You feel that your number of active life link connections remain the same, leading you to believe they are still within 180 feet of you.
Somethings will be happening after Melisande takes her standard action, will update after her.

I'm not sure how to position myself on the map, or if we are able to fight standing in the portal (or even through the portal)
You can stand in the portal while attacking, though the concealing nature of the liquid would give you a miss chance. If you stand there, however, that would give Locke an opportunity on their turn to reach you to give you the haste extract; as well as keep the door liquid for Tereze to pass back through. I will assume you are doing so, to avoid the squeezing penalties on attack and AC.
Brallenera tries to squeeze herself into the room, and isn't afraid to use violence to clear her path.
The dwarf swings her weapon twice, but does not feel the satisfying sensation of an attack landing on enemy through the portal.
Tereze scrambles to get her morningstar out, manages to pull it out and swings it at the Xill that has grabbed the invisible thing in front of her. And she steps back through the gate to get out of Brallenera's way.
Tereze's attack surprisingly lands, dealing a slight blow on the Xill. As she steps back through the liquid portal, the liquid shudders and suddenly flares a bright red color as a loud klaxon sound shoots through the air. The liquid comprising the door contorts and twists as a grimacing face emerges from the substance! A ghostly, humanoid form follows; stretching and extricating itself from liquid portal in a frightening fashion that one would see in the horror illusions that you would see in a gnomish theatre! It lets out a ghostly roar of rage and lashes out at Tereze twice, its attacks landing and feeling surprisingly solid despite its ghostly nature!
Barring any interventions or changes, Tereze will take 22 damage from 2 attacks from the ghostly creature. Will need a DC 16 Fortitude Save from anyone in the room closest to the stairs within line of sight on the ghostly creature (e.g. Locke, Tereze, Eryzule). Failure results in taking 1d4 ⇒ 2 strength damage, 1d4 ⇒ 1 dexterity damage, and 1d4 ⇒ 3 constitution damage. Due to Brallenera being in the portal, she does not have line of sight and won't have to save...for now.

Energy Body (Su)FAQ: As a standard action, you can transform your body into pure life energy, resembling a golden-white fire elemental. In this form, you gain the elemental subtype and give off a warm, welcoming light that increases the light level within 10 feet by one step, up to normal light. Any undead creature striking you with its body or a handheld weapon deals normal damage, but at the same time the attacker takes 1d6 points of positive energy damage + 1 point per oracle level. Creatures wielding melee weapons with reach are not subject to this damage if they attack you. If you grapple or attack an undead creature using unarmed strikes or natural weapons, you may deal this damage in place of the normal damage for the attack. Once per round, if you pass through a living allied creature’s square or the ally passes through your square, it heals 1d6 hit points + 1 per oracle level. You may use this ability to heal yourself as a move action. You choose whether or not to heal a creature when it passes through your space. You may return to your normal form as a free action. You may remain in energy body form for a number of rounds per day equal to your oracle level.

Brallenera continues her symphony of destruction, slashing at the Xills fearlessly as they try to eat (or worse!) Melisande
The orange xill is unfortunately out of your reach, while the injured red xill being available. My assumption is that you wipe that one out and 5-foot step into the room at G1 to finish your attacks on the next available, which would be the cyan xill. Let me know if you would a different course of action.
Brallenera downs the remaining xill within her reach, stepping forth and landing her second attack on the next!
Ery throws out another hand, Flinging Magic Missiles at the Ghostly Creature.
The powerful projectiles puncture and perforate the phantasm, causing the ghost to discorporate with a wail! Meanwhile, one of the xill steps up to fill a gap and unleashes a series of attacks that have no hope of piercing Andor's defenses. The two wielding longbows in the back send out another barrage of arrows, that are equally unsuccessful. The remaining xill in the middle focuses on total defense, shielding itself with its plethora of weapons.
