yea...isnt it a ghost or something?
Actually no, this is monstrous humanoid so it'd be Nature (I asked for Dungeoneering earlier by mistake, so I'll take it as well).
Rameth realizes that the monster in front of them is no undead, and isn't weak to the normal attacks an undead is vulnerable.
The monster takes a hit from the morningstar and staggers a bit, but Azubah notices his morningstar starts to bind to the monster's flesh.
Please roll a Reflex save, DC 14 to avoid having the morningstar stuck to the monster. If you fail you can make a Strength check DC 17 to tear it free.
It swipes at Azubah as he passes next to it however.
Attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11
The hurried attack misses Azubah's body, passing through the shadows surrounding his form.
Azubah
Reflex save
1d20 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 2 = 12
To the oracle's shock his weapon sticks to the mummy and he is unable to wrench it free. So he watches numbly as the creature moves away and disarms him by doing so.
Strength check
1d20 ⇒ 11
Dwalindor the Pahmet

Perth the creature too close for his Lucern hammer, Dwalindor steps 5' right, drops the long weapon and draws his war axe.
He swings at the glue creature
"I said stay away from us! "
axe 2h: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8 damage : 1d10 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13
DMummy
Dwalindor's next attack also misses the creature as it twists to strick at Azubah.
As your DM it's important to set the mood, so here's some combat music appropriate to the high rolls I've been seeing.
DMummy
Albus's sword bites deep into the monster and it shrieks in response.
Albus, please roll a Reflex save, DC 14 to avoid having the sword stuck to the monster. If you fail you can make a Strength check DC 17 to tear it free.
The monster strikes at Albus in response to his attack.
Attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (14) + 6 = 20
Attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15
Damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
Damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
It binds Albus in response to his vicious attack.
Grab (Special, does not provoke AoO): 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (14) + 15 = 29
Albus is currently grappled by the monster.
"Angel Eyes" Albus
Reflex: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
Str: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12
Albus sword get stuck at the thing quickly followed by Albus himself as he tries to free the blade.
%#$&!!!
A little help here!
Struggling the magus tries to break free.
CMB o break free: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 15
Rameth the Delver
Two handed attack charge
Sword Cane: 1d20 + 5 + 2 - 1 ⇒ (20) + 5 + 2 - 1 = 26 for 1d6 + 4 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 4 + 3 = 10
confirm Sword Cane: 1d20 + 5 + 2 - 1 ⇒ (17) + 5 + 2 - 1 = 23 for 1d6 + 4 + 3 ⇒ (6) + 4 + 3 = 13
DMummy
Worth waiting for!
But quick question, where's the extra +3 from, are you using Power Attack? I calculate +3 from Strength, +1 from whetstone for the +4 and +2 for Power Attack if you're using it. Remember you can't multiply damage via a two handed attack with a sword cane (see p. 38, Ultimate Equipment).
Rameth's attack pierces through the monster's torso and seems to pierce its heart. It squeals and then collapses, still entwined around Albus.
The effect that traps weapons is still in effect (it's not supernatural per se) roll a Reflex save, DC 14 to avoid having the sword stuck to the monster. If you fail you can make a Strength check DC 17 to tear it free.
Rameth the Delver
Str +3 plus another 1 for two handed +3 for power attack 2 handed
Not familiar w sword can bonus damage I'll have to look that up
Rameth the Delver
1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20
Azubah
When the enemy vocalizes pain at its death, Azubah realizes that it was not a mummy after all. In fact, he cares little what it was and moves to help Albus free himself from its grasp. He squats down beside the magus and tries to envision how to roll the dead being onto its back without becoming stuck to it himself.
"Albus, try to throw your weight so that you can roll this thing onto the floor and with you atop it. At least it will take the thing's weight off of you."
Realization then strikes him and he addresses Rameth. "Don't you know of liquids to unstick things? That is in your field, isn't it?"
I will post tomorrow, if possible. Sunday is doubtful for me.
Rameth the Delver
I sure do, but I don't happen to have any with me.
Dwalindor the Pahmet

Dwalindor will sidestep again to get into flank with the glue mummy.
"Ahah! Hey, I liked it better when I was missin it . "
axe, 2h, pa: 1d20 + 5 + 2 - 1 ⇒ (16) + 5 + 2 - 1 = 22 damage : 1d10 + 4 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 4 + 3 = 17

%$&@! Ewww!
Take it off me, take it off me! Albus says trying to unglue himself from the creature.[dice=CMB]d20+5 Can I take 20 on this if its dead?
You can indeed, although you're rightly concerned when Dwalindor slams his axe into the corpse.
The dead body has nothing on it should you try to search and there does not appear to be any treasure in this entry room.
Sir Howard
Sir Howard looks dismayed at the fluids all over Albus and Azubah's morningstar
I say, that's one disgusting creature. I hate things that spread fluids all over the place.
He floats towards the corridor beyond the entry room.
These crypts are always so terribly dark. Why can't they have light shafts, or magical light orbs?
Rameth the Delver
Dwalindor..simmer down, I think it is dead...again...redead...dead, dead...whatever.
Rameth follows once some light is cast
1d20 + 8 + 1 ⇒ (11) + 8 + 1 = 20 per cep for traps
Dwalindor the Pahmet

