"I will... Huh?" says Halga as he begins to threaten the Pathfinders, winding up his next blow. But he is unable to resist the spell Constantin casts on him, rendering helpless to resist the net falling upon him. This in turn leads to the Hobgoblin not turning aside and getting hit with both Krolmnite's blast and Roagar's blow at the same time, which fells him like a tree.
"*Hack* Are... Are the guests OK? What is the situation Pathfinders?" wheezes Venture-Captain Brackett.
Alright! I'm going to need a couple days to get things in order to end this and move on to part 2 as the next few are going to be hectic for me. Bear with me!

Constantin sighs at the explanation, Regrettably we didn't rescue the rest, but sir, have you seen where the surplus of skulkers has skived off to? We were told of a horde of hooded hobgoblins, and have held off three.

"No *cough* I have not" coughs out the Venture Captain bitterly. "How dare they... My guests... Gods... And with the emergency session of the People's Council... That she-devil Ouida is going to blame this on us..." As he rambles on, he does go check on the Garundi man, who as it happens happens to be an adviser to the Sapphire Sage Amenopheus, and on the young man to his right, Greudemoffit, the apprentice to the man collapsed in the corner, Telfyr the wizard.
"We need to regroup. You will need to get in touch with Venture Captain Alissa Moldreserva. She can explain what was going on. I'll try and keep things contained here for as long as I can. Now GO!"
End of Part 1
