21: Cursing at the firearm round hitting his comrade, Connor directed the Astral Construct to attack the guard as the man himself pivoted in mid-air to keep his place. Connor loaded his light crossbow and fired at the guard. "Quickly!" he said under his voice to Alister and Reaghar.
Crossbow Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
4: Astral Construct (can attack on its' turn, gives a flank if Alister makes a 5-foot step?):
Slashing Claw Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (12) + 4 = 16
The silvery-transparent falcon beat its' wings as it attacked the guard with its' talons, staying in place on the ledge.
Connor init: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6 (Future actions: fire again, or catch the guard as he falls off the ledge.)

As his comrades go flying off, Flick centers himself, focusing his mind for the shot he is about to take. He then steps forward a few feet, to make sure he's a clear line of sight.
Pausing, he allows Connor time to close the distance and summon his construct. Once he sees him about to, he lets fly an arrow.
Round one, gains psionic focus and moves 10ft so he is in range of his bow
Round 2, does nothing.
Round three, swift action to use Wind Reader 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (17) + 10 = 27 Ranged attack, using Deadly Aim for 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6

Not hard to get a 17 at low levels. Even light armor and decent dex does it. He's wearing leather armor of some kind.

The bullet entering his flesh throws Alister into a rage, and he moves to flank, drawing his hammer and taking a swing.

The guard five foot adjusts back inside the building (it appears to be a hallway behind the opening), and fires at Reaghar (his only valid target from that position other than the construct). Guard Attack: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11 The round misses Reaghar. Alister is then forced to five foot adjust to attack, and he hits (even with the partial cover from the door frame) and kills the guard.
Reaghar and Construct's actions invalidated. Please repost actions.
Alister can tell there is a hallway running the length of the side wall. I've updated the map.
I'll use Connor's init when I start round 5.

Ok, I was trying to speed up the 10-12 rounds of combat by letting the first 3 rounds go in rapid succession, due to most of it being people closing.
I have learned my lesson.
Things will proceed one round at a time, no matter what. If it takes us 4 weeks to handle one combat, so be it.

Connor let the Astral Construct dissipate so the others could use the landing. He waved "all clear - come on" to Elrohir, hovering in place. Fly check: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10

Connor beat his wings, dropping onto the landing and immediately looking at Alister's bullet wound. He shrugged off his backpack, getting his healer's kit out. "You're hit, never let a bullet stay there." Connor admonished Alister. "Hold still, or I can't dig it out."
Untrained Heal: 1d20 + 1 + 2 ⇒ (11) + 1 + 2 = 14

All Mintakia Guild people (Alys, Selvan, Sammark) give me a perception check at a -20, DC 5. If you make it, you heard the gunshot, or noticed the people beginning to flee your target building.
Alister will be fatigued round 5 and 6 for dropping rage (if I misinterpreted that, please correct me).

Elrohir flies in and ends his movement next to the Banister.
Belated Connor Flight to Hover: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (4) + 8 = 12
Connor, too distracted by ordering his construct to attack and firing his crossbow, drops 10 feet and lands roughly on the ground outside the building.
Connor already went, so he can't dismiss the astral construct until his next action on 5
Belated Reaghar Flight to Hover: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (15) + 9 = 24
Reaghar on the other hand, flips his wings with almost negligent ease, and maintains his position next to the ledge.

Connor dismisses the astral construct, and flaps his wings hard Fly: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24 and flies up at a 45 degree angle to land on the landing to attempt to check on Alister, but all he can really do is confirm that Alister isn't dying anytime soon. Treating deadly wounds requires 1 hour and 2 first aid kit charges
Reaghar can't land, so he'll have to hold until Alister can move.

And again, Reaghar hovers in place as if it were no more difficult than standing on one foot.
Elrohir can't land, for the same reason Reaghar can't.

The youngsters wings are beating so fast it's harder for him to avoid flying up and away than it is to maintain his position, bouncing back and forth from wing to wing.
A human jumps out into the hallway from a doorway that's barely in Alister's line of sight, something in both hands, but then sight is lost.
Alister's up on the initiative order, then those holding can go. Between Elrohir and Reaghar, whoever has the best dex has the chance to land first.

If he makes it, you can all speed up your movements on round 5, if not, you'll get another perception chance on round 5 to speed up on round 6 if you choose to. Or to break off once you realize there's combat, up to you.

Yeah, First Aid only stabilizes a dying creature. Alister, being able to talk, isn't dying. :)
You usually use first aid to save a dying character. If a character has negative hit points and is losing hit points (at the rate of 1 per round, 1 per hour, or 1 per day), you can make him stable. A stable character regains no hit points but stops losing them. First aid also stops a character from losing hit points due to effects that cause bleed (see Conditions for rules on bleed damage).
Fortunately for Alister you weren't actually able to perform the treat deadly wounds, as that roll would have actually done HP damage to him. :)

If the Mintakia Guild people move faster, they will arrive at 120ft from Kol's building on 6. The streets are crowded, so movement is limited on foot. They will be unable to run, but can hustle (double move). This would get them to the building's ground floor entrance on round 8.

Alister, seeing the human pop out, rushes into the hallway. "It can wait, he calls back to Connor, grappling the human once he closes, dropping his hammer to do so.
AoO is provoked, if the Human has a melee weapon available. If he does, he'll probably hit, and deal that damage as a penalty to the roll, too.
CMB: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13
Not that that's likely to reach his CMD, unless he's scrawny and relatively slow.

The human, with a readied action, fires off a round from his double barreled shotgun. The shotgun fills the hallway with buckshot.
Attack: 1d20 + 3 - 2 ⇒ (8) + 3 - 2 = 9
Alister, fatigued, still manages to duck down low as the shotgun blast goes off. The entire corridor fills with bits of wood as the blast goes just over his head, peppering his wings painfully with small bits of wood and a few pellets, but nothing permanent is done to him.
The shotgun wielder ducks his grab attempt. Alister can see deeper into the area, and see's more combatants.
If either Reaghar or Elrohir want to land and continue moving as one movement (IE: 5ft fly, land, 5 - 25ft walk) it requires a DC 15 fly check to successfully transition from one to the other on the balcony.
EDIT: Corrected for valid AC on Alister.

Taking liberties to accomodate requests
Elrohir flits down on the landing, and moves into the hallway so he can shoot at the shotgun wielding human. He manages drop an arrow into the shotgun wielder's thigh, the arrow passing between Alister's legs close enough to leave a mark on his pants.
Reaghar's Flight Check: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (13) + 9 = 22
Reaghar then lands on the balcony and rolls into the hallway, but his attempt to duplicate Elrohir's accuracy fails and the black energy splashes harmlessly against the back of the hallway.
The dwarf in the hallway steps back 5 ft, and raises his revolver and fires at Alister. Attack: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18 A roar of gunpowder flashes in the hallway and a ball of led the size of a thumb slams out into Alister. Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 4

Alister grits his teeth as the second ball of lead in 30 seconds pierces his flesh. He grabs the handle of his hammer once more, turns to the dwarf who shot him, and steps forward, bringing the hammer down (hopefully) right onto the dwarf.
Grabbing the dropped hammer as a move, 5-foot stepping, and attacking the Dwarf as a standard. Just a clarification
Attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 5 = 16
Damage: 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (2, 5) + 6 = 13
Not that it matters for this round, but I've already applied the modifier for fatigued to my Initiative score, since you do Initiative dynamically. My normal initiative modifier, while psionically focused, is +2, not the +1 shown.
