She missed probably hit the table she can catch me from behind if she wishes but you need to respond to him getting back up. Thats why I leave it to the person swung at to decide if it makes contact. So she never touched Magnus so far. Its just after that elbow he wouldn't have remained standing. She could have kicked him while he was down....

I think that was already assumed, planned, organized and managed with a professional decorum, Angrin. This brawl's in full swing and ain't no way a couple of clerics are gonna be able to stop it.

BY THE WAY...anyone else who happens to be in multiple other campaigns feel like their other games are slowly creeping to a halt?

Same here, unfortunately for me though the only person from my other games who has posted here (that I know of) is Rin (AKA CaptainCortez). The campaign we are in HAS stopped, although the GM hasn't made it inactive yet. My other 2 have slowed down to a snails crawl. So I am loving that this is going so fast :)

I would advise spending as much of it as possible. Gold coins aren't going to be very helpful out ifn the frontier when there is no economy to speak of. Now, you could always save some in the hopes of eventually establishing an economy and having a little nest egg. But you won't be finding many places to spend the money, at least not right away.
I have decided that Angrin now has six bear traps that he built himself in his pack somewhere. This should help to defend any caravan we set up, assuming (of course) that I get to go along for the ride. :D
I have also saves some of my money in the hopes of paying one of the crafter's to forge me some stone Armour and Shield. I would have bought them already, but I didn't have the money outright and thought that it would also help with some in game connections.
IF I get picked for the final team, would we have enough time to craft such items before we start, or would it be an immediate leave?
For the record, should I be picked, and it is obvious that a group of us are going on a mission, Dolgrin would gladly craft things at cost for individuals (GM permitting), as he is not interested in any sort of profit for himself and would consider any crafting he does to be in the best interest of his people.
Granted, this could be considered an abuse of each other's skills, which is why I would leave it up to the GM whether or not it would be appropriate to do crafting for others at cost pre-campaign, even after the selections are made.
As for me, I got 4 more gold to spend then! Perhaps I could buy a tent, and then, when I can't afford lodging anywhere, I can pitch the tent in town and sleep there. Guards permitting, that is. (inside joke)
I just wish that I could bring something else to the party. As it is, all I have in combat abilities, which I still haven't shown yet in the gameplay thread. We have quite a few combat orientated characters with other useful abilities and skills. Maybe if I were to adjust my favoured class bonus and pick up a crafting skill? But then I have the problem that I have already said I can't craft.
I think the only things going for me at the moment are, I am the only Paladin now, I post regularly and I am one of the only 2 miners in the group.
Normally, Maven would be certain to charge a fair price that fuels her work. If selected, chances are she'd feel that proper equipment is more important then simple profit, and she'd likely barter by other, less rigid means, given the nature of the expedition.
I just made a post going with the I flew over you thing. Not trying to hurt your character permanently. In fact mechanically I'd be grappling, not doing damage. Well, that's what I'm going for anyway.
I know ;) I just can't in my mind see how he would remain standing after that elbow. I have been hit like that in rl in a sparring match and it just takes it right out of you. Its say the third worse place to be hit that won't kill or maim You. First being groin second being solar plexus.

yeah you can email the webmaster if the GM is MIA for over two weeks (longer is better) and they can mark it as inactive. sadly, i have had to do it 4 or 5 times so far.
I think it may come to that, but we shall give him a few more days.
I'm chuckling at the notion of a moments-ago Oathsworn follower of Kols (multiple of them, in fact) being confronted with two of their oathsworn protectees scrappin' it out. Who gets protected? HOW DO THEY KEEP THEIR OATH!?

I was waiting for an answer from Rob concerning my Divine Bond Ability and whether it counts as summon. But haven't heard anything back yet.
If it does, I may be changing my feat.
Also waiting to hear from Magnus about him being the one to bring me to High-helm and the temple. Once I know that I know whether to adjust my background slightly or not.

Haha, I had actually said (in character) to go easy on Daelric, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to play up the tension (imagined or not) with Daelric, Dwunderbran, and Isoldda.
