We are still fighting the final boss, but chronicles have been sent.
I sent out the chronicles, but obviously if you look at the chronicle sheet, the only way to get cleansed is to finish the trilogy. As you may have guessed book 2 gives you more options and book 3 gives you even more options for possible dark gifts you can have for your character. And yes, dark gifts is the only boon for that. So not finishing the trilogy gives you a forever stained character. After you finish the trilogy, you can take a feat to gain only the plus but not have the minus side of the stain.
My problem is that I'm tired of Play by post Dming, so I propose 1 of 2 solutions.
1. I Dm a session with you three on Rolld20, as in we pick a day we are all available. And then we keep setting up meetings weekly or biweekly. Our first session will be in about 2 weeks, or if not everyone is available, after Cristmas.
2. We find a replacement DM to run this via story mode and I join you guys as a player. As I too gave myself a chronicle.
I've never done a live game on Roll20, but would be willing to try if we could find a good time.
I've only GM'd PbP once before (done tabletop for YEARS), but I'd be willing to do the second book (and third if everything is going well). I could give the same character the sheet, and use that to 'remove curse'. We'd need to bring the table up to four.
I don't think I can commit to a regular online play schedule, I barely get to game IRL on a regular schedule.
If I'm being honest, I would much rather not do a live game if you are ok with GMing, Baròleg.
Yeah, you can Dm, which would be good, and if we are adding a 4th, I'll see if whoever is joining us wants a chronicle from the first game and I'll add him to the reporting list. Cause you can't get cleansed unless you own all three chronicles on the same character.
I'm not far from having a second dming nova. Does anyone want to play a short scenario? I'm going to stick to them from now on for a while and limit myself to dming say 2. Anything from season 1 they want to play?
I'd be down for another round, just need to look at the Society list and see what's interesting.

I'm still in. But I have to admit that the experience was a little different than I thought it would be. We just went from one combat to another other wise I would have built my character differently.
I'm in. I don't know what average wealth is, but level should be 9, so I'll need to know your character creation rules. And those with characters already made, they can keep their current wealth, or you can add some credits to them.

So, I would actually like to create a new character to replace Akataran. It just wasn't working out as much as I wanted to play a psychic character. I'm working on him now.
I'm still interested in running... Haven't recruited yet though, life has sidelined me slightly.

This got delayed because of Covid-19, as I work the grocery store, I ended up getting overtime hours. The virus, I have good chance of surviving, but a worry would infect others as well as looters, attackers, and chaos with the shelves being nearly empty. I'm on my vacation week now, staying home for the week. Not sick yet, I do have allergies though, so I have to watch that, since allergies do share some of the same symptoms of Covid-19.

Level 9, I did make a post somewhere, don't remember if it is in Recruitment or gameplay or what, but it is there.
I went ahead and pmed the three characters that didn't post yesterday to see if they are still in.

Guess I gotta find more players, should I continue? I've been taking this slow, and I know some of you are still stuck with corruption on them chronicles.

Okay, Silas got back to me and he has to withdraw. That being said, I can't report the game with less than three people, so it is useless to continue. I'll have to close this game. Maybe you can get a DM to DM parts 2 and 3 for you to get rid of your shadow corruption.
Can we try to find 3rd player?
Every time I found an extra player for this, someone else drops out. And with everyone doing Gen-Con and British con in late august both of which can be played online, nobody wants to play PBP games right now.
