Was there a "named NPC merchant, trader, smuggler, or similar figure" (like a Hellknight purser, quartermaster, or treasurer, I'd imagine) in this adventure I could score with for an Exchange Season 6 Faction Objective?

Also, seeing as I now have no money whatsoever (barring a last-minute donation - c'mon, I'm a Cleric!), I wish to apply my 1/adventure Entrepreneur Faction Award to my Day Job roll, meaning I get 50 gp out of that rather than 20. Please fix that detail accordingly.

Would have been fairly easy to spot one if you had encountered them.
I have not heard such a thing before. Prestige purchases happen between missions, as far as i see those happen.
Mission objectives filled are done during the mission itself.
To be honest I do not see any issue to buy with pp at the end of the scenario and still use that for faction cards.

What does your faction card say, exactly?
In the mission, you had the opportunity (at the very start before leaving) to buy supplies in Korvosa. Upon return, you could have gone general shopping before debriefing, to take your mind off the unpleasant things.
The hellknight fortress is occupied by their military, there is no mention of merchants present. If you were looking to specifically buy stuff from -them-, you're out of luck.

"Visit a city other than Absalom with a population of 5,000 residents of [sic] more. While in the city, purchase or sell an item worth at least 100 gp per character level."
A 1st-level wand certainly fits the price requirement.
Korvosa would be "bonus points" to score for Nemesis, since it's her not-sorely-missed-yet-sentimentally-attached hometown.
Korvosa's the right place, then.
