Happy Valentine's Day!

February scenarios will release on Wednesday, February 23rd. Order generation will be on February 22th.

To help us get your products to you without a delay, we urge you to ensure your payment methods are up to date. Please let us know if you need any assistance with your subscription(s) by emailing customer.service@email.com This ensures we can process your order as quickly as possible.

The following items will be included in February's digital releases:

Pathfinder Society Scenarios:
• Pathfinder Society Scenario #3-10: Delve the Pallid Depths
• Pathfinder Society Scenario #3-11: No Time for Treason

Starfinder Society Scenarios:
• Starfinder Society Scenario #4-14: Rasheen's Remembrance

Pathfinder Bounties:
• Pathfinder Bounty #18: From Family Lost

Pathfinder One Shot:
• Pathfinder One-Shot #4: Mark of the Mantis

Note: In addition to this post, we'll also be sending an email out to Society Scenario subscribers with this information!

We are aware that the Bounty and One Shot have not yet been granted and we will be working to get those fulfilled asap :)

I received the order generation e-mail on 2/22 but as of the wee hours of 2/24 the actual release (SF #4-14) has not released to me.

Second month running that I've found myself emailing about my digital subs not processing. Might be a deeper issue somewhere for the web team to look into.

Update - our Tech team is looking into why some subscribers didn't get their scenarios. In the meantime, Customer Service, mostly Logan, is unsticking them manually. Thank you for your patience!

We also know of an issue with the download packages for Mark of the Mantis and Webstore/Tech are troubleshooting that issue. Will keep you posted!

I guess I should chime in and mention mine are still pending.

Logan has done a great job this month helping get orders unstuck. Our tech team is looking into why it is happening and what we can do to fix the issue before we run March digital sub fulfillment. We thank you all for your patience as we find the goblin, skittermander in the code who was busy filing some orders into the bouncy pit of stuckness.
