I've found it helpful to meta-plan a bit during these influence point encounters.

Shalelu - Garden of Remembrance (1): 4
Selwyn - Damaged Temple of Calistria (2): 5; Labor Lore (how to organize workers), Crafting (help to rebuild the city), Deception, Intimidation, and Diplomacy. He does NOT want to discuss the upcoming elections but talk of the Aspsis Consortium makes him nervous and easier to influence.
Nalora - Laughing Gale Feasthall (3): 0 Calistria Lore, Alcohol Lore, Performance, Deception, Acrobatics, Diplomacy; Resists: Coercion. Weakness: Flirting
Dalamian - Founder's Square (4): 2

We still don't know what skills affect Dalamian and Shalelu, though we know they generally already favor the Society. So we could use someone using Diplomacy to discover those skills.

We seem to be doing well with Selwyn and now Nalora is probably at 2-3.

Does anyone not have any relevant skills yet?

It seems like we have active support of 1, and 3 neutrals.

Bork was trying to pick up another for Nalora (and SGS has the best athletics). But, she seems both neurtral and challenging.

I think Bork is going to make an attempt with crafting (his best skill) to try to move Selwyn from Neutral to actively supporting.

I'm pretty sure the barbarian wants to be as close to the action as possible, and, as for Norbwald, he's a skeleton and not afraid to die, I'm thinking.

Speaking of the skeleton that just got his bones rearranged, how does the heal spell affect him. From what I read, casting heal on him would be a big mistake!

Any healing with the vitality trait is bad news for Norbwald.

Things like Soothe, or the Thaumaturge Chalice are quite effective however.

I thought only splash and the extra deadly/fatal die aren't doubled on a crit?

Interestingly enough, all the opinions I could find said that Precision Damage is not doubled on a Crit but I couldn't find any supporting evidence of that.

So, I just checked with my fellow VO's and, apparently, it is doubled on a crit.

Good to know for next time.

Maybe they were 1e references, or folks assume 2e would follow 1e regarding crits.
