I'm sorry to say my contribution to this fight is all but spent.
None of the attack-spells I have left can hit this thing, and I'm not a tank.
I can provide one healing hex to Torod, Arabeth, Tig, and any friendly Lizardfolk in reach each, and maybe provide some flanking supportbut that's it. Sorry I wasn't more useful this time around. :(

It happens. We are in a war of attrition. I have a new plan I’m gonna try next round I think. This thing’s AC is insane. Either we need to rebuff that from it, or buff ourselves some somehow to be able to hit.

Or find a non-combat way to convince this thing it has lost its hold over the area.

But that’s beyond Arctorus’ mind, even if he wasn’t frothing at the mouth with rage.

Side note: if your combat capabilities are now limited, why don’t you run the bottled version of Seraph as well? Then you have something more direct to do as well.

Normally I'd try to debuff its AC with Evil eye hex, but that only works for one round without Cackle, and it would probably just shrug it off.

Agreed. But Arctorus is also not the brightest bulb in the box so probably needs someone to hold his hand in the world of finances. So that’s why I’m basically gonna roll with “what’s my cut” and then make purchases, assuming you guys provide guidance on that front, lol.

Since Arctorus is now the tribe’s new chief, technically all that the tribe has is his. So, the real question is what cut Arctorus is going to give to the others?

As for the lizardfolk the items are pretty bobbles , but you can’t eat them.

Did anyone ever divide up the drake treasure or the mad hermits treasure?

Arctorus kept the drakes head. Now that we are back in town he will see about having someone mount it. Haha!

As to their personal stuff, Arctorus doesn’t want it. But the chief’s gear he will claim and add to the group loot split. And the items of any of the lizardfolk who fought us. Then with his share he will see what he wants to do with it, depending on how much there is.

I would (RP-wise) like to let the lizardfolk survivors keep the skins and some coins. That way they aren’t trying to restart their lives in a strange world totally with nothing. Sounds like there is just five of them, unless those 5 are just their fighters and they have family with them as well. Either way, a few gold will go a long way to giving them a start.

The lizardking’s crown, while it’d be funny, we can sell if we want. I can make my Hat of Disguise look like that at will if I want. Haha.

But I don’t recall how the party has been doing loot splits. So I’m curious how y’all wanna break it down.

As to the ring: I don’t mind, have at it. I’m after coinage to pay for enchantments on my current gear.

I assume I’d be paying full market price and not crafting price. So that’s the numbers I’ll be using.

That’d be 129 gp, 7 sp, 5 cp for each lizardfolk to get started, not counting what personal stuff they each had.

Selling the rest, we’d end up with 15,074 gp total. An even 5 way split (including Seraph) would net 3,014 gp and 8 sp each.

As for Loot split I can add this to my sheet, we decide what we want to sell and gold shares do their thing. If there are magical items, equipment people want its usually hey, if this makes you better cool beans. Unless more then one person wants something then it kindagoes to the sheet and is discussed IIRC. Aside from that no one has ever took more then they needed.

I have no qualms on anything that makes the queens AC better, since mine has been decent already.

Well, I’m kinda curious if the Sootscale want in on this scaly-folk thing happening. Otherwise, 5 people hardly make a settlement. Unless, of course, the 4 lizardfolk also have their families with them.
