Would it just be the gold totals you're missing?
If that's the case, it might make sense to look at everyone's current wealth and use that as a barometer for how much gold pieces PH ought to have. The alternative being going through the 60 or so pages of Gameplay - I'm not sure anyone would want to do that. :)
I'm happy to agree on a certain amount of current gold that's fair.

Looking at activities for this week, what are your thoughts? Gold has been flowing a little better now that you're level 5, but it never hurts to have more. Supporters are always good for getting your rank up, since it's still on the lower end for this book. Let me know your thoughts.

I'd be happy either upgrading the 2nd group of traders then earning gold twice. Or putting in a recruit supporters in there and earning gold once.

Either the Butchers or Salt Peddlers can be upgraded to Tier 2 Merchants with 50 gp. Crowe's freedom fighters (rescued from the salt mines) could be upgraded to Tier 2 Infiltrators with 250 gp, granting them the Reduce Danger and Rescue Character actions.

You'll also get a portion of the gold proceeds from the candy shop.

I added the notes to the GM's Rebellion spreadsheet, but the circlet of persuasion grants a +3 competence bonus to PH's CHA-based checks, and the Natural Born Leader trait treats PH's CHA as if it were two higher for various Rebellion-related checks.

HR Player's Guide wrote:
Sentinel: The officer grants a +1 bonus to the rebellion’s two secondary Organization checks, and can aid during all Organization checks attempted to resolve one event during the Event phase. The Sentinel can add her Constitution or Charisma modifier to a Loyalty check, her Strength or Wisdom Modifier to a Security check, or her Dexterity or Intelligence modifier to a Secrecy check made during this event’s resolution.

According to the Rebellion spreadsheet, PH is currently focused on Security. His best modifier for that skill is Strength, which is only a +1. If he switches focus to Loyalty, he could bring a +7 modifier to bear.

How about upgrading the Street Performers to Rumormongers (Tier 2) for 50gp? That would add 'Spread Disinformation' as a team task, in addition to 'Gather Information'.

It looks like we might want to consider 'Recruit Supporters' during the Activity Phase.

Padraig switching focus to Loyalty sounds fine to me.

If we need to beef up our security/defenses a little more then upgrading the Street Performers for 50gp isn't a bad investment at all.

And more supporters equals more gold in the long run, right? If so then Padraig switching from Security to Loyalty would definitely give a good boost on that.

Added the 750gp to Morv's funds, pushing her over 4k. Now that she can afford it, she'd like to purchase a Headband of Vast Intelligence +2 if there happens to be one available in the city.

And after looking things over I think I'll put the two bonus skill ranks into Diplomacy - putting me at 4 ranks total :)

If there aren't any objections, I'll just roll those here and we can quick-purchase those items. Item shopping roleplaying is fine and all, but sometimes it's also nice to time warp it. I assume everyone wants to get back to the main story (finishing up with the Lucky Bones and what comes after), so if we can advance some of the more trivial tasks, we can get there sooner.

Well, one's available, one isn't. The item selection changes weekly. Pádraig can try again next week.

This also helps explain why the 'Refresh Marketplace' action can be valuable, especially at higher tiers. Every magic item < 4400 gp has a 75% chance of being available, but each shop also has a random selection of magic items available. I have not posted these up till now, but I can start rolling and doing so the next time you visit a shop.

Refresh Marketplace:

By expending 100 gp on bribes and other expenses, the team removes the currently available specific magic items for sale from distribution. The GM rolls up new magic items randomly to determine what items become available at the end of the following week. If you use a Tier 3 team to refresh the marketplace, you can ask the GM to reroll one magic item result in each category (minor, medium, and major).

As for actions, I'm fine with switching focus to Loyalty, but would think it takes an activity to do so (think of it like round-tabling with the main Ravens' officers and discussing a modified strategy), so:

1. Change Focus
2. Upgrade Street Performers
3. Recruit Supporters

Sound good?

The way I understand it is that if you craft it then you can select which skill(s) go into it but if you purchase it then it comes with a random Knowledge skill or skills.

And luckily no, Dungeoneering was one of the four that I hadn't put any ranks into :)

Also if no one wants to use the armor I would put that to use as well, but I don't want to be greedy. The one I just bought is +1 mithril so I'm not in great need there.

Sounds like Geoffrey's armor gives a better AC bonus.

Victor could trade his +1 for a +2, and then I trade up to a +1? Either that or we sell it later.

For now though, let's wear that armor. It's you and me, Victor. I want the ring of protection +2 for now, so gimme that +1 and you can take the +2. We'll do money stuff once we get out of here.

If you want to force me to use it then I must submit. I don't think you'd want to part with the +1 mithril chain anyhow, its far superior to regular chain at a reasonable price.

I know, I feel bad most everything has been medium sized. I know you'd put that mithril shirt to good use, never mind the other weapons.

If gear distribution gets too uneven with drops I'm very happy to shift some gold towards those on the low end of things to help even out.

The one you are using from Victor is +1 mithril chain shirt. Victor is using the +2 mithril chain shirt we just found.

So this is totally random but Dalen's player (from the League table) is setting up to run The Dragon's Demand and I thought I'd check here and see if anyone might be interested in playing.

The game will not be a PFS game. I know folks who largely prefer to stick to PFS only with their games so I wanted to be up front about that. I'm not sure if the module can be run in campaign mode; if it can then I could see if the GM would be willing to issue chronicles for anyone that wants them.

Currently we've got three players, myself included. Those of you who played in one of my Night March tables about a year ago will remember the character Marcel (my brother); he's also playing and is a large part of why the game is happening in the first place as he's expressed interest in wanting to PbP a bit more. I'm playing partly so he's got at least one person at the table that he knows and also partly because I've never sat beside him as a player at a PbP table.

I know for sure we need a 4th but the GM hasn't decided if he wants a full 6 or will stick to just 4-5 players. At any rate, if you're curious let me know and I'll link the campaign thread.

(Or you can just stalk my campaigns page and find it that way :V)

Something I hate to admit, but currently with Outpost I think I'm pretty maxed out for games at the moment. If I miss a day of posting I'm swamped for the next day!

If anyone is feeling bored by our recent 'safe' combat strategies: Victor and Geoff in a bottle neck; feel free to speak up and Victor is happy to do something more wreckless, especially considering his current state of mind.

I don't want Padraig and Issil to feel like they are stuck in the back not getting a chance to hack, slash and blast. I'm sure Morv is more than happy to have a safety wall in front of her.
