Melisande peeks around the corner yet again. I think we need to liven this up a bit. She casts Glitterdust, hitting the Grioth and the Dragon. Both need to give me a DC 19 Will save or be blinded.
If blinded, the dragon will still know where we are from blindsense, but should suffer the 50% miss chance from not being able to actually see us. And they'll both be sparkly.

SOME ENHANCEMENT? YOU ARE THANKED, FRIEND LOCKE. ROSHI, RESUME THE ATTACK!, Testudo heartily bellows.
The first two strikes from Testudo's lance hit the grioth, causing grievous wounds on the creature that leave it bleeding extremely heavily. But Roshi finishes the job, a sharp bite being enough to finally leave the grioth crumpled on the ground unconscious!
Melisande peeks around the corner yet again. I think we need to liven this up a bit. She casts Glitterdust, hitting the Grioth and the Dragon.
Both grioth and dragon are now extremely sparkly, but otherwise unblinded by the blast of dust that erupts around them. Azmur continues to cast healing magic at Testudo, the druid seeming to have to switch to moderate cure spells with his selection of magics dwindling.
Aeteperax slithers forward to get into position, completely ignoring the grioth lieutenant on the ground as he does so, and unleashes a veritable volley of attacks at Testudo! The first slash of the dragon's claws deals a mortal blow to the turtle knight, the damage leaving him at death's door! Seeing Testudo slump in the saddle, Aeteperax turns his remaining attacks to Roshi, with only his other claw attack managing to pierce the turtle's tough defenses.

The burst of flames and webbing create a messy conflagration that erupts in the northern part of the chamber. Amidst the fiery confusion, the dragon and naga appear unsnared while the alchemist is once again ensnared. Azmur lets off a shout filled with the rumbling of thunder, and a bolt of lightning arcs from the ceiling to lance towards Aeteperax. The creature dodges some of the bolt's arcing energy, but still takes some damage from it.
Aeteperax lets off an annoyed roar, pushing forward through the flaming webs to move as far forward as the creature can towards the wall. The dragon lunges his jaws through the doorway to snap at the source of the web-casting with his sharp teeth!
Unless shenanigans can be utilized to avoid a 26 vs. Melisande's AC, she will take 40 points of damage.

She darts forward to the spiral staircase in the corner, advancing up the stairs slightly to get a better vantage on the battle.

Shortly after this, the flaming web instantly smolders in a billowing puff of cloying smoke that fills the air. Only the enemy alchemist seems to succumb to its thickness, her cursing cough piercing through the din of battle. Azmur calls down another bolt of lightning at the dragon, the arc of electricity dealing it a bit more damage.
Aeteperax lets off a roar of annoyance at the tight situation, flicking open his wings and pumping them mightily to cause him to alight into the air backwards into the thick cloud of smoke; his form disappearing from sight as he retreats into it, seeming to have no problem navigating without sight. The sound of beating wings reverberates through the chamber as the dragon appears out of the other side of the cloud to land near the entrance of the southwestern hall near Locke! Then she moves through the swarm floating through Melisande as she does Energy Body heal Melisande: 1d6 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8
Drat one square short of being able to heal Tesudo with that
Then she calls out.
Ladies of Light Restore our Strength!
Selective Channel: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 6, 6, 3) = 17
Excluding the 3 up/down bad guys in range
As the Archon feels it's strength return it chirps.
Help Mistresses' friends!
Then it streaks away across the room and fires a light ray at the dragon that is beating on Locke.

Mirror Image (1 is hit): 1d3 ⇒ 1
Acrobatics to hop (DC 10): 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (12) - 1 = 11
Acrobatics to move full speed: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (19) - 1 = 18
Duration of Coughing: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Then it streaks away across the room and fires a light ray at the dragon that is beating on Locke.
The light beam fires extremely wide, but hits the dragon due to its very large size and multiple mirror images dancing around it. The creature hisses in annoyance at the damage.
Pyrotechnics in the cloud form obscures all vision into and out of the area, meaning that the alchemist has total concealment. Her following retreat will not provoke as a result.
Pentosh, still coughing in the pyrotechnics cloud, stumbles off the stairs further into the cloud.
Round 10:
Testudo (-26)
Locke (-71, unconscious)
Round 11:
Melisande
Kegan
Azmur
Aeteperax (-25, 2 images, sparkly)
Tereze (-34)
Pentosh (-25, coughing 3 rounds (-4 STR/DEX penalty))
Testudo (-26)

Melisande moves into the room (double move), keeping a pillar between her and the dragon.

