For anyone waiting on a response from me to a PM (about 4 of you I believe) my sincere apologies. I fell asleep over the computer twice last night, once at 8:30 and again at 11:30, while trying to answer them. I have a cold and apparently that was supposed to be sleepytime not answer questions time. I'll have to get back to you this afternoon.when i am sick, it is always nyquil time.
Tried that stuff once, back in high school. My mom even gave me a half dose cause I've always been a lightweight when it comes to medicine dosage. Unless it's anaesthetic in which case it sucks to be me cause that stuff never works. Anyways, I don't really remember much after that except a few drug-induced nightmares. But I found out that my dad was pretty pissed after since he had to call off work because I was so out that I couldn't be left home alone since I couldn't be woken even if it was an emergency. I don't touch that s#$& anymore....not to mention it would make me vomit now based on reactions I have since developed to many of the ingredients. (I get ALL the 'fun' side effects.) And unconscious + vomiting = very, very bad.
Doesn't matter, will still disembowel them if joke is made. The armor I want is awesome though, the Elven chain is made of mithril so 15% spell failure, but with the Twilight enchantment it drops to 5% in short my spells are going off most of the time.

Meh. Pretty much par for the course actually. I've had insomnia since forever. I get migraines. (Not as many thanks to recent chiropractic care.) I have weird reactions to medicines. And I have menniere's disease so that's a whole lotta not fun. Yes, folks, this is what a single digit Con score looks like. :S

Rework a bit and she might be able to have a job filing paperwork. But as is, this isn't really meshing with the school well. I mean, seriously, I don't want to have to have a 'very special episode' to deal with her substance abuse issue.

Fix to problem 1; i could make her a recovering alchoholic who tries to substitute alchohol with peach juice. she isn't drinking on hours, and definitely not on campus.
fix to problem 2; the gems thing with the soul destruction could easily be dropped without issue. we could justify the dropping of the ability by saying Pharasma confiscated the gems or a similar excuse. which would also strip her of most of her combat oriented SLAs. which i am fine with.
she is mostly going to be filing paperwork. but i don't need to list her combat numbers because doesn't really engage in any combat.
I can work with that. heck, if Ryo doesn't need a secretary, Ephebe does. :)
And Ori used to be a bartender (an underage bartender...series of bad decisions)....I'm sure she could whip up some great mocktails. ;P

That maybe the universe doesn't actually hate her after all. She is looking forward to the prospect of getting some sleep since she knows that won't be happening anymore once the babies hatch. ;P

I had an idea very similar to this (though he would be a student) based on a web comic Grim Tales From Down Bellow, he would be a student who would be essentially a son of Grim, (a reaper with powers on par with if not surpassing the horsemen) he would be around 10-15, and would count as a Demon and an undead but not evil and capable of being healed by positive energy though only half (if Chaneled to heal, if Chaneled to harm he takes half damage) he would have an adaminite void sithe (i cant spell that word) capable of making holes like how you listed, but only to planes both he and the sithe have been, but as I already have a big character, and you posted first... Anyway I just think its cool the similarities

If Dave knew what was going on he would probably cast several limited wishes and take to the skies (given that in the backlogs it was said that limited wish ' be used for most of what wish is usually used for' (single quote because I'm paraphrasing, I can't remember verbatim) it would probably work temporarially) you know it's probably best he doesn't know :)

i don't intend to freak the kids out. maybe acquire some friendly recovery support in the form of hugs and free peaches.

I've been Working on a more "front-line" character idea. it is based of of clever godling. He will be the son of lementashu, and his gestalt will be with an alchemist. half-fiend, 26int, 28wis, 26 con, dex 20, str 20, and cha 10. he is immune to the negative effects of his own spell like ability's(like blasphemy). He has a special place in his heart for creatures that are seen as "always evil". he has a shantak as a cohort, and came here through interstellar travel. (witch took a little longer then expected, so he's late.) other details exist, but they spoil things, so i'd rather save them for a GM. assuming, of course, that this idea is acceptable.
