My order is gone, so according to the email I now have to wait for CS to fix it. Really wish they would have communicated that or disabled subscriptions while they fixed it if that's the way their system is set up. Same for me - hopefully, they can get to it soon. :)

I purchased this on February 25th and have still not received my Foundry VTT code in my library.
Is Paizo Plus gold supposed to be earned on subscription orders? If so, I did not receive any for the February subscription order.
Any idea when this will be ready for purchase?

Was this map supposed to release with this month's subscriptions (with a street date of Feb. 4th)? It was not in my subscription order if it was supposed to be. The next map release according to the subscription is in March. The reason I'm wondering is that I would have gotten the digital version with my subscription, but now I'll have to buy both the physical and digital version if it gets skipped by the subscription.
Cannot download the PZO14008E Season of Ghosts File-Per-Chapter Download as a zip file. I keep getting an XML error: NoSuchKey - The specified key does not exist. (I don't want to include the message as it does have the filename.)
The Draconic Codex Single File PDF still has a Paizo employee's info in the watermark on the first 3 pages and the backmatter (Battle Cry). The File-Per-Chapter seems ok.
I can confirm that Paizo Connect still seems non-functional. I tried adding a code for HeroLab and it tells me it is an invalid code. I try syncing with partners that still show connected (Fantasy Grounds, Demiplane) and also get the invalid code error. Also, the value of my subscription order was not added to my Paizo Plus gold.

My PFS & SFS subscriptions did not make it over (my others did). I cannot find these subscriptions on the new store. Am I missing something? Does anyone know if there are/are going to be subscriptions for the Pathfinder Society and Starfinder Society scenarios anymore?

Will we have to generate new codes for all our Paizo Connect stuff? Also, are there no longer subscriptions for PFS and SFS scenarios?
I am assuming the Starfinder Flip-Mat is an accidental copy from July? (Since I just got that map. :))
Has anything changed with the subscription model? As a venture-agent, I normally get the Quests added to my downloads, and they all have been so far, except this one. Is it just a matter of patience, or should I alert someone? Same for me. I'm guessing it wasn't granted yet, but maybe I'm wrong.
I am unable to get the new files. I use the Click Here button and I see the new file sizes, but it still downloads the old files.
The Starfinder Flip-Mat: Planetary Terrain Multi-Pack Download in PDF format is only 145 bytes.
I emailed just before close-of-business last night and it turns out my order *had* become "stuck." They were able to "unstick" it enough that my card auth ran... fingers crossed that it ships (and PDFs unlock) today! Guess I'll try a third time....
Interestingly... my Sub order (just subscription items, no add-ons) now reports "backordered items," though I don't see any indication as to which ones. Maybe everything will be ready with my August sub?? Mine has been that way since the orders were created. I have asked twice and both times was told nothing was on backorder. But, still waiting for my order to ship as well.

Well. Only a couple hours until I'm in the end of the week club and in danger of not getting my PDF until release or later Same here.
Since today is the last day of shipping, when should I see my card get charged? It is usually a day or two before it ships, but there has been nothing.

Has anyone with the "Backordered" status finally had their order ship?
Hopefully mine ships today. Still showing that "waiting form backordered products" for my PC2. O imagine the shipping window got expanded due to the delays but legit this is the first time I ever got that text and the first time I have ever been this late in the queue. I have the backordered text still as well. I hit CS again, and they said everything is fine. I hope so.
Mine still says "Waiting for backordered product(s)" even though CS checked it and said it was ok. Hoping it will ship eventually.
Is anyone else getting a "Waiting for backordered product" on their Player Core 2 order or is that just me? My order says backordered as well, and none of the 8 items shows backordered on the product pages. Hopefully, it is just a fluke.

Without my stuff shipping, I cannot buy the Foundry module for the new AP release for the discount. I guess I'll be waiting on that too.

I can also verify that the buttons no longer work on the latest version of Edge. I can't even click to sign in. They do work for me in Chrome.

The digital download for this product is broken, I only get a 141-byte file. I have tried resetting the download for no avail. Same here (single file version).
Is the 4th printing available or is it just being sent to the printer? I'd like to get the updated copy for my group.
