Morgrym grows to impressive size after feeling the affects of the dragon’s aura. Thankfully Ansha is there to keep him from being terrified. Morgrym then steps up and attacks the dragon but only his last hit is successful possibly. Your to hit is 28 while primary is 23? Should it be 18 to hit? Likewise Arigoder moves over with a leap to strike at the dragon. What could have been a telling blow was deflected at the last moment.

Damiel Morgathain |
Damiel will take advantage of the dragon's looking away from him for a moment. Dropping from the ceiling to take flight, he moves toward the dragon and draws back on his bow when he is within sneak attack range.
He calls on the mythic power that he has found recently to quickly make another shot.

Damiel appears in mid-air as two quick arrows streak toward the dragon's body. He tries to position himself so the dragon has to choose which of the party it will attack with its breath weapon.
DM Variel |
Damiel just manages to get an arrow past the dragon's defenses on the first shot before appearing out of thin air. (+2 bonus for being invisible even though it knew you were there. It still couldn't see the arrow coming.) The dragon roars in pain as the arrow buries deep into its flank. The second shot tries to follow the same path, but without the benefit of being invisible, the dragon is ready and the arrow bounces off the armor like skin.
Nasira still to go
Melaxmera for her part relishes the ablility to go toe to toe with something. She hasn't had the opportunity to do so in quite some time. Everything either flees before her or is dead by breath attack. Smoke rolling from her nostrils she full attacks Iomedae's mighty warrior.

Lots of distractions with the holidays and I was thinking Nasira had nothing she could do. Silly me.
First observation - hand's off the chess piece, but I'm curious - her eldritch breach ability allows a reroll on spell penetration checks. Morgrym I could not update the map from my phone so the dragon was at the cave entrance. However by spending a mythic point to get another action and moving you will be able to charge the dragon. I am assuming you do so.
Morgrym takes the opportunity to put his impressive speed to go effect as he quickly moves forward 60 feet. Lining up his approach Morgrym then charges the dragon with earthbreaker held high. Arriving at his destination the earthbreaker comes down hitting the same weakpoint that Arigoder critically hit before. The open rent in the dragon's hide was now open to the hammer fall that paused the dragon's heart. Rearing up to attack back, the dragon clutched frantically at his now still heart before toppling out of the cave and plummeting to his final resting place far below.
Arigoder your smite is no longer active.

Subtle Magic Bluff: 1d20 + 32 ⇒ (17) + 32 = 49
’Wasting’ a mythic point to cast greater infernal healing, which will heal the remaining 6 hp by granting fast healing 4 for 10 rounds. It just seems like something impish enough Ansha’d do it. ;)
Also, Arigoder detects as an evil cleric for that 10 rounds. Not that anyone will notice with all the background evil of the Abyss….
Save DC is 27, if he wants to fight it off for some reason- it’s harmless, though.
Ansha Saeralyan |
After the dragon is dispatched and Morgrym has his fill of digging for treasure in a pile full of it, Ansha flies over to the giant hole in the room and takes a peek down it. "Still want to see what's to the south before we go spelunking?" she calls to her comrades.
Damiel Morgathain |
Damiel offers, "Yes... so would it be better for me to lead, or to watch the party's back?"
Ansha Saeralyan |
“Seems having you scout would be better, to me,” comes Ansha’s reply. With Damiel presumably leading, she moves for the southern caverns alongside the others .
DM Variel |
Hand waving this one…
Exploring south you see the remains of a recently killed 8 tentacled beast that Ansha identifies as an abyssal harvester. Its tentacles are able to stretch through space to attack creatures in distant areas of the plane it is on. It looks like it got into a fight with the dragon and lost that fight.
If you didn’t explore it would have harassed you through the mine with its tentacles.
Nasira Yusra Abujamal |
Nasira looks at the beast intently. She turns and follows the others.
