You would. 15 tables over the holidays?
I don't think it's feasible, Granta. Thanks for the catch, AJ!

GM Lorenzo is finishing up a large supply of pre-formatted posts, and I'm working on several other things. Here's what's ready to share so far:
Maps
Aid Tokens
The rectangular maps have been rotated to better fit the dimensions of Google Slides, thus allowing for a larger map and better visibility.

And here is a project that could benefit from more hands: the monster tokens. The files are sorted by subtier, and then each encounter has its own slide. To help, simply copy and paste images to the appropriate slide.
And if you're feeling particularly helpful, you could even crop them into circles. That way, it's easier to see the map underneath and tell which square things are in.

You two are utterly awesome.

Gah! Sorry, typo in the previous link. This is the correct one.

Okay, I'm dumb today.
I started prepping the monster minis for the 5-6 tier, but I'm running 3-4. My intent had been to do my own tier first! 5-6 GMs, you're welcome!

tokens for 10-11 tier finished.
Only so many variations on 'orc with axe' =)
Didn't really mess with the size too much, as that will depend on the grid lines beneath them... but at least sized them relative to each other, so you can tell which ones are supposed to be bigger then which.
Am assuming the GM's can size them come time.
GM Fuzzfoot |
1-2 complete. I was able to steal a few from 10-11, and might clean up a couple later, but at least it should be usable.
It looked to me like a page was missing, so I added it, but I didn't check the scenario close enough to see if there was some reason tier 1-2 shouldn't have it - so there may be an extraneous shadow drake in there...

Here's the current to do list. If possible, I would like to have this finished by Sunday. Lorenzo will most likely complete his prep work tomorrow, and I'd like to us to start working on that Monday or Tuesday.
Links Needed Arrowhawk (mythweavers), not2fear (RPGgeek)
Tokens Needed 3-4 subtier (blood on the snow, spirits of the past)

Oh... Well then. I wouldn't need to do it.(sorry) I didn't even knew how to give the Token... (I could Do 3-4 to redeem myself.)

The last of the 3-4 tokens are done (but not by me). I went to check and they were already there.
To the best of my knowledge, there is no discussion thread yet for not2fear's table (and I hope I would know as Im playing at it).
Somewhat conveniently, I only created my thread the day before I noticed you asking for links. RPGGeek functions quite differently with regards to online play.

I also went through the 3-4 tokens and made some changes my subtier 3-4 tokens
I included a red phantom that everyone can use for Anok

I'm sorry. I wasn't paying attention to this thread. Was clearing as much of my workload in order to have the time for this.

Attention: Solstice Scar GMs
I've completed the first draft of the formatted text of the scenario. The intent is to provide you with a document that you can easily incorporate into the running of your own tables at all subtiers.
Over the next couple of days, I'll be reviewing the GM discussion thread for useful suggestions I can insert for more fun, greater clarity, and smoother execution.
By Wednesday, GM Granta and Hmm will have the proof-read draft available for distribution to all of you by whatever means they deem practical and appropriate.
You can modify the product I produce to fit your own GM style, and the base document should assist us in offering players at all tables a common basis of understanding and a shared multi-table gaming experience.
Cheers,
Larry Smith

I would like to announce that my table has one slot available as one of my players realised that his character was a Standard character and not CORE.

Your replacement player will be: philipjcormier. Please notify him and update your table on the sign-up sheet

Hmmm the names don't match up. I'll send a PM to philipjcormier.

It's time for the next community effort on prep work. GM Lorenzo has created a massive file of pre-formatted posts (link). I then chopped it up by subtier, changed the organizational structure, removed overseer text, etc. All those changes shortened it by 26 pages, and have hopefully made it more manageable for you guys. But feel free to use the original file as well. Lorenzo has a bunch of great content in there.
So . . . when you open the file, please look for text highlighted in yellow. Those are the parts which need to be completed now. I ask that each GM work on the file for their subtier, and that the backups help with subtiers 7-8 & 10-11. And remember to remove the yellow highlighting once you fill in the information.