"grrrrrr now I can let it be.. ". Dwalindor goes to kick it once for good measure but realizes the mistake and stops himself.
DMummy
Rameth, you don't detect any traps.
If you want to take a 20 on Perception or Disable Device for the Pentheru house, please let me know, if you do it will take time and attract attention(I'm figuring out a time counter to night, where you don't want to be in the Necropolis.)
Let me know where you are on the map.
Dwalindor the Pahmet
|
"Albus, did that thing hurt you? You may want a tap from that fancy healin stick we bought. " Dwalindor grins as he moves past the magus.
Rameth the Delver
i seem to not be able to find the map again...at the bottom of the stairs for me
Azubah
These crypts are always so terribly dark. Why can't they have light shafts, or magical light orbs?
"Sir Howard, can't you see in the dark? I always assumed that spirits could do so. Can you move ahead of us and scout the halls?"
Rameth the Delver
Yes
DMummy
As Rameth begins his descent down the staircase, a series of spears flashes out from the wall, stabbing out and striking the side of the staircase.
Attack (Trap): 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (9) + 15 = 24
Damage (Trap): 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7
One of the spears jabs into Rameth before retracting.
________________
Once you recover you come into the next room:
The air in this chamber is cool. The walls and ceilings are tiled with stone, but the floor is hard-packed earth, giving the area an unfinished quality. A long stone table rests against the western wall, flanked by two large brass urns. A flight of steps ascends to the south, while two passages lead north and east out of the room.
Dwalindor the Pahmet
|
Dwalindor will move up to lead after Rameth takes a hut from the trap. Looking for secret stonework as he goes (stone cunning).
"Watch out down here. There may be more of them slashers. "
Rameth the Delver
So my 20 percep didn't spot that?
Rameth the Delver
Ok just making sure it wasn't missed
I could use a little healing here.
Azubah
Did we ever decide who carried the wand of CLW?
"Yes, right away!" Azubah says as he holds the wand with the healing runes to Rameth's wound. "By the power of Aroden, halt this blood and make this man whole again!"
Healing
1d8 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8
Rameth the Delver
Rameth scowls and grumbles his thanks
Azubah
"Oh wait!" Azubah cries out as he fumbles in his pockets for something and then pulls out a long piece pf parchment. The words 'Release for any and all liability' is printed out in large type across the top of it. The oracle hands it and a quill to Rameth. "Just need your signature at the bottom" he says.
Dwalindor the Pahmet
|
"I am glad Azubah has that stick. I would just use it for cooking jerky on a fire."
"Angel Eyes" Albus
Did we ever decide who carried the wand of CLW?
Yes we did.
Since you are the one who can use it keep in your inventory Azubah. We have used two charges now. Rolling mine to save time.
Wand CLW: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Yea, mate could you heal me too? Thx. Albus follows the dwarf close by.
Rameth the Delver
Rameth takes a search
1d20 + 8 ⇒ (3) + 8 = 11
let's move. Everyone search this place.
Azubah
At Rameth's prodding, Azubah takes in the room as best he can in the semi-light.
Perception
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7
Dwalindor the Pahmet

Dwalindor looks around as well as he moves into the new room.
Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13 +2 vs stone (stone cunning)
DMummy
You don't find anything of note in this room, although after your examination you believe it to have been abandoned for a long time after being used to prepare at least one mummy.
DM Only:
Intelligence (Albus): 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18
Intelligence (Azubah): 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7
Intelligence (Dwalindor): 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Intelligence (Rameth): 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (5) + 3 = 8
Albus:
There's something you missed - no trap is left without an off switch for the builders at least.
Dwalindor the Pahmet
|
"We can take a couple minutes to search if you are sure. I thought I gave it a good look, but could try again."
search: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15 +2 vs stone
If the party wants to take the time, Dwalindor will take 20.
Rameth the Delver
Rameth will take 20
DMummy
Behind a torch holder in the southwest corner of the room you find a disguised switch and when you press it you hear an audible mechanical noise from the staircase.
Based on the noise and the placement of the switch, the trap on the staircase is probably disabled however you may want to test the staircase before setting foot on it again.
Azubah
"Too bad that thing is so sticky" Azubah says, pointing to the dead adherer. "Otherwise, we could just toss it's corpse on the stairs."
Dwalindor the Pahmet
|
"I aint touchin that thing!" Dwalindor will volunteer to poke the steps with his long lucern hammer and moves over to push the first few steps in reach.
