being in the original gym class, as a random example would have been great, he woulda walked in and saw it was "just" boulder throwing and other rock related activity and rather boredly just stood there and let the rocks smash on him till she upped the ante, woulda been interesting character development

We all are unique to our timelines.
I would like to point out something for timelines - Taron may be the only Taron which exists in any timeline, but that doesn't make the people which exist in this timeline any less unique. As has been told to Vai multiple times - she is NOT Dark Vai. They are different people. Apply that broadly, and you could say that every instance of every person in every timeline is a unique person.

It has to do with a time demon. It all went down in the first Agartha game. Ephebe died a lot fixing that mess. Taron has only ever existed in one timeline. Ephebe and Jiminy are both the last versions of themselves left alive in any other timelines. Ephebe had to kill all the the other Jiminies. Ephebe isn't native to this timeline. The Ephebe who was native to this timeline was the first one to die trying to fix the past. This Ephebe was kidnapped from her parents as a baby and raised by the time demon. That's part of why she was finally able to beat the demon.

I wouldn't say infinite, he only exists in universes where the the grim reaper lost a bet, neither involved died for years, he took another bet (kinda tied in that regard, though if he lost the second bet it would have the same result), was let out of the first bet then married my mom, then well... had me (and the evil subtype only happens if either I become king of hell (or queen in some universes) or my sister is a half nergle my sister dies in my arms and I bond to her nergle symbiote going on a rampage and nearly (or in some universes actually) destroy halloween town)

Sorry, I've been distracted by working on getting two new PCs done. One is a 17th level gestalt, mythic, eventual epic deity and the other is a Fae for a Grimm Tales sort of game. Plus, I've been working on some new magic decks, which has also taken part of my focus.