If the smoke is that thick and they are busy coughing, how did they know to retreat?
Also, the timer for ending the coughing doesn't start until they leave the cloud.
Frustrated that the smoke is so thick he can only hear the retreat of Pentosh, Kegan decides that the smoke can't go that far up. He tries holding his breath again and follows them up.
Hold Breath: 1d100 ⇒ 99 Yay! No save required!
If I catch up with Pentosh outside the cloud in a single move, I will attack. Going up one flight likely takes me out of the smoke.
If I have enough movement as a single move, I would attempt to tumble past Pentosh so they are caught between myself and the smoke cloud.

Locke was experiencing an NDE, those few moments at death's doorstep, but feels pulled solidly back into their body.
The gravest of vital wounds healed by the life connection to Tereze, their own limited healing stitches close the next worse thing.
Now at -66.
I am unsure of what is best for Testudo to do atm. Thoughts?
He speaks, cautiously quiet, to the druid.
I have here a wand of healing, it may be best if you held onto it right now.

Going by Kegan's suggestion.
Testudo waits to see if their druid ally takes the wand from his belt, before bracing himself for the dragon's arrival.
He quietly tells Roshi to defend.
Total defense for Roshi.

You forgot the part about moving so you will be in position to charge next round!

Coffee break didn't allow much time today. :)
He could still charge from his current position, i believe. Though one would need to see the target for the charge, right? The smoke obscures vision, for the time being.
Braced lance, in case dragon shows up, bless, haste: 1d20 + 11 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 11 + 1 + 1 = 31 Dmg, challenge: 1d8 + 11 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 11 + 6 = 21

Pyrotechnics cloud lasts for 6 rounds. I think it's only 2 rounds at this point. It is, unfortunately, not dispellable and I don't have any way of generating a large gust of wind. Maybe we should ask the dragon?

Do we continue to make fort rolls vs the smoke cloud?
Based on my forum perusals, I believe you only save once while in the cloud.
He speaks, cautiously quiet, to the druid.

The druid will take the wand, but use one of his healing spells instead for better curative mileage for the moment.
Cure Light on Testudo: 1d8 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11
Frustrated that the smoke is so thick he can only hear the retreat of Pentosh, Kegan decides that the smoke can't go that far up. He tries holding his breath again and follows them up.
The stairwell is an open set of stairs (e.g no outer-wall enclosing it, open to room), the alchemist hopped off at 5-foot elevation off the stairs to move away into room the group is currently; not ascending up to the upper level.
Your character would have heard her doing this, and would know that she is still in the chamber. I would assume you would still follow the alchemist, but would encounter the dragon before Pentosh after emerging from the cloud (her current position is in the southwestern hallway next to Locke). Do you want to use your attack on the dragon, or something different?
I don't have any way of generating a large gust of wind. Maybe we should ask the dragon?
The dragon pulls out a pair of nerdy glasses and its character sheet, donning the spectacles to inspect the paper for a moment; then puts them away with a sly serpentine smile. The creature keeps its secrets for now.
Melisande moves into the room (double move), keeping a pillar between her and the dragon.
As she moves invisibly deeper into the room Melisande notes that while the dragon doesn't seem to focus in on her specifically, the creature seems to glance over in her direction as if it knows someone is moving about unseen.
Round 11:
Melisande (forgot still invisible)
Kegan (possibly changing action?)
Azmur
Aeteperax (-25, 2 images, sparkly)
Tereze (-34)
Pentosh (-25, coughing 3 rounds (-4 STR/DEX penalty))
Testudo (-15)
Locke (-66, unconscious)

Kegan attempts to follow Pentosh, then skids to a stop when he comes out of the cloud to see her slip past the dragon. Not liking his chances of getting past the dragon, he readies his rapier in case the dragon attacks him.

Please move him straight down to just outside the cloud of smoke.

The dragon regards the swashbuckler for a moment as Kegan jauntily readies an attack, then the creature rears its head back and unleashes a massive gout of caustic acid from its mouth on the swashbuckler!
