Lyn says your the man to ask about how many races points I could spent on a custom race. What would you say is a good amount? I would guess at least double Noble Drow's 41, but I could see less or more easily.

Advancement is to remove weaknesses usually placed in creation. Take Kitty's previous problem of people not being able to remember her as an example. She 'advanced' to that no longer happening.
The firebirds are about 25 points, so starting around there would be a good start. You and I can always discuss it through PM.
Character advancement isn't nearly as important as character development, though sometimes the two can be worked in together. Just as an example from my own list of characters. Vai has been level 15 from when she was introduced, in October 2011 (s!$%, that's a long time). Though she hasn't gained any levels, her development as a character has allowed her to go from being a str 9, with no stats above 14, to a fully-fledged combat-worthy character.
The most important part is to think about development, and then advancement will follow naturally.
Honestly, I finished watching the Card Captor Sakura anime just before Tales of Agartha(the first game) started, and wanted to emulate that.
We're actually closer to Sorcerers without bloodlines than anything else. Maybe Psions focused on divination.
Im with you FireclawDrake, I like the idea of getting things/parts of your PC over levels as such, never have liked levels, just seem odd some how. where as events = new stuff for PC makes be feel a lot better. Then PC player and getting to know there mindset and the world they are in means some thing, it drives character development, not kicking in doors to get levels RPG, I hope to have a new PC coming i, Sorry to say I have retired Starlight as 'Time' is a to hard can to close to a game breaker. This new PC has a very high set of ideals that will be at odds with some of the thinking around him/her, I am not going to ruin the fun and interesting by saying what but I hope it will make for some fun game play.

Hey SF could you maybe narrate for Tinina some? She just kinda sits there while I talk to people. I'm not asking you to design a whole character for her but it would be nice for Ty to find a lady friend like the rest of everybody. Sorry if I sound pushy it just struck me as odd to name her and then leave her to blindly follow what I say she does when you kinda put her into existence.

Considering he's one of the highest mages in existance I'd say the fault is not using it in his office but around him in general also you'd probly get detention your character wouldn't know these things tho so play what she knows.

Haha about as far from south Tennessee as you can get I'm currently the managing director of a small IT outsourcing company in Dalian, China,
by the Yellow China sea, and yes I 'can' just see the sea from my office window, no smog here hehe (well a little some days but nothing like the Jing), its why I'm 8 hours + from GMT on here. I do other stuff but not much, kind of semi Retired aster years of madness in London, doing as little as I can now to keep the stress down and raise my son in a place that’s not Gray and has rain all day and night.Blue Skys man Ill never get over the Blue skys here.

Additionally, am I correct in thinking with our Gestalt, we only have 16 character levels of feats, 8 due to the 16 levels, plus class and race bonuses, right? (So classes would be the greatest source of adds, i.e. if we were Fighter/Rogue for example?)
Or do we get that basic 8 feats twice? Would appreciate knowing that. :)

Ahem. I'm not exactly sure what you mean... but for... "sexytimes" stuff, we usually just fade to black on that scene (you can wink wink nudge nudge if you want). Being tasteful goes without saying, but nudity happens.
However, as far as the... "uninteresting" activities of your character, I like them. I like the little details. Especially since the end of the day can get a little... hm... uneven? Anything you can do to extend posting time is good. I think we're gonna try to wrap up the day soon though, now that the concert's over, things will wind down quite quickly.

You get 8 feats, but if you gain bonus feats from both classes, you get both. So, effectively, you are a 16th level character with all the class features of both classes, and the best hit dice, saves, skill points/level, etc.

You should see some of the ones we get here some of these mountain sunsets make me wish i could paint and the skys always blue it's just cold sometimes.

let me rephrase, what would be the difference between taking one level of arcane gunslinger and taking 10 other than caster lvl (which can be done just by taking lvls of your origional casting class) and BAB (which can be done by gsaulting with regular gunslinger)
Anywhoo - official answer time:
The Arcane Gunslinger is a 10-level prestige class I created years ago up for a 3.0 Dragonstar campaign I was playing in. The idea was based on the some of the concepts from the anime series Outlaw Star, for those who have heard of it.
Every level of the prestige class grants an ability, or an improvement to a prior ability. I patterned it off of the D20 Star Wars Jedi classes (as the Order of the Arcane Gunslingers has some similarities to the Jedi order). For example, an Arcane Gunslinger does not gain the ability to create his own Caster (or the shells for it) until 2nd level. Level dipping really doesn't work for this prestige class, and that's by design - being in the Order is a commitment, not a hobby. :)
The only reason there is any mention of them on Agartha is because of Tamrin Sunwake (Aananda's husband). The Order is, essentially, the heart of the Galactic 'Resistance' that has been mentioned periodically in this game.
In order to become one, a candidate must apprentice themselves to a Master Gunslinger (if you think like the Jedi/Padawan model, you're on the right track). And the only two Gunslingers who are capable of taking on any apprentices right now (Tamrin and his own former master, Fivain) are not on Agartha.
ah i loved outlaw star. if i had more time, i would totally make an instructor... but hey, maybe the current recruitment i am in wont accept me. who knows. I really like the idea that they are part of the galactic resistance though. and i definitely dont think the gunslinger/wizard archetype really cuts it for the feel of outlaw star.

I meant more the mundane actions when no other player and/or known NPC are present, essentially. I'll go ahead and post in case there is some kind of Orwellian form of 'Big Brother' eye in the sky security going on.

I'm reasonably sure that both that the desk is fine and that others have done what you did before, Roel made an explosion of acid on it earlier for example
I realized that this morning after I reread your post. But, as I said, "solo" posts are nice. They can help greatly with develop ping your character, as you don't have to play off other people.
Dave describes his solo actions though in his case there probably are cameras and whatnot in he ship room

To further elaborate on Lang's comment, the school attempts to sense what would make the student in question comfortable. The rooms are mutable as well, so Anahita can consciously edit her room once she realizes that it's trying to make her comfortable.
