I don't think you'll get a surprise round but they're mostly paying attention to Tariq and Dwalindor at this point.

The gnolls and hyenas move to flank Tariq and Dwalindor.

Dwalindor crushes the hyena that approaches him and then comes under attack from a gnoll yipping and barking at him.

3 gnolls move in on Tariq and a hyena circles towards Dwalindor.

The gnoll attacking Dwalindor tries to rip his weapon from his hand with his whip.
