Jolga Krak |

Jolga has difficulty seeing what's going on but decides to keep trying to aid his allies. "We should move forward or back so we can see what is happening." He casts a spell on the rust monster he can barely see.
Shadow trap on the fellow 15 ft south of me.

Garfaulk Sharpstone |

Reflex: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24
Seeing the creature reach through the door for his gun, he pulled it back quickly, not wanting to let the damn creature get the first proper pistol he ever had. "Nice try ya filthy beastie-now get back!"
Do we all get attacks now?

Wulf Torstein |

Wulf looks down at his hammer as it starts to rust over large chunks off it dissolving away. "It ate my hammer!" He shouts, anger still building up in him! He throws his hammer out of the room as far as he can and pulls out a mace, he brings it down hard on the monster. "You frek!"
Attack: 1d20 + 9 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 9 + 1 = 29
Damage: 1d20 + 16 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 16 + 1 = 20
Only backup weapons I have are daggers and a heavy mace, earth breaker is back in torch. - I need to update my items.

Wulf Torstein |

Ha, I dont needs this. I saw it did 3 and didnt question it. I will reroll now
Mace Damage: 1d8 + 16 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 16 + 1 = 24

Garfaulk Sharpstone |

Seeing one of the beasts move up, Garfaulk hops back, this time reloading a single shot into Slagbreather. Aiming right for it's face through the door, he took careful aim and fired. "I said, Stay back!!!

Ezekiel "Zeke" Smith |

Zeke blesses his weapon with a strange and ghostly green glow, and casts his coin-shooting spell to fire at the monster through the doorway.

With everyone else cowering out of the way, Wulf becomes the sole target of the hungry rust scavengers.
wulf's mace: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25
wulf's mace: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15
Chomp...smack... They reach out and first rust Wulf's mace... and keep going...attempting to destroy it entirely! Wulf has to make 2 DC15 Reflex saves!
The third rust has a different idea. This man smells like metal. Perhaps he is quite tasty! It reaches out its antennae, searching for metal on Wulf himself....
wulf himself: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (20) + 6 = 26
wulf himself confirm?: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (15) + 6 = 21 uh oh!
damage: 6d6 + 10 ⇒ (3, 2, 1, 6, 3, 2) + 10 = 27
Wulf starts screaming in agony as he begins to rust!
A bit of GM leeway taken here, but it seems to me that it makes sense that Wulf can be affected...

I'm certain those are misses
Ton levels his pistol but in trying to avoid the bulk of Wulf, he also fires wildly, leaving the rust monsters unscathed.

Jolga Krak |

The rust monster I cast shadow trap on needs to make a DC 17 will save or be entangled and unable to move more than 5 ft from his current location in the doorway. Probably doesn't matter as I imagine Charles just killed it. If not, I'm trying to ensure he did with a snap.
Jolga snaps at Charles as he sees him attack again, guiding his offhand dagger home.
Turning that into a critical threat if his first hit doesn't kill the monster.
Unable to see into the room from this position, Jolga merely spreads stardust on any rust monster he can view.
Using heavens spirit ability to grant -2 to attack rolls and sight-based perception for 2 rounds. No save.

Garfaulk Sharpstone |

Hearing Wulf scream in agony, Garfaulk takes a step up to fire into the room "Watch yer position there Charles, yer blockin the way! Though nice knifework" reloading Slagbreather, he pokes it into the room just enough to fire at whoever he could get to Either the one Charles is in front of, or the one next to him. If Charles got his kill, i'd actually like to move in for the clearer shot. Burning Grit for damage to help save Wulf

Wulf screams out as pain, unlike anything he has felt before rocks across his body. He bends over and throws up what little food he had in his stomach all over his boots.
Taking large deep breaths that only increase as his whole body shakes. Saying nothing he lashes out at the creature that touched him swinging wildly with the half-destroyed weapon.

It's crap :P But I said to Ton I hope they don't smell that im made of metal. So I'll take it, do I need a reflex or become broken :)

GM Mustache |

After seeing Wulf partially rusted, the party surges into action. Charles ends one and steps forward and ends another. Wulf and Garfaulk finish up the last...
It was a painful experience, but the Heroes got through it with only 3 half-destroyed weapons and a half-destroyed barbarian.
You look about the room... The scavengers must have gotten themselves trapped in here, and were starving. There is no metal left in the room... You do find an old club and a fine set of hide armor... a piece of wood and a set of leather that the rust monsters had no interest in.
Leading out of the room is a set of steep stairs. There is a hatch at the top of it.

Charles Caskgrip |

Charles checks the hatch for traps. Perception: 1d20 + 18 ⇒ (9) + 18 = 27

Charles Caskgrip |

He opens it.

GM Mustache |

A rusted steel ladder leads straight up. As your eyes trace it upwards, you see the ladder eventually ends at the base of the huge energy-receiving dish.
This is the location for the see-four. One of you will have to climb the ladder and rig the charge.
One person to make a climb check and a good knowledge engineering check.

Charles Caskgrip |

One person for both rolls? Charles can climb well but has no Knowledge Engineering.

Ezekiel "Zeke" Smith |

Zeke turns off the flashlight and rushes to Wulf's side. "Are you all right, Mr. Wulf? I thought that thing was going to disintegrate you!" He helps the big man stand and then grasps his gun to draw forth positive energy from his god's realm.

Gm, I cast Shield and Mirror Image just as we were entering here and they last 5 minutes. How long do I have left?

