That miss Jones deal reminds me of my champions character who is a mentalist. He's been in the authorized but forced telepathic retrieval, and hates it. There's no way around it not being mind rape. His teammates teased him about it until they saw how it deeply affected him to have to do that to people...as a result, his TK and defensive powers have grown while his telepathic powers have stopped improving.
Sadly, for Miss Jones what she's doing is the better option. She knows that she could get him to tell her everything she might want to know willingly by using her real powers, but to her that's more of a violation than sifting through his mind without permission. At least this way he can remember that it wasn't his idea.

Oh understood. In my character's case, a human traffiker was in a coma, but we had to know who he had been working with, or if there were any other cargo containers with children in them out there, so he really had no choice. GM also screwed with him about it. "You know, while you're in his mind, all it would take is a small push, a simple suggestion, and he will stop fihgting to stay alive..." I went the opposite route, and suggested reasons he'd want to pull out of it. So he could stand trial (character is an ex-police detective).

Anyways, I'm out for Christmas now. Did my one and only exam today. Not really an exam. More like building an entire competition grade poster in MS paint. On my own. For four and a half hours...
But now it's the Christmas Season. Or, as I call it Peppermint Season. :D
Also, I decided that the Rayquaza character didn't need to be an Emerald Dragon specifically. I'm going to try and build a dragon race on my own and make him up to snuff with other dragon type guys.
I have classes picked and it looks like he is going to be a combat monster with or without draconic features.(Which he is going to need to be with his personality.) Rayquaza looks more like an Asian Dragon, so I might see if DK would like to collaborate and see if we could do a history together. With how complicated his classes are, I'm probably going to need help. XD
