I'm still here. I've fallen behind on a publishing deadline and I've been on my own with the kids the past few weekends, so I haven't had time to push. It looks like we lost a couple again. I'll aim for Saturday morning to push.

Sorry. I know this scenario has moved like mud. I addition, this past month, there have been some things happening with me that have kept my attention on the boards minimal. However, you have reached the final encounter/fight if you're willing to play it "hard mode," i.e. with 3 players, you can finish.
I'm leaving on a weekend trip with my kids today, then I should have enough attention to finish out this fight.

I guess that for American players, the last two months have been... Stressful? Terrible? Horrible? terribly and Horribly, nail-biting Stressful.
Unless WWIII starts, or the world wide economy crashes worse than 1929, who knows?

I do wish to continue. I think we can handle it with just 3, but perhaps GM could bot Effie. I only say Effie because we have a generally good sense of what she would do. Also, not sure how the chase would work out with only 3 players, given that everything is based on 4.

Wow. Apologies. I thought I was only 2 weeks behind, which isn't something to be proud of. I will get you through this scenario, though!
Hopefully, it won't take too long to improve my current problems—resolving them in a scale less than years might be aiming too high—and I'll be able to come back to PbP.
But I will finish this fight and get you your chronicles!

I'm going to wait to post to see what Hep and Maria can do. Maybe Hep can suck up Vilk's AO and/or Maria can put the wolf down. Cause if Holan-Ji stands, the wolf and Vilk will both AO him and he'll drop - both prone from being tripped by the hound again and unconscious from 2 more hits.

Shortly after I posted my last post, my mother fell and broke her hip and then I had a kidney stone drop.
I don't think 2025 is my year.

Oh god! I'm sorry to hear that. I figured you were just super busy with a work project, which would have been more pleasant than a broken hip and a kidney stone. At least the stone is transitory, and I hope your mother recovers well.
