Let's discuss scenarios choices and OOC stuff here!

Xavian has a very limited selection of 3-7 scenarios that he can play for credit, and none at the 1-5 tier.

Paizo is releasing a new 1-5 and a 3-7 next week. Also, December's releases also include a 3-7. So we could work with those.

But first, let's see if any unplayed games help him out. Can any or all of you play the following?

4-5 : The Sanos Abduction (3-7)
4-21 : Way of the Kirin (3-7)
4-23 : Rivalry's End (3-7)
5-6 : You Have What You Hold (3-7)

I would be happy to GM any of these. He also hasn't played Assault on the Wound, but that's a beast to run via PBP from all accounts, and I just can't tackle it.

The new ones are called:

6-08: The Segang Expedition
6-09: By Way of Bloodcove (this one sounds awesome to me, since I played the Before the Dawn series).

I already have run 5-06, and still have the maps up on Google, so that would be an easy one for me to jump into. I will run any of them though.

As for getting Xavian to 5th where we have some flexibility game-wise, have you played all the sanctioned modules as well? Fangwood Keep and Midnight Mirror both are for 3-5, for instance.

Also,

Everyone's "original" characters are either 3rd or 4th level.

We would have:

Tristan - Paladin
Belvica - Ranger
Xavian - Rogue
Heccan - Sorceror

So if anything we might want a divine caster, but this is a solid group.

I like Bloodcove because just by the name of it Belvica can get some hometown love(Mwangi expanse)

The thought of Belvica getting any kind of love frightens and strangely intrigues Tristan...

I have not played any of the above games (including the modules mentioned). And would be happy to play any of the new ones as well. As I said in the PM, Tristan is just finishing The Prince of Augustana (on the last encounter) so it may be a day or two before he's available to get started. He will be level 4 provided he finishes that scenario.

Would you play these for PBP gameday 3 credit? Just curious, don't care either way.

Thanks for going around my limited availability. Unfortunately I have played the modules mentioned (you could say I spend too much time playing PbP games here, LOL). I have not played City of the Golden Death which seems to be a 4-6 module. I haven't played Book 2 of Rise of the Runelords, which is 4-6 also (I think).

Not sure where everyone else stands but Xavian only needs 2 XP to hit 4th.

I won't level up till after this game, I would think.

Xav, you have already played or are in the process of playing the new ones too?

I can play anything except the ones we did together or The Destiny of the Sands trilogy

OK, if you guys don't mind reserving play on the upcoming stuff we can get everyone here to at least 5th with what there is.

That said, would all of you like to begin with 5-06: You Have What You Hold? I'll ask Jesse Davis about applying it for the game day. And we can start up right after the Thanksgiving holiday here in the U.S. That gives everyone a little over a week to get ready.

I PMed Heccan the link here, so let's see if he checks in too.

And I'd like to do the Bloodcove game next, so please save it for these characters if you can.

Heccan is level 3, but is about to tick 4 if I can finish up the current PbP that I am GMing. My group is on the last encounter so I hope to wrap it by Thanksgiving.

Ok, I have the initial post up. Go ahead and introduce yourselves, ask questions, and do the usual Knowledge Local, History, and Diplomacy rolls. We'll get in full swing once everyone's character is officially eligible. And I can try to recruit a couple more if you like.

Hey folks, this last fight in my current game is going a bit longer than expected. My PCs split the party and, well, its getting complicated. That being said, I will leave it up to you guys. I hope to finish it by this weekend. If I can, Hec will level up and get some added spells. As we only have four players, this may be beneficial to the party. On the other hand, if you guys are sick of waiting, I can easily just start now. Please let me know your thoughts and my sincere apology for my delay here.

Tristan doesn't mind waiting. He is re-reading his well-worn Acts of Iomedae, and that might take him a while.

I can certainly wait a little while longer too, but you may feel free to interact in character during the intro/RP scenes if you like.

Ready to resume once you guys give me the all clear!

Sounds like we are about to get into the thick of things. Hec is probably want to make a run to local scroll shop before they head to the arena. Work kind of sucked up my day today, but I plan to post my requested purchases by tomorrow.

Many apologies for the slow pace again. I worked out some technical issues on my end and have printed chronicles. I will fill them out and scan tomorrow if at all possible. Also will provide a wrap up post.

If you want to play a round, I can run a game for the group in the interim while yoru batteries recharge.

As for the Shades of Ice, I've only played the first part a while back. I'd be willing to play through for no credit or use my remaining star credit though.

We can run one of these if you are in. If you are out for the next game, we will hold them for when you are back aboard. Just let me know which way to go.

Sounds like we should simply take a break or try to recruit someone else. When I PM'ed the other two players from before we had Justin still at level 2 and Contilo not really active on the boards anymore.

Anyway, I'll plan on deactivating this thread over the weekend and we can regroup by PM unless someone chimes in before then.

Im down for any of those scenarios.
