Indeed, no missteps that I can see. Had to get in somehow. Granted, you would've gotten some major style points for creating your own "Summon Beaver Horde" spell to dismantle the base, but hindsight is 20/20.

*No, seriously. I love the idea of a magic item changing how a character thinks and acts. Sometimes, some of the best characters are grown out of this.

I've got a barbarian who's only magic item is a Ring of Jumping. I'd have never picked it on my own, but I love how it's turned out.

Honestly I don't know 5e items that well. I kinda like the idea of the random items just working out.

I would have to really look into what I want, but my favorite items are the ones I cant imagine from the start.

A bigger and more powerful maul....and maybe some armor or protective device, but like Dymmathy, anything would be cool. I like that with 5e it is not all about magic and stacking bonuses.

Can anyone get that runner before he hits the gong?

I've only two options:
1. Move 30 and Fireball. The orc is at the far edge of the radius. However, the sheep pens will be blackened again.
2. Move 30, Misty Step another 30, and Chill Touch. Possibly won't drop him.

I don't like my two options from a resource allocation point of view. Would much prefer someone with a ready longbow to get him.

Escaping Sheep: was that 1d6 minutes (plus animal handling roll) for the one pen that was on fire, or all five pens?

No that was altogether assuming others helped. Your AH roll of 24 made it a success with d6 minutes instead of another die with more sides or a fail. *shrug*

They've been trying to fix the code that caused the logout issues. It likely caused even more issues as they tried to change it.

If you guys happen to see the site up for a bit and try to post, make sure you copy all your text before hitting preview or submit.

I read through some of the Developers posts. They are really trying to make some big changes to some very complicated old code. I have been there.. no fun.

I never had a horde of people expecting it to work, if I break something!

Yeah. It's gotta be hard. Make sure you give them encouragement and support. I've been doing that - one of the few that doesn't just complain.

People need to know their work is appreciated, even if it does annoy us that we can't play our games while they're trying to figure it out.

Don't forget that in 5e, you can freely move within a creatures reach and not provoke the OA. It's only when you *leave* their reach do you provoke.

Is everyone alright with Urth taking the plate armor? It's clean and ready for anyone if they want it.

I think Dymm has the highest Intimidate. Do you want to lead the questioning of the hob. A couple of us can give you advantage.

Are we all short resting to recover some hp and resources?

I will also be taking a short rest, which means everyone gets an extra 1d6 healing. So make sure you add that to your regen.

If someone wants to help out with my Persuasion. (which was higher than my intimidate. I went nice cop route.. But if someone wants to give me advantage that might be good.

I am assuming after the interrogation a short rest is in order. I know I could use it. Recharge my Inspirations.
