For Nik's undead hoards, I'm of the mind that they should always use looted equipment only :3
For Skellington in particular: unless we want to waste money on him getting magic stuff when we aren't even decked out, he's fine.
He already has the best mundane equipment that doesn't penalize his attacks (heavy shield, chain shirt, a 1d8 one handed weapon)
I mean, we could give him a tower shield and heavy armor, but he isn't proficient and wouldn't be able to hit anything...

If we get a robe of infinite twine, you'll always have to be tearing Rinika away from it.
That might be a good strategy for keeping her in one place for more than 3 minutes though.

Doomguard - Sinkers can choose any one weapon from the following list and gain the appropriate Martial Weapon Proficiency feat: bastard sword, falchion, greatsword, longsword, rapier, scimitar, short sword. If the Sinker is already proficient in the chosen weapon, they instead gain the Weapon Focus feat for the weapon. In either case, the Sinker gains a +1 competence bonus to hit with the chosen weapon.
Sinkers gain spell resistance equal to 10 + 1/2 their character level + their Wisdom modifier against any kind of healing magic. They cannot voluntarily lower this resistance.
Sinkers have a +2 competence bonus on Knowledge (engineering) checks and may always make Knowledge (engineering) checks untrained. A Sinker always treats Knowledge (engineering) as class skills.

I should probably mention at 5th level there will be faction feats available. One of the pre-reqs will be being promoted within your faction. What you have to do varies from faction to faction but a baseline is how well your character adheres to their chosen faction's philosophy.
