I'm okay. Just some stiff slightly sore muscles today. Normally I'm really good at falling without hurting myself (for much the same reason as your friend) but I just fell in a bad spot and my book bag threw me off balance. Just a reminder to not get cocky and pay more attention when I feel dizzy I guess.

I made them up. DB3 made stats for them though. In the beginning it was just this whim of mine and I based the race on one of my favorite russian folk tales. But then it sort of snowballed and they caught on so they needed stats. :)

But I have regeneration so it would be back by the next day, also I can offer feathers of gold too.

Can David actually use his body parts as currency? Pretty powerful side benefit for casters, especially for spells like Limited Wish and the Resurrections, among many others.
I wouldn't be surprised if one of the things Lyn used BoEF for is the cross-breeding rules/section.
Diamond+gold+regeneration=fun, I can't cast resurrection, but limited wish, I'm taking it as if I don't have my component pouch, casting limited wish does 1 point of con damage and 16 regular damage

Yep, that and birth control rules. It's where the magical bracelets they hand out for free in the infirmary come from that magically prevent conception. Nice little magic item. :)
BoEF = Book of Erotic Fantasy. It sounds so much more naughty than it actually is. And the illustrations are bad to the point of laughable. But there are useful things there.

Ours does too! But in fairness he did that before he DM'ed.

Baring anything extra, David I believe you can cast 6 seventh level spells per day, yes? At the very least?
If you chose to cast them all as Limited Wish, that would normally cost you 9k gold, not including any extra material components. Instead, you can cut off some fingers or maybe a hand and bam-o, cost paid for.
Also, you have romantic feelings for Rae, right? Let's say her and two of her sisters are killed. You can just chop off an arm and pay for the resurrections, even if you can't cast the spells yourself. Which I am sure you would do, without hesitation.
But we don't have jobs here and don't regularly fight things with loot, so the alternate is casting that all of none as in ever?
Also, material components are pretty much always available at the school and the infirmary staff are prepared to cast multiple resurrections per day if necessary. It's not usually necessary....only on days with demon invasion or mechagodzilla. :)
DB3 the diamond is real, whether or not the gold wings and other gold is real is up to the dm, but the silver option counts as silver for dr so yeah...

You wanna use a few feathers for spending money, that's fine. You start chopping off digits we've got issues. I finally got over the nightmares from A&P...let's not start them up again. :)
(Anatomy & Physiology....the class that convinced me to drop out of the nursing program. I had one of the highest scores in the class, but the nightmares from dissecting the cadaver were just too much for me. That and the smell....I had to put my clothes in the washing machine as soon as I got home and wash my hair twice to get rid of the stench every time I had lab.)

The reason I decided against doctoring is that I couldn't take the inevitable eventual failures, that I would screw up and as a result someone would die, I just couldn't take that, computers if those cant be fixed its relatively ok but a person? I just am not strong enough for that.

my old group simply referred to it as the book that shall not be named
our group was all guys, and young military guys at that so mostly an immature lot.
so time comes for a new game, and one player decides to play a female cleric of some description out of that book, and has some feat that gives anyone that the character has sex with get +2 to STR, DEX, or CON. So the guy's good friend who is also playing is getting this bonus from his friend from their characters having sex (thankfully we were in a town most of the time so they had a room and we werent subjected to that). We glossed over it (DM basically said "take your plus two and shut the hell up!").
enter drama. player two made player one mad, so player one's sex cleric cursed him so whenever he became aroused he took damage. so player two was FURIOUS and we had no end of exploiting that curse for our extreme amusement.
Ill tell you one day about Utoxiter the Gay Gladiator who was made to have strait sex every time he went go see the Emperor Claudius and his er Circus. After which he would rush off the city Baths to intact the scene from the 'crying game' wile in the shower room.
