The first nat 1 and it was the perfect opportunity for comedy
I’ll get Gaxi’s statistics bar up in a bit
EDIT: Done. And I just realized my plan for him to be a dragon disciple may not work with just fire elemental...
Piret Kersna
A different idea regarding a second person to handle traps.
A dip in Rogue doesn't work for Piret, but aside from lacking Trapfinding, she's pretty well set to deal with them. She has Disable Device in class and enough skill ranks to keep it and Perception well fed. Her dex is 16 rather than a Rogue's probable starting 18. But this only puts her behind by -1 and dex is the physical attribute she'll be improving over time.
There is a non-dip way to get Trapfinding, but it would require a slight bending of convention. Piret could pick up the Trap Finder trait, which is a Mummy's Mask campaign trait.
I'd be fine with either trading her current Resilient trait for it or trading the Toughness feat for the Extra Traits feat to get Trap Finder and another trait.

Would have been even funnier if Dax failed her perception roll and didn't back up in time :) But still a good chance for IC introductions. Nice idea.
Athrehon
Heya, gang! Just saw that this was open, and thought I'd get a quick start...only to find I'm almost late to the party! :D That said, glad to be along for the ride.

the more I play Gaxi the more I should’ve gone crossblooded sorcerer-I feel like he deserves to be a mini Dahak. or at least think he’s strong like Dahak.
Gaxi the Everburn
I will not change unless confirmation. there may be better ways to go dragon disciple with the less spellcasting and the Will penalty, but alas.

Hey everybody. Happy to be here.

It will be interesting to see the final breakdown.

Hello, everyone! Looking forward to playing with you all.
Daxiana: Given that we're both Medvyeds, I imagine we've at least met each other. Does cousins work for you?

Works for me!
And I am behind again. Will try to catch up :)
Sven Langebukk
For Sven's Clan...
"As far as I heard, there is a big dwarven clan, the Langebukk, somewhere in Druma. I guess they own some of the trade caravan business. They even own a store in Restov, supposedly.” - Owlcat
If anyone would like to know of the Clan, or have had dealings with them, then I'd gladly work with that as possible character tie-ins.
Pyros Aldori
The ways people might know Pyros are both incredibly restricted and wide open. He spends most of his time working on his bladework, if you aren’t dealing with the Swordpact in some capacity, there’s little reason you’d have encountered him ‘professionally’. But then again, anyone could have randomly encountered him on the street, or seen one of his duels, or sold him some goods, etc etc. He’s a young, promising, but not particularly accomplished duelist. So if you saw him fighting he probably did well, might or might not have won, but was probably the equivalent of an undercard fight, going up against some other relatively nobody (or maybe someone who used to be somebody but is past his prime), not one of the top champion duelists.

Gaxi’s tribe would probably be a typical kobold tribe-which would make Gaxi stand out for being so bold as to come out and be with the tall folk.
Meredith Dawnfire
Hi hi! Excited to be here!
I'd def be interested in ties with other characters. Mere comes from a minor noble house, wasn't happy with her lot in life, took off to avoid an arranged marriage (that seems to be a minor theme here lol), off to make her mark on the world. Don't know if anyone else would want to fit in that in with their own, but I'm open.

Athrehon
Athrehon will be pretty open, and open-minded, despite seeking out other elves (or half ones) at the start. He's not bigotted, but just more "used" to being around other elves and well, he doesn't KNOW anyone here yet. :D
I'd be open to having him as part of anyone else's backstory, but frankly, he's been pretty much a scholarly wizard for most of his life. He comes from a prestigious arcane family, but beyond that...nothing extaordinary.
(And yes, in case anyone noticed, yesterday in the recruitment, yes, he was a sorcerer. Our clever GM and I had a discussion, and he was nice enough to allow me to rework him as a wizard for the sake of variety in spellcaster classes.)
Elenaril Oakspar
Enalaril has been mostly around those in her druid circle and small regional villages in southern Brevoy until now so there's not too much chance of her having interacted with other party members, though she'd naturally take to the more nature/wilderness oriented of the group.

HA! Does seem Daxiana and Meredith have that theme in common. I'm good with them knowing each other if you are. In Dax's case she sabotaged her arrangement through neglect rather than flat out refusal, so she probably admires Meredith just for putting her foot down.