Wulf Torstein |

Wulf grits his teeth as Zeke heals him, he feels the metal clawing at his skin as it starts to heal him. "I've never felt anything like that. That was beyond pain." He pants out still trying to stop his body shaking. He healing from zeal fixes up his wounds but the pain is intense, he catches himself holding his breath for a long time then smiles at Zeke. "Thanks for that Zeke, got to keep me patched up." He says attempting to hide the pain.
---
Putting his mace away he goes to pick up his adamantium hammer. "Garfaulk I'm going to need you to work your magic on this again. But I'm going to use that axe we picked up with the Trent fight for now." Slinging the hammer on his back he grips the axe, not liking the feel at all.

"Someone give me a boost up? I'll check it out." Ton says as he tries to reach the hatch.

Garfaulk Sharpstone |

Garfaulk, explosives in his bag, makes his way up with Ton, determined to not let those explosives out of his sight. "If anyone's blowin themselves up over this sorta thing, it oughta be me, ya know Shady?" he says with a laugh, making his way up the ladder.
Climb: 1d20 ⇒ 19
Engineering: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (13) + 9 = 22
I'd typed this up this morning but it didnt submit. Same numbers as Ton though lol

GM Mustache |

Ton and Garfaulk both make it up the ladder, Ton in the front, and Garfaulk in the back. Once thirty feet up, as Ton is climbing, suddenly one of the rust rungs gives out as his bum leg puts weight down.
Ton desperately lunges for a rung.
Garfaulk reaches out his own hand to steady him!
Ton, make a reflex roll! DC20! Garfaulk can aid with a reflex save DC10!

Garfaulk Sharpstone |

The dwarf heard the sound of breaking metal above him, seeing the two halves tumble past him. Instinctually, Garfaulk reaches up, trying to help steady Ton, hoping he wasn't about to have an elf fall on him

3d6: 3d6 ⇒ (3, 6, 4) = 13
Garfaulk, seeing that Ton isn't dead... continues up the ladder, and at the proper location secures the see-four, using all the charges. He rigs the detonator, and comes back down.
All he needs to do is... push the button.

Garfaulk Sharpstone |

Garfaulk sid his best to catch him, but if the elf wanted to hit the ground so badly, who was he to stop him? Pulling the broken ring loose, he dropped it on Ton, hearing him make some sort of sound. "Eh, yer fine. He's fine." Climbing to the top, he makes his way to the structural base of the dish, putting the squishy material in each strategic location. Taking one of them and molding it into a hand,he made it form a rude gesture before pulling out the detonators.
Sticking the metal rods and wires into each, he admires his handiwork, though felt it was missing... something. Taking a bit of gunpowder from his stash, he spreads it around on top of everything, making sure it all had a nice coating of something he knew had so.e kick to it. Satisfied, the dwarf almost slides down the ladder, giving them all a thumbs up. "Charges set-whos ready for tha show? Whaddya mean, Jolga? It's just a ball o fire, we ought to be fiiiine" Though the dwarf would listen to his new ally, then taking a few more steps away.

Ton groans as he rolls over and pulls himself up into first a kneeling position and then standing. He rotates his arm at the shoulder several times, feeling a savage ache there but no dislocation.
"Weren't so quick on the old Feather Fall that time eh, Zeke?" he grumbles bitterly. "Let's just get out of here...."

Ton'iel Wexley |

On the way out Ton would appreciate some healing in case something happens. I will roll it but assume Garfaulk or Zeke uses the wand on me.

GM Mustache |

You walk out of the complex, but still in the ravine, where you are in range of the detonator and have a nice view of the sh*t show sure to come.
With a *click* from Garfaulk, you watch with satisfaction as explosions light up the sky and the dish. For a brief second nothing happens besides the noise and fire, and you hold your breath gingerly... but then the dish that had caused so many problems for Torch... headaches... an invasion by the android Myranda... too many dead adventurers.... the dish topples over!
It topples over in your direction! It lands with a huge thud on top of the Scrapwall and starts to collapse the Thralls of Hellion's complex. The tall junk walls on either sides of you begin to fall!
Run!

Garfaulk Sharpstone |

Garfailk laughs like a maniac when the explosion goes off, watching as the debris and flames burst out from where he'd rigged the seefour. This was why he was here, away from his home, out in these dangerous lands-to blow stuff up. If only he'd had enough to keep some... though as he daydreams n he notices the walls starting to collapse "Uh lads, perhaps we should get movin..." and with that he runs, following Jolga
if just moving, I have 60ft per round. Running I think I have 100. Still slower than everyone else, but yeah. Running!

Charles Caskgrip |

Charles books it as fast as he can.

Ezekiel "Zeke" Smith |

Zeke rushes over to Ton’iel after he falls, checking the grizzled elf is physically all right. ”Only got the one, Mr. T..." he mumbles apologetically. He helps him get back on his feet with Wulf’s Help and the three of them rush out of the building before it collapses.
He will use his two remaining spell slots to cure 18 hp, to save on wand charges.

Wulf Torstein |

Wulf starts to cheer and laugh as the large dish falls but then starts to look around as the junk walls start to fall. "You don't have to tell me twice! Run! Ton move it! "
I'm going to hold back and make sure no one is left behind when we run

GM Mustache |

Like heroes of old, you barely manage to outrun the falling junk. Pieces of metal spray up in the air and blink against your armor, While Zeke, Wulf, Jolga, and Charles run ahead, the half-lame Ton only manages to stay one foot away from the collapsing and cascading waterfall of trash.
Meanwhile, the slow dwarf stays one foot behind the leading edge of trash, and quickly realizes he needs to act fast or be buried.
In a flash, he draws his autograpnel, and shoots it forward at Wulf. Wulf grabs it out of the air and yanks with all his might! Garfaulk is tugged free and goes flying out of the collapsing ravine just seconds before a massive beam would have landed on his head!
Dust billows and you all cough and choke in the aftermath.
