I think the question was time before the first encounter in this section. I assumed the two rounds to recover was between the two encounters in this section.

GM Blake |

No prep time before the first final encounter once Dennis announced the final encounter.
Invading armies don't wsit until it's a good time for you, anyhow.
On an unrelatd note, I thought Eshimka was a push over until I re-checked how gaze attacks work. I still think he has a relatively trivial DR and SR for the tier he was built for.

If anyone's sitting on an Aid Token, I think Eddv's Discord table could use it.

Should I be flexible with the between battles time?
They very nearly just wiped if I force them into another battle in two turns they WILL wipe.

![]() |

Yeah I mean - we can call it an adventure 4 days early I suppose.

GM Blazej |

@GM Eddv It looks like your table is tier 1-2 and beat the far more mobile encounter already.
If I got that right, their next encounter will be against something that the party will likely be far faster than and lacks any ranged weapons. If you start the encounter farther way (like the upper bound of 90 feet) that would easily give the party more time to recover while the enemy closes the distance and maybe a lot more depending on party movement.
Edit: Has your group used their blessings of vildeis yet?

Of course it wasn't counting them! It was only counting successes after linee 156 in the response form. Just like I planned it....
Thanks. Should be fixed now.

Eshimka will turn her attention to the party on the even numbered rounds, and launch her attack on the following round. How do we handle this in the 2 rounds between the 1st and 2nd encounter? RAW, it does say that she only does this during combat, so I'm taking it that if the Pathfinders are not attacking her troops, i.e. resting, she can't be bothered with them.

GM Ietsuna |

I had my table deal with it. They used an attack to kibosh her attack.

GM Blazej |

If I might ask as well, my party would certainly appreciate an aid token. They are taking quite a beating.

GM Ietsuna |

My table have taken out the Undead Army and the Shade of Eshimka. What should I do with them now? Have them rest up or throw something else at them?

GM Numbat |

I will be heading out in the morning to fly to Seattle for Norwescon (yes, it does seem like during this game I have spent almost half my time in Seattle). I should be able to keep up with my table and complete the game but would be grateful to have a backup GM keep an eye on things just in case.
Also, I am having internet problems today and I am currently resorting to hotspotting from my phone. Keeping an eye on the table today wouldn't hurt though I will text Dennis if things truly fall apart.

My table as well - those troopers just barely survived it.

Hey folks,
We've reached the end, both by time and by successes! I won't be able to get the wrap-up posted until this evening, but feel free to slow-play today if your table is in trouble.

That's the end! Thanks for all your hard work everyone. Don't forget to roll for boons, as described in HMM's email:
Everyone, including the GM, rolls a d20. (The GM can also roll for all their players and themselves. If you do this, the GM roll is first, and all players follow in alphabetical order.) A roll of a 19 or a 20 earns a player boon.
Instructions if you roll a 19-20:
PFS: Roll an additional 1d4.
1 - Inheritor of Ghol-Gan (earn a grippli over the course of 12 games.)
2 - Contemplative Traveler (earn your choice of some interesting benefits associated either either with planar travel or the boneyard.)
3 - Season Explorer - Gain benefits based on how many games from Season 6 and 7 that you’ve earned credit for.
4 - Debt to Society - You can use a small amount of prestige to raise a dead ally, and pay the society back later.
If anyone wins, don't forget to collect their email--you'll need it for reporting. Games can be reported through this link, and you should use the following event info for chronicle sheets:
Event Name: Outpost II
Event Code: 2691381

Thank you, Dennis for organizing all this, and thanks to the Back-Up GMs who filled in for me while I was out of the net.

GM Ietsuna |

Thanks everyone. The table I played at was great, my table of players were equally great. Thanks for the back-up while I ran around a field and got super sunburned too.

And thanks from us backup GMs, for the rest of you sharing your tables with us.
The image of a chicken on the prow of a canoe, squawking out warnings of upcoming rocks will stay with me for some time.

Hey folks, as you finish your chronicle sheets I'd appreciate it if you'd either remove me as a player from your game or mark your table as inactive. I'd love to have fewer than 25 games on my Campaigns page.
