Feeling like he's able to float, "Well, looks like I can fly now so I'm gettin' out of this blasted water." He takes off, following Ansha.

Thankfully the Omox does not feel more insulted and turn her ire on you Damiel. As it is you make your way out of the waterfall cavern taking another 2d6 ⇒ (1, 2) = 3 cold damage and need a fort save DC 26 please.

My bad Arigoder...I was looking at the fort save DC not the reflex save DC. You would only take half damage and no fort save needed. You auto pass the next save needed for my mistake.

As soon as Damiel is visible Ansha casts mass fly on the party to get them out of the range of the falling water. Assuming you all fly up tthe face of the cliff you see a large cavern open up before you. The ceiling and far walls of this wide, roughly circular cavern are lost in shadows. At what must be the cavern's center yawns a great pit with a broken stone lip surrounding it. To the southwest, a small waterfall pours from a crack in the cave wall and gathers in a pool before running back out of the cave in the river 300ft below.

Damiel you feel overwhelmed by the waters of the Fulsom Queen and take 1d4 ⇒ 3 con damage this round and are nauseated as well.

Please make another poison save DC 26 unless someone can get to you this round to neutralize the poison. Whomever treats you would need to make a reflex save for the waterfall as well. After this round you would have been able to move away from the waterfall enough not to make any more checks.

So at this point everyone is up in the large cavern looking down at the large magically void in the floor. What are you doing?

Ansha’s eyes begin to glow blue as she hovers over the pit (detect magic), then looks around the cavern for anything in the way of interesting magical auras.

Ansha you are unable to see any magical auras from your current location. The cavern is large and you are not covering the entire area. Also the pit is too deep that you are not seeing anything past 60ft down.

Could we get an updated map link? It's kind of hard to find.

Ansha flies slowly around the cavern in a spiraling search pattern, her magic-detecting cantrip still in effect.

just the one magical effect is up and Ansha powers through it to reveal a massive dragon hoard of gems, coins, weapons, art and other items. The sheer size of it means you would be spending 1d10 ⇒ 9 hours just sorting it all if you wanted to take it. However with magical insight you do pick out 4 wands, a ring, a rod, an earthbreaker, a scarab, a crown, and a lyre.

Nasira's not so inclined, but I'm surprised there isn't an option to just spent x minutes scooping up random stuff to be sorted later.

"I believe I can utilize any of these wands if you want me to carry them. Perhaps they would be useful in another's hands, though - someone that doesn't traditionally cast spells?"

She looks at Arigoder and Damiel. "Perhaps it would be good for one of you or each of you to have some more magic available to you."

Treasure talk:
Not sure what Wand 3 is. What does it dispel? The water breathing spell as a utility spell doesn't probably gain us much to try being clever and putting it a martial's hands, but Damiel having the ability to cure moderate wounds is good - he's a mobile fellow with a very high UMD. Likewise, if he can drop a little debuff bomb on a group of enemies just because he's mobile via prayer, that seems reasonable. Nasira generally has mythic prayer prepared.

Who would benefit most from the ring of protection? I would put it on the finger of a front liner and move their existing ring to someone in the back line, but I haven't looked to see who has what other than Nasira adn Damiel, who each have +3 rings.

Great. NOW I'm tempted with the words "huge treasure haul" thrown out there. :P Of course, I'm not sure how we'd carry it all.

Handing the wands over to the healer, "Here ya go. I don't need any of the rest of this stuff." Storing the rest of the unclaimed items, "Okay, where to now? Let's keep movin'. Unless we want ta collect all of this gold and everythin' else. Ya know, the more I look at all this gold, the more temptin' it is." He stares at the pile for several long moments, "Okay, I'll take it all. You lot talked me into it." Morgrym pulls out a bag (Bag of holding IV) and begins working on collecting ALL of the treasure.

Okay, I'm convinced. Taking it all. Morgrym actually has a Bag of Holding II AND IV. He's about to fill them up, bay-bee! :)

Morgrym has a +5 ring. He doesn't need it.

Morgrym will take everything BUT the copper. He'll leave that. Don't know if that reduces the time or not but I just figured I'd throw that out there.

Morgrym works steadily collecting everything but the copper, the dwarf not being interested in that at all. Opening the chest and finding the scepter within, he lifts it out and looks at it in wonder. "Hey, any of you lot know how much this thing might be worth?" Appraise: 1d20 ⇒ 18

"I don't know, I'm thinkin' somewhere around 10,000 gold. What do ya think?" Looking over at the others as he holds it up for a moment, "Okay, I'm puttin' it back in the chest." And he does just that, continuing his endeavor of collecting it all (except for the copper).

Literally just guessing on the scepter. He has no ranks in appraise. :P

Agreed - especially if we assume that there are valuables like gems, jewelery and art objects that could be grabbed quickly instead of digging through piles of silver and copper coins..

Arigoder pauses, then shrugs, "It'll go faster if there are more of us doing the work, I imagine," and starts shoveling things into Morgrym's bags.

Damiel looks longingly at the pile of loot, but he's had such a terrible time of it lately, he's literally more concerned about his own hide than his coinpurse at the moment.

He will take up a watch, using his cloak of arachnida to find a place on the ceiling where he can watch the hole in the floor and the entrance. He has a wand of invisibility - when he sees something approaching, the first order of business will be to make himself invisible briefly via UMD.

Anyone object to him carrying the wand of healing as another healer for the party?

He will take 20 to hide for a 45 if able to, considering he hopefully has time to do so. Otherwise, his hide check would be Stealth: 1d20 + 25 ⇒ (9) + 25 = 34; his perception to not be surprised would be 1d20 + 23 ⇒ (5) + 23 = 28

Morgrym looks as the scepter longingly as the gems reflect the light in his eyes. Balancing it in both hands to get a feel for its weight he judges it to easily be more than 10000gp in value.

Sorry for delay... Thanksgiving and after math was a long one this year.

The party buffs and preps accordingly as you all await the onslaught of the dragon. Ansha does indeed recognize this beast as an entropic old umbral dragon. Its mere presence is enough to cause the knees to shake and bladders loosen. (frightful presence will save DC 26 or shaken for 10 rounds) Ansha also lets everyone know that it is immune to cold, death effects, energy drain, paralysis, sleep and is resistant to most spells (SR 30)

Nasira can you give me a spell penetration check based on the above info for the mythic prayer?

The dragon then moves up past the hole to protect its back flank. It remains 10ft above the ground as well. It then targets the paladin in the back with a smite law. Having targeted the possibly most dangerous the dragon then breathes out a toxic cloud of shadow stuff. The cloud clings to the body trying to sap ones strength.

Everyone but Damiel is affected. Need a DC 26 fort save or take 8 strength drain and blind for 1d4 ⇒ 3 rounds. Success means you take only 1d4 ⇒ 1 strength drain and not blinded.

Party is up

After sharing what she knows about the old entropic umbral dragon ("At least it's not a great wyrm!"), Ansha concentrates for a moment. An almost-tangible feeling of resolve washes over Nasira and Morgrym as she Shapes Emotions on those within the radius of her ability (30' radius).

Shape Emotions (Su): Whether a feature of her tainted heritage or a testament to her dedication to the study of the school of Enchantment, Ansha is easily able to alter the emotional atmosphere of a 30' area around her. This manifests as either a +4 morale bonus on saves against mind-affecting spells and effects and a reduction of one step in fear effects for her allies, or a -2 penalty on saves against mind-effecting spells and effects for her enemies. This ability can be used for a number of rounds per day equal to her wizard level, which do not need to be consecutive rounds.

Won't save Ansha from the failed Will save, but at least it'll negate the shaken condition.
