You guys have a full surprise round, I'm waiting on you guys at this point. I just checked to make sure I mentioned that, so I just need you guys to get your actions in. If anyone throws an alchemist fire or otherwise lights the bridge, it goes up.

Since we can see the carriage coming, I'm going to assume that one round prior to the surprise round, Chandra could begin her inspire courage so that it will be in place during the surprise round and she can light the bridge on fire.

Hmm... did you not get the Roll20 game invite? It says you're part of the game, I wonder if I send you another link to join the game?
Here, try this. If that doesn't work, I can contact their customer support people.

Hey guys, really sorry to say this, but I'm think I'm going to mark this game as inactive. Having had now three people drop from the campaign, and a lot of trouble keeping it moving, I think it's probably for the best. I'm not enjoying myself all that much as the DM, and I think it's probably better to just let this one go than to keep trying to get it moving.
Instead, I'm going to continue working on a long-term project of mine in a homebrew setting, and hopefully put up a recruitment for that in a few months after I've really gotten it all together. If you guys are interested in that, I really hope you'll apply.

I really don't want you guys to feel like this is your fault, honestly. I really enjoyed the characters you guys put forth, but between so many people dropping and the drop-off in activity, I've just sort of gotten out of the habit of checking/posting in this game. I'd really hate for you guys to suffer through me forgetting to check this game regularly, and ultimately I'm just suffering through a bit of GM burnout for this game. I've really enjoyed you guys as players, I just feel like this game is probably going to die a slow death at this point, and I'd rather cut it off.
I'm also not enjoying the AP as much the more in depth I read it, and I'm not sure I could do the game justice with an AP I'm not extremely happy with. I could spend the time to modify the enitre AP as I see fit, but that'd take long enough I'd have to put the game on hiatus anyway.
Whenever I get a recruitment together for the homebrew setting I'm working on, I'll be sure to invite you all to put in characters for it. I'd just rather make sure we don't all suffer through a long, slow death of a game, you know? Alternately, I may peruse some other APs over my winter break, and may open a recruitment for another one. Either way, I'll keep you guys filled in, as I feel bad cancelling this on you guys.
