Ala'Ihys, not knowing where Joseph is, but hearing the underworldling, draws his last two arrows, "Joseph I am out of arrows, we must retreat, if you are conscious please answer me!" Then firing both arrows where he believes the humanoid is, he waits for Joseph to answer.

if Joseph answers that he is retreating, Ala'Ihys will move east toward the light, if Joseph doesn't answer, he will drop his bow and move forward, drawing his sword next round.

Full attack - 2 for strength loss and Joseph give him soft cover, yay: point blank shot, deadly shot, rapid shot, MW composite logbow (+2)

Enough to hear the sounds of battle, but not enough to know exactly where stuff is. I'm not sure how Ala'Ihys is shooting him so much since he can't target anyone with total concealment without first making a guess as to where the target is via a move action perception check. But hey, I'm all for ending this.

Shonne, that would be too easy.
For your own movement, yes, but you'd either be making drag actions, (standard action to move you and another 5 ft), or a str check to lift them over the shoulder and move at half speed.
The perception would be higher, imo, trying to pinpoint a KO person by breath alone. Hearing a creature walking already requires DC 10, this would be 30+.
Spending a full round, i'd say you can 'scan' 4 adjacent squares by feeling around, or have listened carefully enough (along with perception 10 for those 2 making noise) to get the likely position

Delivering 6 charges of a touch spell is a full-round so I would figure it would be a little faster than that. I moved as far as I could with a move action last round and accidentally ended up within 5-feet of him so no 10-foot distance penalties (Brallenera was basically in near the same spot). He's not hiding per say, but for all intents and purposes is invisible to me (+20 to DC to find). Using my other senses I try to discover him via a move action (intentionally searching for stimulus is a move action). I did say Shonne was listening and there could be a penalty for that particular sense what with all the fighting going on, though feeling around with my boot or otherwise would work just as well if he's within reach.

I would have to drag him though. With a STR of 12 now and 71 pounds of my own stuff to carry he puts me over my MAX load. I'd have to drag both him and Brallenera. If you want I can put her back 15 feet away from her starting point. Either way I can't get either of them out easily.

6 touches comes up in the Combat Action Chart under the full-round action stuff.

Dragging however has no defined effect on speed--like anywhere that I can find, even as far back as D&D 3.0! I would assume dragging 200 lbs would be easier than dead lifting it and carrying it around, but that there would be some speed penalty for doing so. I did find this supposedly excerpted from Skip Williams on the topic. (The explanation starts about a third the way down the page with "Penalties").

If we go with this both Jo and Bra out class my current maximum heavy load of 130 lbs so I would move at half speed dragging either of them as well as subject to various AoOs. Would you like me to reset both unconscious characters (and Shonne) to that specification?

How did it get to that side? dawnflower help me surprised by the underling attacking on the opposite side of where he thought the creature was, Ala'Ihys calls out, "Shonne, the creature has placed itself between me and the light, I cannot flee without dangerously exposing myself, I will fight my way that direction, having said so he attacks the creature with several random swings.

You are correct, sir. I was under the misassumption it was to be your total HP. You are very much IC, honesty of a paladin :).

The plan was to have total cover behind a closed door and therefore no line of sight. What's good for the goose and all.

It's general assumption doors are opened and remain open until closed.

She hadn't opened that one. Just the one that was open (hence the open door on the map). Otherwise she would have used the last 5-feet of movement she had to move over one more space.

It's a double door. If it's opened, it's usually all together, unless specifically called by the party they would want one half kept closed.
In my experience that has not happened.

The point was to create a choke point, but whatever. Shonne probably didn't get to it regardless what with all the dragging.

I don't see how I'm likely to win this being poisoned, with darkness, and sneak attacks and all, so I've got two options: Blaze of glory (there's probably about a 20% chance of success) or leave and return with help (which is probably not realistic either but hey).

I'll let the party decide (3 votes): A) Come back with help. (It's a torture chamber after all. I might find parts of you all still alive.) Or B) Fight on and hope the survivors get an escape artist roll they can make. I'm good either way. I'll give it 24 hours.

A blaze of glory means you may loose a PFS character, going to get some help should guarantee you won't. How valuable is Shonne to you? The question in my mind is based on Shonne's alignment and character, that is your call. Therefor I will abstain from voting.

True, but I still have to hit him (50% miss for darkness if I can find him, -2 Attack for strength, -2 to AC plus minus all Dex to AC for darkness, and basically he's swinging a greatsword at me. So yeah.... I have to try to hit him and then overcome his AC (probably in the 17ish range) and then deal significant damage with lower STR. I think 20--probably 25% is about right).

On the other hand you assume the derro will let you retreat, what is to keep him from casting more darkness and pursuing you?

He can cast more darkness, but in the long run I don't think he can keep up. Shonne has the run feat if it comes to it. And is a lot more dangerous out in the woods--though I have yet to even find a Pathfinder Society adventure where the woods come into play.

Alright I'm pretty sure that takes some kinda action to draw it back. So I triangulate that point ("With only one known point?" you say--I'm just that good.) to the nearest darkened square to where it disappears into the darkness.

Outlining is the edge. 10 feet lower.
But i've still got to disagree, if you're normally dragging 1 person at half speed, you'd be dragging twice the weight at third speed at best.

If you say so. It doesn't say that anywhere in the rules that I can find. Or even in the Skip Williams article sited above. Even one of them is currently past my max load but it does say I can drag up to 5 times that and I know they don't weigh over 600 lbs. Best make up my mind for me before I have to finish the round before last. If I can't move them then I'm probably not going to.
