An average looking woman clad in linen and leather strolls through the door, her soft-booted feet making nary a sound as she crosses the room to the posting board. She stands with one hand on her hip and scans a parchment in her other hand for a moment and then turns to face the room, flipping her dark braid over one shoulder as she clears her throat.
"Hear ye, hear ye! Venture-Captain Vasuman Mihir of Jalmeray requires volunteers for an expedition through the wildlands and south to Niswan. The team will be assembled based on their skill sets and the most qualified of applicants will be selected. Mihir insists that he needs a Diplomat, Interrogator and Interpreter for this mission. Pathfinders who are adept in perception and stealth will also benefit this party..."
She scowls at the note, frowning and mutters... "So why in blazes aren't they sending me? Hmph..."
"Interested applicants will please write their information and qualifications on this sign-up sheet. Thank you!" She tacks up the parchment and turns on her heel, heading straight for the bar with a disgruntled expression.
Greetings Pathfinders! GM bluedove here and this is my announcement that I will be running Scenario 33: Assault on the Kingdom of the Impossible. (For characters level 1-5) I will only be able to run one table at this time, and I will be choosing applicants based on qualifications. Necessary skills include Diplomacy, Intimidate, and the ability to speak or at least understand Vudrani. We will need at least one PC able to fill each one of these roles, though more is better. Good perception, stealth and survival skills will also be helpful but not required. Please list your relevant skills in the Role/Skills/Notes section of the sheet. If I have equally qualified individuals vying for a spot, I will roll-off to determine who gets the spot. Looking forward to it!

Good to see you back in the saddle Bluedove! If I weren't running 5 games and playing in 6, I would sign up!

A halfling pathfinder stands up from his seat at the back. "Sounds like a perfect job for me." He signs up.

Arrghhhh it looks like a high tier table and I don't have anyone ready for that. Arggghh... Good travelling, folks!
Thanks, it's good to be back! Decided to ease back into things for now until I know what my schedule will be like in a few weeks, but there will be more where that came from. Happy gaming, fellas! Catch you on the flip side. ^_~

I'm still really confused by some of the stuff post on here. Like it could say 5-9 but it's actually levels 3-7 or something. Not a clue, I want to sign up for something myself but im just so lost with most of it v.v Fortunately my brothers signed me up for the games I'm currently in, but I wanna be able to do it myself too. Level 1 Swashbuckler, not played him before.
The silver haired male stood from hisbseat and decided instead to take himself around the Lodge, rather than sitting just at the bar awaiting a mission. He would rather find himself a crew or at least someone go help sign him up.
"Now, which way should I go?" He muttered quietly to himself before deciding which way he should walk around, to the left, to the right? Or maybe straight down the middle, then venture round each remaining half afterward.
He looked left and nodded to himself before heading in that direction around the bar, looking for a beginner mission he could test his mettle on.

So, each Scenario has a Level Range. That is the level all characters must fit in, in order to play that scenario. Period. If you are too high or too low level, you can not play with that character, but you might be able to play a Pregen and apply credit to your character. (There are special rules for Pregens, and it's a bit complicated)
Outside of the Level Range, there are also SubTiers, which are (usually two) smaller level ranges meant to balance that scenario's challenges around an overall party average level.
So, if a Scenario has a Level Range of 1st - 5th, any character that is 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th Level can play in that Scenario. However, within the 1-5 Range, there are two SubTiers, 1st - 2nd, and also 4th - 5th. The 4-5 Subtier will probably add in a few extra enemies, raise the DC's a few points, and/or swap out enemies for something a little stronger. Each Scenario comes with two versions, if you will, including monsters for both the higher and lower level, while the story remains mostly the same, (possibly accounting for a little that higher level characters might be able to do, such as Teleport).
The basic idea is that once everyone has picked their characters, you add all their levels together, then divide that number by the number of players, finding the average, and then use that average (or APL for Average Party Level), to see which SubTier they best fit into.
So, if we have a 5 person party, with four level 1 character and one level 3 character, they are all allowed to play in a 1-5 level range, because they are all level 1 or higher, but lower than level 6. From there, we get the APL, (1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 3 = 7) then (7 / 5 = 1.4) 1.4, regardless of which way it's rounded still fits into the (1-2) Subtier, which means that they would be playing the lower level version of that Scenario.

Very in depth, thank you, I have copied that into a note pad for future reference. I've got my head around it more now

"Very... foxy." Says the foreigner inspecting Tsuki's tail from across the way. She looks up. "How do you keep it so glossy?"

A varisian cleric, dressed in a fine tunic decorated with Desna motifs and clanking as if he was wearing a real armor enters through the door; Wow, here are lots of unoccupied pathfinders. You should find something to do before Dredle Dreng knows of it and sends you to clean the library, pick a bottle of wine for him or some other essential task.
Fortunately for some of you, there´s some job to do in Andoren, so you´ll not only avoid his attention but also had the opportunity to travel a little.

