That was like two months ago. Which, in Play by Post terms is like... 7 posts. Yet somehow, in story terms, we've made it like 5 days since then! :p

Ary is donating the following things to the Crusade to go to those who have the most use:
Wheelwright's tools.
All of the swords, including her old one.
The Holy Symbols.
She'll make sure that her old Chain Shirt makes its way to Klarah to keep her safe.
She will return Valaria's Starknives, and lets her hold onto the manuscript, which she'll read over at the next opportunity. :)
Sounds good to me. Anyone who wants the book is free to take a look. One of our casters will probably want to go over that ritual.

Okay, new campaign goal:
Every PC has to get laid by the time we kill a demon lord.
Ary's goal is not to get laid until the Crusades are over. I'm not sure if she'll succeed or not. :P
It's a worthy goal Ary, but just be aware that you may be expected to take one for the team at some point :P
Must resist... urge to spoil growing... argh.

As it would turn out, Ehren impregnated himself when he took in the ley's power. The child will be a newborn planet, which will grow up to replace Golarion once the Riftwardens explode it. :P

I was thinking like moon cycles and proximity(and how many generations) to the world wound factored with parentage and of course just make $hit up and blow our minds anyway!

Pfft, you're a human worshipper of Torag, they're allowed to get away with such things because Torag usually punishes dwarves by having their beards fall off. With a human that just doesn't have the same impact :p

You know, Kiora... you could tempt me into more roleplay by being a little slower. I'm not actually constantly available for being on the computer, and though it might not seem like it a lot of the roleplay happens over the course of a single day.
If I'm away from my computer for even a few hours, I end up missing a lot. The last time I checked, there wasn't really anywhere I wanted to involve myself.
Honestly even though he has 19 Cha, Markus is no social butterfly. He doesn't really like talking to people - he feels like he's inflicting himself on them.
Look on the bright side. There's a cute shopkeeper at Defender's Heart who's eager to meet you. I'm sure she has other things in mind than talking with you ;)

PCs being together is something that I'm usually pretty aight with, actually. Li'an and Valaria's burgeoning romance was really cool for me.
Not that NPCs and PCs hooking up isn't cool too.
Markus definitely isn't into casual relationships, you know? Having lacked it for his whole life, he's looking for connections, stability, family, a home.
I'm rather sad that Val and Li'an's relationship ends here. I was having a lot of fun playing it out. And just starting to flirt with Isilme would be weird both in and out of character.
We'll see. There's an NPC that I know Val has a number of things in common with. Maybe things will develop there. It will be a while though.
I'm sad about it too. It was such a completely out of the blue thing, and yet worked so well. It's not like Kiora recruited players to end up with a romance :p
Only time will tell what happens from here on!
We may want to move the 'party' gold all into one bag, maybe. Ary will likely merge what's left of hers with what she got from devil-alchemist-of-doom. She considers her money to be party gold anyway. :P (Like a true Marshal!)
I'm totally alright with that, can throw the bag'o'gems in there as well.
Speaking of that, the reason I haven't went to see the jeweler about gems is because gems are very much lighter weight than coins. :)

Isilme summons forth her flute again, this time bringing it up to her lips and playing a jaunty little tune. She plays through the short melody repeatedly, each time upping the tempo slightly. Before long, Ehren, Hrut and Ary begin to feel their burdens lighten and their pace quicken. Giving the flute a flip into the air, it vanishes mid turn. "Shall we?" she says to the group, gesturing in the direction of the tower.

It's not you not being around for back-and-forth roleplay that concerns me - I don't believe you've ever had the availability for too much of that. I just monitor people's posting habits and you've been posting more in discussion than in gameplay - and to me that is a sign of disinterest in gameplay. In particular, I tried to offer a hook for everyone - but I couldn't interact with Markus since he never checked in the inn other than to respond to the interrogation scene (where he was directly asked to participate). Similarly to Hrut - if you don't give me bait I can't offer you much. If Markus feels antisocial as hell, then at least writing out a blurb where he leaves and sits in his room alone for two hours still lets us all know where he fits in to what is going on.
As for the speed - It isn't fair to slow down back and forth stuff just because one person isn't there or isn't participating. If we did that - and only waited for the seven of us to be online at once to RP - there'd be no back and forth RP. I think if two people are online and can get into a good groove, you should go for it.
I woke up to like 30 posts across discussion and gameplay this morning and I love it.
Anyway, I'm not mad or anything, just worried! All I care about is whether you're having fun. If you're having fun then I'm good :)
