I'd say so. We'd probably want to lean toward a RAW understanding of the rules, insofar as the writers probably intended, just to avoid too many personal biases or considerations coming through, should questions arise. Hopefully things will be pretty straightforward, though.

Nice thing is we'll be coming into it freshly rested, so nobody's at a disadvantage from the situation beforehand. Should be a fun time!

6-one half dozen-the other to me, I am probably dead regardless. Just figured it was worth asking since I haven't seen him post.

If you guys want, I can throw together a quick simple arena map for us. I am running Super Pathfinder Brawl in another thread here, so I am getting decent at it.

It would be in google art if that is okay. I haven't gotten the hang of Roll20 yet.

I figure a 100'x100'x100' cube arena (length, width, height since we have some flyers.) Everyone starts off as far from others as possible behind a small rock outcropping. That way no one starts with a direct line of sight to get a huge charge attack or anything.

I say no, one initiative check, the idea for the map sounds fine, and if he isn’t posting then he probably isn’t interested or has moved past this whole thing.

And yeah, sure hope he's ok and has people to talk with. Getting to the point of being suicidal is not great.

After consideration, I think it is now truly Time to Die, for this Campaign.

It has been a pleasure while it lasted.

GM. I hope you're still alive and getting some proper treatment for your PTSD. Life still has many a beautiful sight to be enjoyed.