Tsuki span around quickly and rather shocked. He thought he looked human, but When did he transform back? Never the less, the fox was out of the bag on this one.
"My tail? Oh!? Well to be honest, I don't really do anything to it. It gets washed when I do and that's about it."
He looked a bit puzzled by the question, but then again, not so puzzled, there are far weirder things in life than hair care advice.
"But let's be real for a moment, you hair is much nicer than mine." He steps toward the stranger with his best charming smile and then gestures towards the empty seat as if to ask if he could sit. "The name's T, and by what should I call you?"

GM Andrew here
CORE CAMPAIGN
A man wearing mismatched clothes, a couple of bows strapped to his back, and a nice set of pan pipes walks into the lodge.
Gray Valdimire of the archery division of the Pathfinder Society here to report that Pathfinders are needed in the city of Kaer Maga. I am to take you to the Temple of Pharasma to help assist them with a problem they've been having. I have another assignment there myself, so I will be escorting you there, but not joining you in your mission.
Recruiting for the Godsmouth Heresy! CORE CAMPAIGN, Levels 1-2, this is a module (hence provides 3 XP upon successful completion), so it will run longer than a normal scenario. Make sure to keep that in mind when signing up.
Sign-up link is here. I will be drawing from the lottery approximately the same time tomorrow, but only planning on one table. Start date is estimated to be Monday next week.

I tried to say it a bunch, but please note this is CORE CAMPAIGN.

"No. They can't handle the tengu."
The metal-clad savage bird gets an ale from the bar and tosses some of it back.
"Gah. Not orc blood-beer. It'll do."

Ah, the dialect of Molthune.
“Did you mean tötes danke, Milady?”
She puzzles over the notice posted by the Gray V bard. “Anyone know if this is for the Corps’ campaign?”

A massive armored man in his sixties steps up to Eadie and hearitly pats on the shoulder.
"HAHAHA! Perhaps you vould be speaking of a Lastvall dialect, meine Freund! Ve speak vith a similar accent, so it is easy to conflate the two."
Ordenstaat is the closest analogue I can think of to Lastwall, so I give them German accents. Naturally, Molthune has Imperial Prussia covered, so they get Prussian accents :)

Whoa! Dude sure talks funny … and he smells a bit like the Archbanker did after he returned from a long lunch with the Queen’s Burgmann and Markgraf Jeggare.
“Indeed, Guter Hair.” Eadie puffs out her chest.
“… it is easy to conflate the two.”
“A warrior’s lungs make it easy to inflate balloons.”
Love the attention to detail, Hrothdane!

After some consideration, I have decided to go ahead and run two table of Godsmouth CORE. Perhaps I can boost some of the CORE community here. :)
Alright, sign-ups have died down so am rolling now.
If the lottery number appears in any of these rolls, they are in (rerolling multiple times to determine in case things get rolled more than once).
12d14 ⇒ (7, 2, 10, 10, 14, 8, 4, 2, 3, 9, 14, 5) = 88 - 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 14
Rerolls for duplicates: 3d14 ⇒ (7, 3, 2) = 12 - All duplicates
More Rerolls: 3d14 ⇒ (13, 2, 9) = 24 - 13
More Rerolls: 3d14 ⇒ (9, 8, 12) = 29 - 12
More Rerolls: 3d14 ⇒ (10, 4, 9) = 23 - All duplicates
More Rerolls: 3d14 ⇒ (5, 14, 13) = 32 - All duplicates
More Rerolls: 3d14 ⇒ (7, 10, 8) = 25 - All duplicates
More Rerolls: 2d14 ⇒ (5, 1) = 6 - 1
6 and 11 never got rolled. Sorry Hrothdane and Luke_Parry. :(

Dulcinea sighs as the call for recruits ends and her name remains uncalled.
She's a Varisian woman in perhaps her late twenties or early thirties who's dressed like a Taldan hotspur in a shining cuirass, finely-crafted--and only mildly used--fine buckler and rapier at her sides. She wears a rose holy symbol of Shelyn around her neck.
She pulls out a chair and sits back in it, feet up on the table. She folds her arms behind her head and rocks back-and-forth on the hind chair legs.
"I was looking forward to a bit more adventure. Someplace less cold."
She begins softly singing to herself:
"One adventure's like another
It's all the same.
It's all the same...."

Whoa! I thought that everything stood still, apparently waiting for 8 June. But it turns out that website isn't showing the updates of this theme for me. Lol.
Half-orc thoughtfully sipping ale from a mug.
"My first three missions behind. I learned a lot. I became stronger. Kida has become stronger too. But, it seems to me that something really big is yet to come..."
He breaks away from the contemplation of bubbles on the surface of the drink and raises the mug up. "For all Pathfinders! May come back here as many brave heroes as how many are gone now. The same, heh..." - declaring a toast, he again immersed in his own thoughts.

Nooooo idea... All I know about is our multi-table in June. And we will likely crack out another one after that as well - Bllod under Absalom or something. I am away a few weeks in Sept so need to juggle the time and space analysis
