I'd like to atleast have the chronicle sheet. As mentioned, it's needed or otherwise the game, as far as those at conventions are concerned, never happened. Ontop of that, nowadays they want proof that you own the books your characters are based on, including a print of the PDF if you own it in PDF form with the watermark of your name as proof on it.

Technically true, although I've played in at least six PFS games at conventions and never once been asked for proof that I own the books I use material from. (I do have PDF's, because I'm not lugging around all my splatbooks, but they've got somebody else's watermark.) Also never been asked for my Chronicle sheets. Or anything really, all the convention GM's I've had so far have been as chill as the one I game with regularly.
Wait... a print of the PDF? As in a hard copy? Not happening. Defeats the whole purpose of having it in PDF form.

Regional time appropriate greeting, everyone.
Sorry to read of your Chronicle issues.
We can get those for issued for everyone, so your PCs are legal.
DoubleGold, I will get with you on how to digitally fill out chronicle sheets for future games. There are a number of free tools that will allow you to edit the chronicle sheet PDFs directly so you do not have to worry about scanners.
This seems to be a common question, so we will publish some "How-To" articles on how to issue digital chronicles to help new Online GMs going forward.
As far as GMs not checking sheets and resources at the table - a GM that does not check is trusting you to have your materials in order and that your PC is legal. Not having chronicle sheets, and using illegal or non-existing sources, is breaking that trust. Please keep that in mind going forward. Also keep in mind that using Pirated PDFs is breaking the Paizo Terms of Service (and, technically, illegal).
That said, please email us at PFSOnlineVOs@GMail.com and we will get you your chronicle sheets.
Send us your:
