And all this because I clench my teeth so hard when I sleep that I literally cracked four molars, and bacteria got in the cracks and caused cavities. :(Ouch. Sorry to hear-- having some odd teeth woes myself, perhaps similar stress/tense clenching.
...
Dami, any more angel/demon shenanigans or is the chosen one safe as houses now?
...Nothing planned further-- at this time, but, have been silently waiting to see what PCs do. It's based on PC's choices at this stage. Along with any other 'plots' I've been a party to up to this point.
Your PC would realize at this point the 'tattoo' his Angelic guardian provided him and the Chosen One, are gone since that fight in the Mech Bay.
Toodles.
We're in the wrap-up, gloss over stage now. I'm trying to close out scenes to move time forward. We've got some big plot-heavy world-changing scenes in progress, so that's not as easy to do as usual, but I'm working on it. :)
Anyways, I remember that I posted from Jaiye's point of view on this and she called in help from the fencing club for extra bodyguards. I can't remember if I posted Jeran finding them or not. Will remedy if so. Anyhow, basically you've got Sil, Jaiye, Jeran, and some random NPCs (or PCs if any wanted to join) protecting the girl. They're in a holding pattern barring any more shenanigans. And that's pretty much all I'm putting into it before the time skip unless there is more of this conflict that needs to happen. And I think Kevin was trying to track down Sam? I dunno. I thought somebody was looking for where he wandered off to anyways.

well barring any disasters I plan on advancing the ceremony scene on Thursday / Friday timeframe.
I believe that only a few players in that are still around right now.
so much of what I had planned may not happen right now.
Cool, and no worries. I've had to simplify like that more times than I can count...no plan survives contact with the enemy and all that. :D

GRARG.
Hi. I'm alive. Mostly.
Hopefully most of my other responsibilities that have been keeping me away are going into a lull over the Christmas season but we shall see. (The war my EVE alliance was in is over for the most part, which was a good chunk of my time as I'm commander-in-chief... first world problems xD)
(Lyn I replied to your emails too).
Working on catching up. I can see in the dicussion that Tyrrin needs a post, but working to see where my other characters ended up.

Worst thing about seeing Lyn posting on discussion a few minutes ago: constantly refreshing the gameplay thread.
Can't... stop...
Lol. Sorry! Kidlet got home and I got sidetracked by a conversation about homework and laundry. I'm working on it! :)

Also, mildly interesting story: apparently my favourite webcomic artist, Dan Shive of El Goonish Shive, was the one who inspired the author of Fallout Equestria (my favourite novel) to write that story. Small freaking world.

Serrin Surya |

Same with Serrin. She's in the cafeteria scene with Ignace and the others, possibly lost and absolutely disoriented after being in shadow swarm form. But again, nothing really important going on there, that was just done to showcase her serious lack of control over some of her powers.

GM Fireclaw |

"What clan are you from?" she asked coolly, her friendliness replaced with distance. "Clan Amateru? I know of no recent losses to Clan Akuma except those."
Sorry not sorry. ^_^

Alright, I'm out of time for the moment and heading off to work, but here are the characters that still need a post, AFAIK. If I've missed anything please let me know.
Ardiente: Still feeling ill after his encounter with corruption. May have followed the others to the infirmary.
Rena: Panicked after Tryko left and ran off to find someone (Asha?)
Vare: Was on the way to the isolab to check on Tryko'Sam.
Ehos: With the silent girl, doing silent things and NOTHING else.
Lily: Off brooding. (No that does not mean she's laying a brood of eggs. :P )
Vai: Thanks ObamAlton. :P

MisterLurch |

Cindra: Just got to the botany "classroom".
Alys: Trying not to let her stubbornness and anger get the better of her.
Jessa: Waiting for the headmaster/secretary.
Kezzin: Missing.
Phaezeriel: Exhausted and unconscious.
Professor Nix: Trying to figure out how to deal with teenage girls.
Wyrd: Helping to rebuild Kuros.
Korren: Trying to figure out the purpose of this exercise/how this will turn into torment/exeperimentation.

Probably depends on whether they were aware that something was taken from them. The ones who the aschen stole stuff from might just think they need a nap or something. The ones who were aware would probably be able to connect the dots.
The ones who didn't have any item taken are obviously unaffected. (Dave, Alton, and a couple others)

Death_Keeper |

A circle of blight takes place at a single point, spreading slowly, plants withering in a matter of minutes as the area spreads to cover a ten foot circle.
As the plants at the center warp and change from the healthy green and brown to a withered grey and white they begin to crumble into an ash-like dust. The fragile bits of what was once plant material drift to the dead earth as it begins to crack and to creak.
The grasping skeletal fingers that burst forth, as the creature pulls itself from the shallow grave in which it had resided for so long. His hair has wilted into thin grey from its once luxurious black, his skin is pale and drawn, but his eyes are still the haunting, piercing blue you recall. Drawn back to this place of the living and their magic. The tales of life and spirit held within their breasts and minds.
Upon his brow sits a black crown, spikes of onyx pointing toward the sky as he hauls his unliving body into the air once more. Coming to his feet in front of this place, his spine is straight and tall as he looks upon the place where he has spent so much of his time, and to which he has been drawn back.
The lich's lips are dry and thin, as he speaks in a voice like that of an ancient library. "I have returned"
