How soon after or before a box is shipped does a notification go out?
As soon as your shipping label is printed, your PDFs are made available. That doesn't necessarily mean your box will ship that same day, particularly if the label is printed on a Friday. It's often the next day or longer before your tracking number registers.
If you used credit make sure they applied it with the authorization. My authorization is for the whole amount from my bank and not my credit which was already deducted from my paizo account. Had to email them to see if this could be fixed.

That is true. That is what happened with me with Gods and Magic.
Still doesn't sound like anyone has had their sub shipped yet. Haven't seen confirmation here, either reddit sub, or any of the Facebook groups either that anyone has gotten a PDF.
It's all good. They will ship when they ship, though of course it's always nice to know a bit more specifics as to when to start hoping.

When it flips from Pending to Completed that means your items is in a box and either has already left the warehouse or is sitting on a pallet waiting to get picked up that day or the following morning.

ugh, that is way too much work.
I made the probably bad decision to wrap my humble bundle CRB in to my APG delivery - did I just screw myself over and make it take way longer to get my APG pdf? Is there a way to split deliveries?

FYI - Feeling a bit guilty as I just got my Email (and PDF downloads). I hope everyone else gets theirs soon.......
Just enjoy it! I for one am just glad to be hearing about people getting their shipments. Happy to see it progressing in earnest. I'll get my turn. :)
As always, very appreciative of the hard work and stress that Paizo are pushing through to get us all our books.

The Paizo website says I ordered my subscriptions on Friday... but I haven't received an auth email yet.

it's a common bug, I think I've only gotten one or two subscription notice emails in the last several months.
I still get the email when it ships.
So I wouldn't worry about it, if it says pending you're good to go!

Is it semi-common to be pending for over a week with a sub, or am I overly impatient? This is the first time it's taken as long as this one has so far so I'm just curious (and if it's common then I've also been lucky before and I'll take it)
it usually takes 2 weeks for me but i have occasionally had it in 1 or 2 days

Yes, it's normal. first post of this thread has the estimated dates. Orders spawned on the 9th/10th and shipping didn't start until late on the 15th . Shipping was estimated to take 10 business days. so we still got a ways to go.

Yeah, it's very usual. I just checked my last year's worth of PF2 book sub orders, and on average it was 7-8 days from authorization to shipment. Median of 7 days.
Even normally, we're still within the window we'd expect. That said, I do think this one will take a bit longer than normal, so there's a chance some orders might not get processed and shipped till after July wraps up.

Yes, it is highly common in my case. I almost never get mine until about the last day.

The warehouse is closed on the weekend? I thought it was just Sunday. RIP. Oh well
I had hoped that maybe for once I could get my subscription early, but this time looks to be the same as my past subscription shipments and I likely won't get it until the actual release date. I had hoped to be able to spend the weekend devouring the PDFs of the new books. Oh, well...
