I have played about 5 hours of the Kingmaker computer game, there are parts that are crazy difficult because controlling the PCs at times can be wonky
Starting in a little while, I'll be on little mini vacation with the family, so may not post until Sunday.
We have an Comic Con this weekend. Jason Mamoa is slated to appear but who knows with what is going on in Hawa'ii if he will come. I could not justify, even if he does, spending $200 to get to meet him.
How is the other group doing?
He was supposed to come to the One in Toronto, Ontario at the end of the month but had to cancel.
Interesting. Elijah Wood is also supposed to come but that is another expensive thing to do. My favorite comic book author, Chris Claremont, will be here!

He'd probably want you to donate that $200 to some organization helping him protect Mauna Kea or something...I really should see Aquaman, the only other movie I've seen him in is Conan the Barbarian (and I thought he did a good job in that one!).
I haven't seen any of those movies. I saw him in Justice League and I really didn't like the character.
Aqua Man was a bit cheesy over all, it wasn't bad and he did good making Aquaman not the 1970s character
I didnt like the character in Justice League so I didnt bother to watch Aquaman. The same is true of the Flash, if and when his movie comes out, I wont be watching it.
Flash didn't get a movie, he got a TV show.

NO ONE looks at the media the same way they did as kids. We learn things that change our perspective on them, whether we want to or not. It is not a good thing or a bad thing, it simply IS. *shrug*
Urgent care diagnosed me with bronchitis this morning. The next few days will be a bit rough as I'm on a high dose of prednisone which will probably mess up my already-messed-up sleep schedule. Bot Aberus as needed.

I got <4 hours of sleep last night, about the same the night before, and am riding high on 40 mg of steroids. Whhheeeeee!

I ended up with strep this year for the first time ever. I got two steroid shots and the pills, which decreased in mg's, but it was not fun.
Tree and stone, I absolutely HATE strep! It has to be the most obnoxious disease I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing.

Nope, 40mg/day for 5 days. I see another sleepless night in my future, but I am better today than I was Sunday so that it encouraging.
I had never had it before but according to the 3rd doctor that I went to see about my throat I have folds on my tonsils which means that food wont always go down and things can get stuck on and in them, therefore beginning to go rancid and causing an infection.
Kinda nasty.
That sounds interesting (Nurse so I find gross things interesting), I have never heard of that before
Either have I so once cold and allergies season starts I need to make sure that I gargle with warm water with a bit of salt and baking soda to kill what might be on the tonsils. I also have a decongestant that I can take.
So...are we waiting for something in gameplay?

On a different note, it appears that Paizo has finally given me control of this campaign. It only took 7 months. :P
Also, my apologies for running a couple encounters that half of the party might have already done. If it helps with your versimilitude, after the first attack on the Garrison, your enemies sent reinforcements. The vermleks, tieflings, and these dretches are all part of these additional forces.
It only makes sense that they would reinforce it.
I wouldn't have been surprised if it had been tougher the second time.
Hopefully, we are better prepared for it though.
Sorry for the radio silence over the past few days. This week's been a little hectic with a ten-day stretch at work, the Minnesota State Fair and my 31st birthday (which was yesterday)!

Sorry I haven't been on too much today. I had to take one of my kitties to the ER Vet on Tuesday night and spent the pm with him yesterday and Tuesday.

Hooray, a sub didnt show up today so I had to cover a class in addition to my regular teaching schedule and then a 2 hour IEP :)
More rainwater leaked into my basement bedroom again! Which is why I've been slow to post this week.
Ugh, I get that too sometimes
Our house is 110 years old, the basement has 1 finished side and one not so finished. It is a lime stone foundation so we have "Flood Planes" as my wife calls them where in the spring and during heavy rain it gets wet in certain spots.
We've got storms here too. Got back from my weekend thing just in time for the power to be out at home, but that sounds a lot easier to deal with than a flooded basement.
