key is keeping Azu on his feet and the ogre's attention on me. If Azu goes down, the ogre will make short work of the barbarians. Even if Azu doesn't die, he would drop his weapons and it would be two rounds before he could Twin Takedown.
Kya might even be able to move to the square behind me and use one action on Bina and one on Azu. My only concern is if the ogre has Reach, and could hit Kya if she moves close enough to heal.
Another option is for Kya to just move within 30' and 2-action heal Bina. Bina could grab her weapon, stand up, and move back. Azu would have to survive three attacks from the ogre.
Ideally, Azu would be on one side of the ogre with Kya healing him, and everyone else would be on the other so they could move in and get a flank and move out to avoid getting hit. Azu gets constant flanking from Ako, while everyone else flanks with Azu.

Indeed. As Azu posted it comes from the unconscious rules that you drop your equipment that you are holdings. You all seem to have covered it already :)
Also sweep does not drop you prone. It just adds +1 to hit as long as it is a different target.

I am really sorry, but this week is just not my week. Waiting on word to see if my daughter needs to be admitted to the hospital. My brain is gone and I won't be posting tonight. I can hopefully post tomorrow when things will (hopefully) calm down a little. Feel free to bot if you need. Sorry about this!

I hope your daughter is doing well! Take whatever time you need. We got you.

This last battle can indeed be rough. I have had a few of them now drop 2-3 players throughout, but luckily no deaths or TPK's yet!
JUst need a Day job roll from Azu for his chronicle

Here are your chronicles. Please look them over for any errors and I will correct them right away! The game has been reported in.

Thanks! You chronicle has been added to the link above.

Chronicle sheet looks good, thanks GM! I had lots of fun. I hope I get to play under you again soon!

So for my own personal interest in how the game design works out, I logged the entire party's combat for this adventure.
There might be slight errors if I put in a wrong number or maybe an attack hit and the GM didn't indicate whether it hit or miss. But after some double-checking, I think these stats are fairly valid.
Athmar - 35
Azu - 152
Azu Companion - 0
Bina - 12
Kya - 0
Mandower - 49
Muzzo - 69.
Keep in mind, Azu is lvl 3, so I'm +9 to hit. However...
Total damage= 317. Technically, this damage should equal the total hit points of the NPCs, but I don't know what those were so if a creature only had 1 hit point left, whoever killed it got full damage credit on this chart.
For example, Azu got a crit on the first got for 22 points. But the goat probably had less than 10, so that makes Azu's damage look better.
Any attacks that came after the creature was defeated, are not included to the ability I could determine they did not count based on GM's post.
Average die roll in combat (Twin Takedown): This does not include modifiers, just what's on the d20, nor does it include skill checks. Just attacks.
Athmar - 13.3
Azu - 8.9 (12.2)
Azu Companion - 0
Bina - 10.6
Kya - 17 - This Ray of Enfeeblment.
Mandower - 11.3
Muzzo - 11.2
Total Actions in combat (some Action breakdown ): This does not include the actions people spent climbing the cliff vs the goats, until they entered combat.
Athmar - 21 (9 were Quick bomber, 5 - wasted, 4 stride)
Azu - 36* (10 Strike, 6 Strike, 7 Twin Takedowns, 4 Hunt Prey, 2 Command Animal)
Azu Companion -
Bina - 18 (9 Strike, 4 Strike, 2 Focused Performance
Kya - 15 ( 6 Heal, 2 Guidance, 2 Cantrips, 2 Ray of Enf)
Mandower - 18 ( 9 Strike, 2 Strike, Rage, Interact)
Muzzo - 25 (13 Strike, 7 Stride)
* Azu has more action on account of the goat encounter and starting in combat and not getting knocked out.
Let me know if anyone has any specific question. Some interesting observations result.
1. Azu is not getting much from his animal companion.
2. The addition +2 on his combat attacks from being higher level seems to make a HUGE difference.
3. Athmar is wasting about 1/4 of his total actions with nothing to do.
