Not all of us need the cold iron weapons, really Sario could get away with a long spear to use to aid another if she isn't casting.
ok I will get a list of the items that Sario needs to pick up. I leveled her up but forgot to post the PDF from Herolab to my Google drive, will do that tonight as well.

I'm going to rebuild as an unchained barbarian, instead of urban barbarian, but keep the same skills, feats and rage powers, etc.
New power: Auspicious Mark: 1/day while raging add 1d6(+1/4 levels) to one d20 roll. I can add this after seeing the result of the unmodified roll.

The same merchants willing to sell you things are also willing to buy unwanted loot from the party.

I've been keeping a loot spreadsheet. It is a big list.
One option for dealing with this is to assume we're selling everything, divide by N, and that is the player share. Then you can buy items from the list, and go shopping with the leftovers.

I just realized I gave myself a cold iron weapon without realizing we hadn't determined who got what. I've removed that trait from my weapon now, sorry about that!
A point of clarification: the one thing you can't buy right now is a cold iron weapon. As you can imagine, cold iron is pretty scarce right now.

Hence why we had to fight a blood-sucking monster to get just two of them.
Who wants to take them? Uriel has Radiance, and his old bastard sword he can loan someone, we have Kelly's gladius and then the two we just got and the busted mace from the Hall of Heroes (which we can't fix, so it doesn't exactly count yet). I feel the other more fighty-types should get first pick.

When we started The Wardens group we had six PC's. Over time, we had two who had to drop for various reasons, and now that we've merged the remaining players we are back up to six. So, I don't see any reason why we can't just divide by six and be done with it.
That would make it 834.67gp for everyone.
At later levels we may want to hold a share or half-share for a party fund (for raise dead and other expensive, party-wide issues).
I believe that we're actually up to eight players: Aberus, Alexa, Arloric, Darya, Kelly, Sario, Telerin, and Uriel.
Unless I missed one of the above dropping, the GP count should be 626 each. Did the other party have a loot sheet as well?

School's been out up here for a few days with the sheer volume of snow and cold here! So much so that now the kids (and my dad, who works IT for the district) have to go to school on President's Day and Easter Monday!

Cold iron weapons are not masterwork by default. Arloric is thinking of adamantine and mithral.

Absolutely. Radiance counts as cold iron, Uriel is using it now and would happily loan his old sword to Darya.
