When we get back to town we can work on selling the excess unneeded items and get ourselves more well equipped.

Like the Rapier +1 and such. Lots of stuff can go. I'm also going to start my crafting soon, once im acclimated to the ring again. :/ Try and make money and armor on the side.

I have the mock up sheet made and im including the items we found in the tower. Minus the locked chest we couldn't open though.

It'll give us an idea of how much we gained once we sell things off. However a lot of that will be gone if we raise sir thomas.

Though since Arctorus doesn't strike me as a leader yet. If we raise Sir Thomas I see him staying on as Ambassador. But quietly retiring from adventuring. Lol up to Arctorus on that one but I see a brush with death once being more then enough reason to step down from such a dangerous occupation. Thus saving us a position to fill.

If we need funds we can also pull a BP out of the kingdom treasury, a justified expense.

Furniture is added but not for sale as it is not portable and requires recovery later, with the locked chest.

I will point out to you that Oracles are spontaneous casters. So you don't have prepped spells, but will need a list of known spells (without repeating the same spell) ... and CLW seems to make Infernal healing unnecessary. ;) (Also, as an Evil spell I don't think you'll be able to use it with your alignment. Try Celestial healing.)

I must admit.. IN my 'Home' games the DM hasn't had a problem with the casting of said spell... It does the job better than the sparkly version.

The reason for that spell is that this particular build creates 'Healing bubbles' around other party members wherein half the damage is transferred from the infliced target onto Arabeth.

With every one else in the party so protected... the amount of damage that can acrue back to the oracle is sometimes... extreme. So anything which helps keep the HP total in the positives is a good thing.

I shall abide by the DM's adjudication. *Curtsies*

I'll peruse through the spells and check on not doubling the spontanious cures, though. (^_~)

Reincarnate only cost 1000gp! (If the group wants to spend the GP to have him raised, I'll allow him to remain as a NPC Kingdom leader, and Thorn can continue to RP for him and his entourage.)

Arabeth - flying and non core race concerns me more than the healing and taking wounds from others. Other items: is there a Kingmaker trait taken, also Special Abilities hero points?

As for treasure, are you turning in the statue for the quest "A Lady’s Desire"?

The 'Hero points' were a left over from the 'HeroLab' program used to generate Arabeth. Gone now.

Torod would like to. He promised her he would bring something back and he tries to keep his word.

He'll also ask her out. His recent brush with death has made him feel his mortality. and, since he won't stop adventuring, his position almost requires it, but he still has a responsibility to further his line.

Been a few days and now that we have a total of possible treasure return, I thought I'd ask one more time.

I'm unsure how many reincarnate scrolls we can get our hands on in town... or who could cast it naturally? ;/

Okay, guys; decision time.

Theoretically, I could cast Raise dead off of a scroll, but it's 6th level and my current maximum level is 3rd. Also, at my current caster level we only have five days to perform the spell, and so the scroll would be too late.
Unless one of the local clerics can cast Gentle repose on poor Thomas' body. (GM Glyn, any chance of that?)

Alternative: we order a scroll of Reincarnate, which is closer to my level and doesn't have the time limit.
Downside; odds are good that Thomas will not return as a human.

Preference?

I always find Reincarnation a fun little wrinkle. The RP conundrum that develops...always fun.

How Thomas, Rodrick, and company react to the result...should be fun. Caster rolls! ;-P

For Thomas I'd say go with the Raise Dead if at all possible. Only go with Reincarnate if time has run out and must be now or never. If we can only afford one or the other, then I still say Raise Dead.

Just to streamline the process, here is my official caster level check to activate the scroll when it arrives: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20

Jhod can cast gentle repose, as needed to give enough time for the raise dead scroll to arrive. Note you might want to get a Unguents of timelessness 150gp at some point.

Asta - you can RP the raising of Thomas the fallen as you would like.

Torod - Lily Teskerten is flirty likes elven things, She has above average dexterity, intelligence , and charisma, lower than average wisdom. It does have her base stats, under the NPC sections, and that her preferred leadership position would be ruler, best as spymaster. So she ambitious, flirty, and likes elven artifacts. If want to RP her and Torod interactions , but keep it PG-13. That is about all the info on her in the book.

We can do the interactions if you want. Torod has high wisdom but low charisma. So he's no fool, but she will be in charge of the relationship. I must say, though, from what you wrote, they don't make the best couple on paper. Though hanging with Torod will give her access to the power players of the country. Oh! With her helping, Torod's regular dinners might finally be good to attend.

I don’t know most couples seem to work best if they balance out each other’s streanths and weakness. I listed what information the book has on her, so she is pretty much a blank slate. I don’t know how much RP vs hand-wave of Lily and Torod courtship is needed. We can flesh Lily out more as a NPC as needed. Right now Lily would be very open to a courtship with Torod.

Arctorus won’t always be so sheepish. He just knows how people’s first opinion of him is based on his looks. Once he is actually accepted as part of the nation/city (or in combat), he will be quite a bit more confident.

Regardless what kind of levels everyone takes, might I recommend shooting for Iron will or even Improved iron will?

We need to be better prepared for the next jerk to try enchantment on us.
Any caster who preps and can access Protection from chaos/evil/good/law, please do so from here on in as a standard part of your daily selection. Once we're ready for Communal protection from X, please take that.
